Excellent location and very helpful staff. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was plentiful, with a wide variety of options.

The only downside was that the Wi-Fi signal in my room was quite weak.

Super buena ubicación...el trato de recepción genial , un día estaba lloviendo y nos facilitaron paraguas que tenían para los huéspedes, super atentos en todo, lo recomiendo 100%

Nos tocó una habitación en el piso -1, con mini ventanas, a mí me encanta ventilar y....no pudo ser ...pero vamos forman parte del hotel y ya está .

I think when someone gives 10/10 or 'exceptional' it is assumed to mean its 7* etc. I hope it's assumed that what it really means is - for what I wanted, what I paid, what was advertised it was exceptional. For the insane Istanbul prices, it was extremely fair, in an amazing location two seconds from a fair bit of hustle and bustle but also the actual street itself was very quiet. The most important aspect was the staff. All three concierge members Nuri, ömer and Latif were amazingly helpful and considerate and authentically warm. Hilmi and Mohamed were polite at the door and help with the rooms, Selçuk in the Dining team and Nezahat the cutest housekeeping team were all warm and kind.

The location was the best aspect of this hotel. It was a short walk away from all the main attractions such as the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, and Topkapi Palace. Breakfast had plenty of options, and the staff, especially Uzir, Latif, and the young guy who helped move our luggage to and from the room were very friendly as well!

An extra step to help people get up to the entrance of the Ferman Mansion (annex building) would have been nice.

We’ve stayed at this hotel several times now and it has become our go-to place in Turkey whenever we have a flight through Istanbul. The location is perfect, especially when you need to get to either of Istanbul’s airports. It makes traveling much easier, especially when you have an overnight stay between flights. The rooms are also surprisingly spacious, which is not easy to find in Istanbul. Everything is clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the rooms have everything you need for a good stay. A special thank you to the staff. Everyone is always so friendly, helpful and welcoming. After a long flight, it really makes a difference to be greeted with such a nice attitude. We’ve tried other hotels in Istanbul, but this is still our favorite. Whenever we need a place to stay before or after a flight, this is the hotel we choose. We’ll definitely be back!

LOVED this place! Omer is awesome!!! The only downside was a few power outages with no AC, but that could be anywhere in such an old city I think? LOVED the rooftop breakfast!! the room as so clean and modern, and Omer made our getting around so easy!!

I had a wonderful stay at Ferman Hotel. The location was perfect, close to many beautiful places in Istanbul, and the hotel was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I would especially like to thank Nuri and Omer for their kindness, professionalism, and amazing hospitality. They were always helpful, friendly, and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. Their excellent service made my experience even more special. Thank you to all the Ferman Hotel team for making my stay so enjoyable. Hotel centrale nella zona di Sultanahmet comodissimo per raggiungere tutti i luoghi turistici a piedi o in tram, è poi presente un parcheggio riservato a 200mt. Abbiamo soggiornato in una stanza doppia comunicante con quattro letti e vista sul Bosforo, bella, personale molto gentile e colazione abbondante con un po' di tutto, sia salato che dolce . Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Bagni, nella doppia come la nostra erano due... un po' piccoli e magari potrebbero essere più curati, però appunto sono due , quindi non ci si può lamentare

Fantastic location. And great variety of rooms. We particularly liked the family room with connecting room for our teenagers. Breakfast with a view was fab too. Staff were lovely. We had Turkish bath style bathroom which was a unique touch.

Unfortunately we found the AC a little much at night time. It pointed directly on the bed. Suggest the hotel consider vents that can be tilted up and down. The AC is brilliant otherwise.

Nos brindo información sobre diferentes tours,, contratamos el paseo en barco por el Bósforo. El desayuno muy variado con ensaladas de frutas, ensaladas de verduras, fruta fresca, zumos, quesos, panes, dulces, delicias turcas, café y el infaltable té turco. El personal a cargo del comedor muy atento. Nos dieron una habitación amplia con vistas a la Mezquita azul

Professional staff, perfect location, tasty & rich breakfast.

