Reviewed Jul 8, 2026The room was spacious, and there were 2 single beds as well as our king-size bed. It was nice to have a kitchen in the unit.
The hot water was a problem. It went from warm to cold all the time. Couldn't have a decent shower, so I was frozen cold when I went to bed. The room needs some carpeting or heater to warm up the area.

Just a few fixes such as the sink that has no mesh in the bathroom. Things may fall in there and customers may not be able to retrieve it. The holder for the toilet paper is also broken.

Not necessarily a huge problem, especially considering the surrounding foliage, but spotted a spiderweb in the kitchen. Very simple fix, and nothing worth fretting over. Overall was a very pleasant stay, would recommend and would stay there again.

Reviewed Dec 17, 2024Friendly owner Ena,welcoming us with our arrival. The apartment was beautiful and clean. Plot is spacious, for a nice stroll, grass cut freshly. A pity we could not stay longer, but I can guarantee that we will be making use of their hospitality again when in that area.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2023The property was not enclosed so I needed to keep my dog on a leash. It was freezing cold with no rugs on the floors. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

The road to the house was a little bit difficult to manage for my car. But luckily it's not a long way to drive on this road.

The shower is a bit erratic...shifting from hot to cold and back to hot.

There was no TV and we had brought the PlayStation, so Ena brought us a TV to borrow! The kitchen had everything we needed and there's a lovely braai area outside. The hosts really went the extra mile.
The cottage looks a bit bare. It could do with some nice colourful decor items, both inside and outside.
