Ничего не понравилось. Это худший опыт размещения, из всех, что у меня когда-либо был.

Нас обманули. Когда мы прилетели ночным рейсом и пошли искать дом по адресу который был указан в бронировании - мы ничего не нашли. Спустя два часа ночных брожений нашли wifi и поняли, что в личные сообщения владелец отправил совсем другой адрес. Когда в 4 часа утра мы наконец-то нашли нужный адрес, каково было наше удивление: это была другая квартира, не та, что мы забронировали, на грязной вонючей улице. Внутри квартиры воняло канализацией, были замечены несколько тараканов. В ванной было очень грязно, квартира была очень холодная, так как от улицы ее отделяла дверь ангарного типа.

Понравилась локация, и в целом идея как сделано все со вкусом) Но в любом случае лучше чуть обновить все, и где светильники наверху убрать пыль, там большое скопление )! Можно обновить душевую. Вход сам старый, пыльный! В остальном чисто, персонал добродушный. Локация безупречная! Вкус у хозяев хороший)!

It was easy to communicate with the owner. And her instructions was very clear. The room was nice, I really wanted to feel immersed in the Shanghai life style. It's a very nice neighborhood. Pretty calm. Perfect place if you want to experience this romantic concession atmosphere.

During my stay I would have loved someone comes sometimes to give fresh towels, water, etc. and clean a bit the room and also pick up the trash.

Great location in a charming neighborhood with lots of shops and cafesI The space was quiet and had great natural light. After exploring in the city, it was the perfect peaceful space to return to at the end of the day. The bathroom was large and had plenty of hot water.

A delightful hotel on an excellent street!

The location is in the hearth of Shanghai , in the French Concession so you will have easy access to all the attractions in the city. The room where you will stay is nice, but it is not like the pictures. It needs more cleaning and maintenance. The entrance to your room, also need to be cleaned more. The communication with the staff was great, and we had no problem talking on wechat or making the payment by alipay.

very very old building, which is fine but the entrance&staircase is dirty, full of dust if you arrive at night, it looks like a haunted house, with a weird mirror place right towards the entrance (thank god my local friends were accompanying me) the shower is super weak i stayed at spring, which is overall fine, not sure how would it feel in summer&winter

Great place in one of shanghai most beautiful districts! Everything you need is very close by so I was fully satisfied with the apartment, the location, cleanliness and the staff. Next time I will book this place again :)

- It was a cute room and had anything u need - the owner was easy to reach via WeChat

- water was leaking in the bathroom and the faucet wasn’t fixed on the sink - it wasn’t cleaned well, it was very dusty and there was an old sleeping masked from a person before under the bed

Nice bedroom, spacious. Very nice neighborhood. The windows open over a backyard. Easy entrance. The host was available and helpful.

There was a smell of bathroom/toilet that remained in the bedroom every day. The bathroom should be improved: the toilet is very noisy, the furniture are not in a good shape, the shower missed a curtain. There was no floor carpet for the bathroom. There was no hook for hanging towels. The place is called a BnB but has no breakfast included, it is more of a guest house. The stairs to the room could be cleaner. In spite of these aspects, it was a good experience to stay there.

Good size apartment. Heating was great as it was so cold in January in Shanghai.

All communication was done via Wechat app.. Never met any staff.

The host is very responsive, friendly, and helpful. The place is clean, cozy, stylish with a lot of natural light. A plus is that it is above a pet shop so you can drop by and visit so many cute kitties and puppies during your stay! The building itself is old, so don’t expect fancy exterior, but it is equipped with pretty much everything that I would need as a traveler.

I had to carry my luggages upstairs since there’s no elevator, but it’s not that difficult either.

Located in Huaihai District that is famous for its old European style of villas and houses.

The hotel payment needs to be settled before check-in, better from guests origin country. Otherwise there will be issue for bank transfer, via Alipay or WeChat, all paid by Chinese RMB.

Very nice place in a quiet and green neighborhood.
