Mình rất hài lòng và chắc chắn sẽ quay lại nếu đi gia đình. Nhân viên nhiệt tình, niềm nở, view xem pháo hoa đẹp, tiện nghi đầy đủ

Điểm trừ duy nhất mình thấy là phòng cách âm hơi kém. Nhà mình ở 2 phòng sát nhau, cháu nhỏ hơi nghịch xíu mà bị bà mắng t ở phòng còn lại vẫn nghe đc 🫢😂

The hotel is quite large, and the breakfast was okay. However, the facilities are very outdated and need significant improvement. Overall, the hotel has potential, but the facilities definitely need to be renovated and better maintained.

We booked two family suite rooms, but the AC in one of the rooms broke down, which was not acceptable, especially for a family stay. At first, the staff asked us to use a fan instead, but the room was still uncomfortable, and the AC issue could not be resolved. Thankfully, the staff eventually agreed to move us to another room. We appreciated their effort to resolve the problem, but we were disappointed that the AC issue happened in the first place.

The view and only the view is the good part

Staff is not co operative at all, the breakfast or the lunch which I had was not to my liking. The swimming pool is under renovation. There isn’t much to say about this hotel.

Khách sạn 4 sao mà dịch vụ chỉ 2 sao. Nhân viên không thân thiện phòng thì cũ. Phòng to chỉ 1 cái điều hoà ở giữa, ngăn bức vách nên k thể mát đều các phòng. Đi khách sạn mà còn phải đem quạt giấy ra quạt. Đồ ăn sáng không đa dạng. Chắc sau sẽ không quay lại.

Check in was rude Breakfast 3 chefs did not know how to poach an egg The toaster was broken and could only produce warm bread. Shower was broken with 2 styles of taps Air con and lights did not work when we entered the floor/ room. Im glad we only stayed for 5 hours until our other hotel room was available

Großes Hotel mit geräumigen, sauberen Zimmern und bequemem Bett. Die Aussicht in den oberen Zimmern ist sehr schön, mit Blick auf das Meer und die Seilbahn. Lage ist prima, wenn man mit der Seilbahn fahren möchte und in der Nähe des Schiffterminals sein möchte. Abendessen war sehr lecker. Aufgrund des Tetfestes waren wir fast du einzigen Gäste und trotzdem war abends alles verfügbar.

Personal war super unorganisiert, wir wurden zuerst in ein benutzes Zimmer geschickt. Keiner wusste so recht was zu tun war. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr klein und überschaubar, dies war aber vermutlich dem Tetfest geschuldet, weil kaum Gäste da waren.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we were comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was also perfect, close to many attractions and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff are very helpful, and the rooms provide pleasant sea views.

Beautiful view of Ha Long Bay. Clean and decent room and bathroom. Friendly housekeeping staff. Gym is small but usable with a beautiful bayview. Room service was good. Ten minutes ride to Ha Long city.

Breakfast ends too early at 9am. Breakfast area, lobby are not air-conditioned. Safety wise on the poorer side due to lack of cctvs, lack of identification to use hotel lifts, hotel corridors quite dim.

We were excited for this hotel and we were very disappointed. Communal areas were not at all as advertised, breakfast was poor and definitely not a 4 star hotel. The only thing that was similar to the photos were the rooms. However even then, they were run down and had wallpaper peeling off the walls. On a positive, it is basic and good for a stop over but if you’re looking at staying in halong bay definitely book somewhere else.

The hotel is relatively new, hence in good condition. I booked for a bigger room so it’s comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is excellent but drainage is poor and took a long time to drain. The location is good as it has ocean view, however you need to walk around 15 mins to a swimming beach. Around 500 meters from the hotel is a local market with lots of restaurants. The breakfast buffet has lots of options but they don’t replace food after it runs out so you need to get there early. It took me an additional trip to get to the hotel. I’m told there are 6 Muong Thanh hotels in Ha Long, so you need to specify which one to your driver.

The breakfast buffet was great many different selections, the location was nice and if needed assistance hoai was there to help with any question I had. The shower is the only negative thing I would comment on the hose was spraying out of the and water was going all over the floor. Other than that everything else was great 👍.

