22housing Residence Suites

Sạch sẽ, nhân viên thân thiện , nhiệt tình

Phòng không có gương nên chúng tôi hơi bất tiện khi trang điểm

Phòng tiện nghi vừa đủ nhưng sát đường nên hơi ồn xíu

The suite is spotless, very well kept. Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen & the living room are all well-maintained. Place is spacious & has a very nice view at the balcony. Staff is very accommodating too. Stayed here for 6 nights & we were also allowed to store our luggages after check-out. Very convenient. Will definitely recommend this place to our friends. Thank you for making our stay in Hanoi a very memorable one. 😊

None at all.

Spacious everything you need was there just bring your clothes

Could’ve had double glazed glass on balcony for traffic noise

The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Had a relaxing stay and everything was well-maintained. Would definitely recommend! Only draw back it that its a bit far from popular tourist spots

everything is new and the room is very clean!

nothing, all are nice

All

none

I liked the staff the best in addition to very efficient communication, very good location, , perfect size of the property and the regular cleaning and provision of amenities. I would recommend this to everyone if they can afford it. It' can be slightly over priced for many budget travellers.

I liked everything about this place although I wish that it was cheaper.

Big. Brand new appliances. Washing machine / dryer. Two ÁC units. Great wifi TV. Off street motorbike parking. Good overall

Could have done with double glazed glass doors to balcony. The road was noisy at night

Room was really nicely presented, spacious and clean with separate screened bedroom, full bathroom with bath and Japanese toilet, large sofa, full kitchen with washing machine and two air conditioners. Easy to get Netflix and lots of space to relax. Lots of hot water for bathing.

There is nothing servicing the location in easy reach - mini marts, restaurants, bars are all a significant walk away. Security guard is rarely at desk and was absent at scheduled check in so I tried shouting downstairs, after which he appeared, and left room key on desk when checking out and messaged via WhatsApp. No wifi in lobby to assist new arrivals with check in. At payment, attempt was made to add 30% surcharge instead of 3%: I hope accidental but not very reassuring. It was hard to find a taxi to bring me back from the HCM mausoleum at lunch on Sunday, not sure why. Living room air con did not work which I raised at check in but didn't seem to be fixed. Road noise from freeway was audible in bedroom late at night.

Everything was good, they have all basic amenities

A little bit far away from city center

Couldn’t quite believe what I was getting for the price (by UK standards). My room had almost everything you could think of including a filtered water dispenser.

(I can’t judge the location as I got in late at night and left first-thing in the morning.)

Really nice and modern Bathroom exceptional Loved it Washing machine and dryer in room Fridge etc. everything you need

Location was terrible We booked 2 single beds and they gave us a double Said it has sofa bed but it was just a sofa

Room is clean

You told me that room has a balcony. but my room has not got any... There was not balcony.

Amenities provided in the room

This was one of the most disappointing stays during our trip. When we were going to bed, we spotted lots of hair on the “fresh clean sheets”. We were appalled by this as you wouldn’t expect it from a hotel room you just entered for the day. We contacted the facility manager and their communication wasn’t great. We were left waiting for a response. They finally moved us to another room, which we had said we’d not prefer as it had been a long day of traveling and we were exhausted . We asked for fresh sheets instead, which they couldn’t provide. So we had to then move rooms in the middle of the night, which was extremely stressful as we had a very early wake up call too.

The property was pristine and looked just like the pictures. the man at the front desk was extremely helpful! The person who confirmed my reservation with me, was also very helpful.

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like about this property. Period.

Very nice place , recommend it . The man downstairs is very welcoming and helpful, he will be there for any of your needs . One of the greatest place to stay .

The standard room embodied straightforward elegance. While it didn't boast opulent features, the room's simplicity was accompanied by subtle touches that added a touch of understated elegance.

very nice room, pretty spacious and with a lot off appliances.

the bathroom drain smelled bad - which should be looked into

Location away from tourist areas. Around an hour walking distance to Old Quarter. Fairly quiet and calm area, with some nice street filled with restaurant nearby. TV with Netflix.

Advertised as nice view, however it was view inside other flat in opposite building. Literally, there was maybe 2 meters apart, but luckily this flat was not having any locators. Otherwise, we would need to have blinds on all the time. Generally it was clean, but when I dropped something and tried to reach it from under the sofa, I discovered lots of dust and crumbles, which haven't been cleant in w while.

barell with drinking water that can be used hot water for tea or coffee Washing maschine included with softener and washing liquid Smart toilette :D

It was spacious, and though it is situated along the road, it’s pretty quiet. They also have a basement parking where we parked our motobike rental. The bathroom was superb with the spacious bathtub, hot and cold shower, and the smart toilet bowl. 👌

I hope they provided enough tissue right away instead of waiting for us to ask for more. Having a body size mirror would also be better.

Very clean apparemment. Has everything you need to cook. Just no spices for dishes

No hot water in the shower

The room is very new, so beautiful, best serviced, good reception, convenient location

Nice room and bathroom with bathtub, good location in a beautiful old part of the city. It's a few minutes by scooter to the city center.

…

Clean, Japanese style and toilet for Sumo, I like it

Hot water takes too much time. Around 30 mins. After that also, the water is quite lukewarm and not hot as needed.

The room was very very neat. Value for money. Balcony was there. Hot water available 24*7. The kitchen area had all the required vessels and cutleries. Microwave oven, washing machine, television everything was perfect. I will definitely come and stay here next time when I visit Hanoi.

There is nothing which I didnt like.

Staff and accommodation was great. With a grab it needs ca. 15 min to be in the old quarter. There are a lot of opportunities to shop and for breakfast/ brunch nearby - 10 mins walk.

22housing's Standard Room treated us to a skyline symphony. The panoramic views of the cityscape, especially during the night, added a touch of grandeur to our standard stay.

Staying in the Standard Room at 22housing residence suites felt like a hygge haven. The cozy blankets, warm lighting, and snug ambiance created a comfortable and homely atmosphere within the standard category.

22housing residence suites's Standard Room dazzled us with art deco delight. The stylish furnishings, geometric patterns, and classic charm turned our standard stay into an elegant and visually pleasing experience.

No breakfast is available.

The staff was very helpful. The building and the equipement are like new. We would come back anytime

The room was located in front of highway so there was a lot of noise.

The attentive staff went above and beyond to ensure both adults and children had a fantastic and stress-free vacation.

the facilities were amazing, the apartment is huge and the bed very comfy. the washer dryer was also very handy. The tv was equipped with netflix and there was a filled water cooler.

the location isn’t great, but we stayed one night and had already done everything in the old town so this didn’t really bother us. Also the man on reception was very nice but he didn’t speak any english, so communication was a bit difficult.

Very luxurious suite for a budget price! Staff were welcoming and helpful, would recommend

Nothing!

The apartment was conveniently located, with the beach just a short walk away and family-friendly restaurants nearby. We felt secure throughout our stay, and the staff was attentive to families with children.

The hotel's central location made it convenient to access my meetings and nearby restaurants for client dinners. I felt secure throughout my stay, and the hotel's safety measures were impressive.

New and modern.

Electronic toilet did not work in first room. Air con did not work in second room. Washing machine difficult. Too much electronic equipment.Staff good.

The room was spacious, with all the appliances. The washer/dryer was especially helpful. The suites were near a market that you didn't need to cross the street to get too (I found this out too late).

The bathtub did not have a splatter guard, so every time you take a shower the water would splash everywhere. The bathroom floor does not have a drain, so the only way to dry it was through evaporation. The bedroom faces the main road so you can hear the traffic sound even when you close the sliding door and curtains.