The breakfast was plentiful with the lovely additions of freshly cut watermelon, fresh honey from a honeycomb and delicious local cheeses. The 360 view from the breakfast terrace was spectacular - an unbroken view of the Blue Mosque on one side and the sparkling Bosphorus on the other. The family room was very comfortable and had everything you would need including a small fridge, wardrobe space and comfortable beds. The staff were warm and welcoming and the location was fantastic - on a quiet cobbled street but a few minutes walk from all the action around Sultanahmet.

We had some fun trying to destinguish between the shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower, since they had all been refilled into the incorrect bottles. The decor in general was a little tired but this added to the charm. It was lovely to have big windows overlooking the river in our family room, which we loved to open to have fresh air, however, they opened fully (no safety catch) and there was a sheer drop outside - had my children been younger, I would have been a bit nervous about the windows.

The hotel is located in a historical place. Close to the sights. We were kindly offered a room in a new building. Everything there is in a modern style, clean and beautiful. Breakfasts are varied, we were at the hotel for 5 days, there is something to compare with. But the most important thing is the Terrace!!! 24/7The view is Magnificent. On the one hand, sea and Istanbul, in all its glory. On the other hand, Blue Mosque. The staff is responsive and professional in their field. They helped in everything!! I want to note Muhamad and Onur. Thank you very much for your help. We will definitely visit you again.

It was all about the location, minutes walk from the blue mosque which was the main purpose of our trip. The hotel had connecting rooms which was perfect for me and the kids. Very clean rooms and maintained at high levels of cleanness. Staff were always on hand to support guide and attentive.

The breakfast selection was limited, but pleanty of options nearby.

The location of the hotel is perfect for first timers in Istanbul. Breakfast was quite decent. and the view from lounge is quite pleasing as one can see the sea of Marmara on one side while on the other side, Blue mosque and Hagia sophia. The staff at the reception is very helpful, Nuri and others at the reception provided guidance and advise in moving around Do i want to go there again ? no, because if i go to Istanbul, i would like to stay on Asian side to avoid the too much tourists and the cost associated (for everything) with touristy place. Of course being on Asian side will come with a little more hassle , but transport in Istanbul is quite good. And one can easily move around on public transports.

The hotel does not provide water for drinking. So, one has to make sure that you have enough water before you go to bed. Room lighting was ok. The balcony was quite dusty and there was no view from the balcony as the room was on -1 floor. outdoor patio swing needs replacement as well.

El desayuno no me ha parecido suficientemente bueno. Es muy variado, pero los zumos son muy artificiales, el café de una máquina que sale bastante malo. Uno de los días no había varias cosas cuando nosotros fuimos a desayunar y no repusieron mientras estuvimos. El lugar del desayuno espectacular

The entrance of the hotel was near a dumpster and the cats keep pooping on front of the main door and people in the hotel kept stepping on them the smell inside was terribleeee, plus it was really really hot in the breakfast area they even didn’t open all the windows. The worst part was that the rooms we stayed in and the main building that the breakfast was served were two separate places and had alot of stairs

El personal Nurí y el muchacho que está en el día . Ambos divinos. Serviciales, atentos. La terraza y el desayuno le aporta muchísimo al hotel . Desayunar rodeado de mar, gaviotas y la Mezquita Sultanahmet de fondo es un montón!! La limpieza y la ubicación a destacar . Estuve en el anexo . No conocí las habitaciones del hotel pero imagino que estarán muy bien .

Os funcionários sao muito amigáveis, solícitos e educados. A localização é perfeita, podendo fazer a maioria das atrações a pé, próximo de varios restaurantes e de um bazar.

