The staff were fantastic, great location, pool was great ,breakfast was great good communication with the team

There needs to be some maintenance, as some things were getting old ,taps etc, apart from that everything was good

Convenient location close to most things in Seminyak. Nice breakfast cooked for us each morning. Each room had its own en suite.

Always kept clean, great breakfast and friendly and helpful staff, especially Illu, who my children are still talking about because she was so friendly.

Outdoor living area was a bit hotter than expected but we aren’t used to the humid weather.

Our experience was exceptional from start to finish. We were greeted by lovely hosts who accommodated our every need. The villa was stunning with everything you could possibly need. The rooms were cleaned daily and we had a beautiful breakfast cooked each morning, even with the option of having a floating breakfast in the pool. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. Thank you for having us, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! :)

Awesome, stay in bali, Illu was amazing so helpful and friendly. Great location in Seminyak close to great restaurants and a short walk to beach. Rooms very comfortable and well fitted out in regards to kitchen amenities.

Broke a wine glass, found the charge of $16 au dollars a little excessive for it be replaced.

Property is centrally located to restaurants and shops. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was good.

The location was amazing, the villa was outstanding. We had the pleasure of Iluh looking after us during our stay. No ask was too big for Iluh. She was amazing, she made our stay amazing and we will be back for sure.

One of the showers did not warm up, however it’s that hot there that it wasn’t a big issue.

Great location, with a beautiful host. We were lucky to have Illu cook our breakfast each day and clean the rooms. Illu was lovey.

Villa Deba was even better in person. The rooms are huge and the pool is amazing. our every need was catered to. Each morning we had breakfast cooked for us in the villa and could not fault it. The lady ( sorry I can't remember her name)who came was friendly and efficient. The villa is so close to everything you could need but quiet at night. I highly recommend staying here.

Location was amazing. Easy to walk everywhere. Iluh made us beautiful breakfasts every morning, nothing was too much trouble.

A little noisy in main bedroom attached to living area due to motorbikes coming and going.

Peaceful sanctuary off a busy street. Spacious. Good wifi/ media. Good kitchen. Secure. Good air con.

Mosquitoes a bit of an issue but repellent was supplied.

Really good area to stay on the main road of Seminyak. Can walk to most spots. Best coffee in Seminyak 2 min walk away. Feels bigger in person than the photos. Very comfortable. They cook breakfast for you at the villa for breakfast & it was incredible. We tried it all & it was so yum!! Would recommend staying here

A little loud on the Thursday night stay with scooters going past the rooms. The other nights it was okay though but that’s what you get with the location I guess

Great location off a main street down laneway with good restaurants and shopping walking distance away, friendly staff and clean facilities. Was also good price compared to others.

Very noisy at night, lots of scooters down laneway and alot of noise from the villa staff area which has an office next to villa II. The villa is also an open plan as seen in the pictures so expect alot of mosquitoes.

This is our 2nd time here and we just love it! Mia, the property manager and her staff go far and beyond with whatever you need, whether it's delicious breakfast by the pool, a tour or to rent scooters. The property is beautiful, clean and comfortable! Best location within Seminyak!

The property was really well presented. The rooms were all big and spacious and the bathrooms were nice too. The location was absolutely perfect - right in the heart of Seminyak making it a nice quick walk to the main street full of shops and cafes. Staff were very attentive and were able to help us with laundry, as well as cooking us a yummy breakfast. They also helped us arrange scooter hire for our 9 day stay as well as transport around the island. Would stay again!

Would’ve been nice to have another couch/bigger couch to fit more people but that’s all!

Exactly like the photos! The pool and the cleanliness of the whole villa was great. The aircon in each room and the bathrooms were the best I've had in Bali. No dew smell. Any issue they attempted to fix right away. Also the rollaway bed was nicely added for the 7th guest however FYI cash only which I found out on arrival. Make sure you have cash with you.

The credit card surcharge that I didn't know I had to pay. If I had a choice to pay on Booking.com I would've saved at least $100 but it was only payment on arrival. Pay cash if you are going to save some money. The beds and mattresses were also a bit squeaky.

Villa, breakfast and staff were excellent.

We had no admission instructions. Our shuttle driver had to phone management at 2am to find out how to get in. No towel rails in main bedroom.

Beautiful property, close to everything. Staff were exceptional, Mia the property manager was amazing and went above and beyond to help celebrate my 40th, can’t speak highly enough of her and her beautiful staff that cooked us breakfast daily and cleaned our room.

The villa is spacious and has a nice feel to it. It also has a great kitchen and facilities to eat in. We loved the Smart TV to play music on YouTube while in the pool, online workouts to stay fit or Netflix while relaxing - great home away from home feel. Bedrooms and bathrooms are large with nice furniture. Location is great and walking distance to hospitality and shopping in the Kaya Ayu area, or easy to get a scooter or taxi to other regions. Staff are super lovely and make a delicious breakfast included every day which is super special. Overall a great value stay.

Check in process is slightly clunky when you don't have access to the internet, but that's partly my fault for not preparing beforehand. It rained heavily one night and the outside garden lights kept tripping the power system, which made us get up multiple times through the night to turn the power back on for air con otherwise it gets too hot. If the weather hadn't cleared up we would have been without power.

Villa was great but it is tired and needs to be redecorated and minor repairs fixed. It wasn't all that bad but notable nonetheless.

I would prefer if all 3 ensuites were enclosed, not just the 1, as the two open air ones got very hot and mozzies got in
