Reviewed May 28, 2025The location is convenient. The check in/out can be improved, our room was not ready yet when we arrived but they let us wait in another room first. Room was spacious, comfortable for us with 3 kids, with a nice view especially in the morning and night.
Maybe can check the facilities often, as our bidet at the toilet got tiny hole so that the water can't fully went through. Dustbin can be added in the room as well (only 1 dustbin in toilet). TV channels can be added so that we can have more options to watch.

location is good, লোকেশন ভালো, হোটেলের নিচেই বড় মার্কেট, রাস্তার উল্টা পাশেই বুকিত বিন্টাং হেঁটে যাওয়ার পথ।

My booking for a one-bedroom apartment was confirmed on 22 Dec 2024. Host called around 10:55 am on check-in day (24 Dec 2024) and mumbled some unintelligible English that the booking was cancelled due to something leaking. How convenient! Meanwhile, I noticed another review from someone who actually stayed on that very same day. What made the matter worse was that the host reflected to Booking.com that I cancelled the booking! This is nothing short of a deceitful tactic to cover up his bad practice. I am posting this review here to expose such underhanded tricks by private owners, and I sincerely hope Booking.com would not remove my review. Do not be fooled by their "free cancellation" policy! You may find yourself stuck at night paying for an overpriced hotel because of these shady practices. Email customer service to request a review so you can feedback to discourage last-minute cancellations by property owners.