Loved staying at this hotel. Had an amazing room with an amazing elevated sea view, and could see the Blue Mosque if we stood on the end of our lovely large balcony. Buffet breakfast was excellent and the serving staff were very helpful - from the breakfast room you could see the sea, and the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia - amazing views. Front desk staff we dealt with was excellent - the staff member who checked us in gave us a great overview of everything we needed to know on a map when we arrived and was happy to answer any further questions. It's a short walk to the key old sights, within 5-10 mins you can see the Hippodrome, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia and then another 5 mins or so to Topkapi Palace. And a 5 min walk to a calm bazaar with a wonderful shop for fixed price textiles and Turkish towels (Jennifer's - there is a cheaper shop and a more expensive boutique) as well as souvenir shops etc. There is an amazing restaurant (Dubb Ethnic) two doors down with amazing food and a great atmosphere, as well as friendly genuine staff. The hotel itself was very quiet with a lovely laneway feel

Charming hotel in a great location minutes from the Blue Mosque; friendly and helpful staff; wonderful view from the breakfast room in all directions. I stupidly left a pair of glasses in our room when we left and the hotel willingly posted them back to me in the UK

Quand j’ai réservé c’était une offre alléchante ! Quand on est arrivé on apprend que c’est une chambre au sous sol ( j’avais fait l’erreur de ne me fier qu’à à la photo ) mais nous avons eu une chambre à l’étage et c’était bien agréable Donc en réalité on a tout aimé dans cet hôtel Le quartier reste cher ! Attention restos aux prix excessifs ! Vérifier Nous avons découvert un resto style self en montant pour aller vers la mosquée bleue avant l’entré ds le bazar sur la gauche Le retour en taxi zéro soucis ! On a même pris le ferry c’était encore un air de vacances

В отеле есть свой ресторан на террасе на крыше, откуда открывается великолепный вид на Босфор. Но, к сожалению, в настоящее время в ресторане предлагают только завтраки. Но это не проблема, поскольку на улицах рядом с отелем мы нашли множество ресторанов с вкусной турецкой едой. Состояние номера было хорошее, все оборудование работало. В номере было чисто, постельное белье, полотенца были свежими и чистыми. Из окна открывался красивый вид на Босфор. Персонал в отеле был очень вежлив и гостеприимен.

La posizione centrale, vicinissimo alla moschea blu ma allo stesso tempo in un'area tranquilla il personale gentile, e molto disponibile, ci ha permesse di parcheggiare l'auto davanti all'hotel(servizio non previsto) facendoci risparmiare il parcheggio di tre giorni. Colazione varia, di buona qualità e servita su una terrazza dal panorama splendido. Camere molto pulite.

I had an unexpected family emergency upon arriving and had to take a loved one to the hospital. During this stressful time, the hotel manager was exceptionally kind and helpful. He personally called to check on us and make sure everything was okay. My wife had to check in by herself while I was away, and he took the time to help her feel comfortable, showing her where to eat and where she could exchange money. When he saw me the following day, he made a point of speaking with me and checking on our situation. His professionalism, compassion, and genuine concern went far beyond what anyone would normally expect. He is a true gentleman and an excellent example of hospitality. We are very grateful for his kindness and would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, lovely staff, nice room (a bit dated) but clean and comfortable.

Although we had a fantastic views of the old town (panoramic sea to the blue Mosque) the breakfast was just 'ok' No egg station (just scrambled), limited hot selection. The juice was not good quality. After 3 nights it was 'just breakfast' nothing really to look forward to. Staff were great though

Единственный минус места - стоящие неподалеку мусорные баки. Днем они не мешают, запаха нет, однако в 3-4 утра приезжают мусорщики и начинают ими греметь.

- a perfect location not far from Blue Mosque with a wonderful view from a terrace, its a pleasure to walk to historical city center during several minutes - very nice and clean rooms - we had a window view to Bosfor with seagulls sitting on a roof close to us, it was very interesting and funny - guys from reception are very friendly, ready to help and to do everything for us at any time - breakfasts were delicious with omelet, many types of cheese, meet, fruit salad and deserts

I traveled with my elderly mother who is a little limited with regards to mobility. The wonderful Mr Nuri kindly offered to hire a wheelchair for us which was very much needed. He was exceptionally kind. As were all the staff. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you Ferman Hotel!