Staff is very helpful and nice. The room is very big, clean, beds are comfortable. The view is breathtaking :)

I was greeted by helpful staff Phu Ong and Mai who went extra mile in my enquiries. The room was full of cigarette smell but the staff came the clean up the room very fast. Part of the room needs repair and was a bit dull. Overall the cleanliness of the hotel is good.

Excellence verrything isvery good. Phuang & hop good serving. And delicious food. The place was comfortable and especially with the foods were very good and delicious. For all, the workers/waitress were always smiling and very approachable. Would like to comeback here again. Very good food need more beer! They are well organized but limited english so if that is yoir language they have at least one at front desk and restaurant as needed. Location is good. Phuong. Nhung. Kien. Hung. Hop veey good. See photo they are hard working and deserve a raise.

Gorgeous room looking over the bay, very sad to see the damage the typhoon has caused to the town . This hotel was luckily not affected from what we could see.

The location and the view was great. We were going on the Halong bay ferry ride the next day which was a short walk away from the hotel. We had a room with an amazing view of the bay

We chose a hotel with a pool so we can swim. When checking in she said it was open. We got our swimmers on to find out it was closed, first cleaning 🥹

Breadfast was just oki as we did expect like a buffet breakfast, but overall it is oki

We have chosen Muong Thanh Grand Ha Long hotel for our family's post-Tet holiday: The first comfort when setting foot in the hotel is the hotel's cleanliness, the attentiveness of the reception staff, and the specialties no matter what . It was a small group of guests, but we were personally welcomed by the hotel director himself with a very friendly smile. During our stay here, we were very satisfied with the amenities, the delicious food, the friendly attitude, the politeness of the leaders and hotel staff.... we will come back in the future. Next steps when arriving in Ha Long. I would like to take this opportunity to wish good luck, happiness and prosperity to all the staff and staff of the hotel.

It was an amazing breakfast and location

Hotel is clean with good house keeping daily.

Arrived early and was told room was not ready. After 10min was told can check in if pay for early check in fees. Despite paying for early check in, found shower heater and room card don't work until 12 noon. This is our main gripe in otherwise good staying experience.

Room size was big, we stayed in an executive suite room. Location of the hotel is good.

There was some major maintainance work (replacement of floor carpet on the passage). We got to know about this only when we got out of the room for breakfast on the second day of our stay!! They should have moved our room to another floor, as there were plenty of rooms unoccupied! This is poor planning and careless customer service!

We enjoyed our stay at the Muong Thanh Grand Bai Chay. The room was nice including three single beds perfect for a stay with some family members. The room was clean and the bathroom was large. I didn't have a room with sea view, but due to the location these rooms would have a great view.

The location itself was not really convenient. It was a longer walk to the city centre/boulevard and it was hard booking a taxi because Grab isn't actively used in Ha Long. The refrigerator also didn't work that well.

1. Location is great. Facing the sea, walking distance to Sun World, Bai Chay Bridge and eateries, and yet not too busy. 2. Rooms are big and comfortable. 3. View from the room for sea view room is great. 4. Attentive staff at breakfast, though many couldn't speak English well. Food was great.

1. Rooms were not cleaned very well within stay. The shower drainage was clogged with a lot of hair. Can see that they only did the min. 2. Would be good if there are more English speaking staff around.

The room was very comfortable and clean. We got a bit unlucky with the weather and were forced to stay in for two days – no problem since the room was so cosy yet spacious! Staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast provided many options. This is outstanding value for the price.

The elegantly designed shower cabin doesn't fully close, making spills unavoidable. The smart TV was a little slow at times.

Sea facing bedroom and dining room. In-house spa that opens til late. nice breakfast with local and western choices. staff has been most helpful to book tour and arrange limousine Van transport to accommodation in Hanoi town. cannot thank them enough.

From Noi Ban airport to Halong, car hire driver went to two hotels of the same name before getting the right one facing the sea. partly driver’s confusion over the name.

The rooms and swimming pool and amenities and service staff were excellent and beyond expectations. Everything was very clean, even the swimming pool! Staff also helped us call a taxi and even offered to help us book a bus back to Hanoi.

The soap provided were in mini disposables bottles, but you can request for more.
