La persona del Checkin, Faruk, no es nada comunicativo y no te dará ninguna ayuda. El conserge nos dijo que podríamos dejar las maletas al check out pero tenia que autoritzar lo Faruk. Sin embargo Faruk no quiso.

La llave de los ascensores estropeada.. teniendo que bajar continuamente al looby para q alguien con pocos modales le daria al botón con otra llave que si funcionaba para moverte a tu piso o a las piscinas. Fatal! Las toallas sucias.. pedimos cambio y estaban igual! Con manchas que ya no se quitan! Asqueroso la verdad

Reviewed Aug 31, 2025La ubicación fantástica, el apartamento muy amplio y las piscinas geniales. Por el precio es estupendo. La persona que se encarga de entregar las llaves también muy atenta y flexible en cuanto a horarios de salida y devolución de la fianza. Un plus que tenga lavadora.
El mobiliario es muy básico y podrian dejar toallas de piscina.

No es un hotel. Cada apartamento está gestionado por su propietario y en nuestro caso nos encontramos el segundo dia con una carta enganchada en la puerta de la habitación avisando al propietario que si no pagaba la deuda que tenía con la comunidad, anularía las llaves electrónicas! La piscina del rooftop tiene el agua turbia, muy bonita para el postureo y las fotos del Insta pero no para bañarse.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2025Ho soggiornato in questo hotel attratta dalla posizione, e in effetti è uno dei suoi punti di forza: la vista dalla terrazza è davvero spettacolare, con le Petronas sullo sfondo e la piscina a completare un’atmosfera davvero suggestiva. Molto utile la lavatrice in camera, una comodità che ho apprezzato particolarmente durante il viaggio. Anche il late check-in è stato comodo, e il personale si è dimostrato disponibile e cortese.
Non c’era acqua calda, cosa piuttosto scomoda, soprattutto dopo una giornata intensa. Inoltre, le lenzuola non sembravano perfettamente pulite e in generale la cura per i dettagli — sia nella manutenzione che nella pulizia — dovrebbe essere maggiore.

El apartamento no está preparado para alquilar. Tiene una plancha que no puedes utilizar porque el cable es cortísimo, no hay tostadora ni cafetera, en la cocina 4 platos, 4 vasos, cubiertos para 4 y 2 sartenes…nada más, ninguna espactula y utensilios de cocina. Nos pusieron 4 toallas de baño y una de cara oara 4 personas, para ducharte y para la piscina. Una de las 4 la has de utilizar de alfombra…así que si vas a la piscina, luego te duxhas y te secas con la toalla mojada. Además no te las cambian en 4 días. Pedimos por favor q las cambiaran y nos trajeron 2 más, nada más.

The room smelt terrible. It has a massive black mould stain across the entire shower ceiling......which we believe was the cause of the smell. The host Faruk whom we had to deal with to get the keys as very standoffish to the point of being rude.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2025L’emplacement était top, à 5 minutes à pied des Petronas Towers et du centre commercial à leur pied La piscine sur le toit de l’immeuble était exceptionnelle ! L’eau est très bonne et on ne se lasse pas de la vue, sur les tours et la ville, de jour comme de nuit. L’appartement était spacieux et avec une vue magique de partout ! Salon, salle de bain comme chambre. Très propre et cuisine très fonctionnelle (je ne l’ai pas utilisée du tout, mais pour quelqu’un qui souhaite cuisiner elle avait l’air de contenir l’essentiel) Le personnel est top. Je me suis retrouvée bloquée dans la salle de bain (verrou bloqué) - ce sont des choses qui arrivent ce n’est pas grave mais l’essentiel est la réaction du personnel qui s’est tout de suite rendu dans la chambre pour me sortir de là et réparer le verrou (par précaution pour les voyageurs seuls comme moi, pensez toujours à prendre votre téléphone avec vous si vous entrez aux toilettes pour pouvoir appeler de l’aide au cas où ! 😅)

Modern Facilities & Cleanliness The apartment and common areas were clean and well-maintained, with a modern style that feels inviting. Good Amenities The building offers pools, a gym, and in-apartment laundry facilities, which are very convenient. The kitchen, although missing some items, allows just for very basic meal preparation. Responsive Communication Communication with the host was very good and quick — we always received prompt replies to our questions and requests.
Naphthalene (Mothball) Issue We had to change rooms because the first one had an unbearable smell of naphthalene. Even in the second room, we still found some mothballs. It’s important to note that people can be allergic to this. Uncomfortable Beds The mattresses were far too hard for our taste. Kitchen Equipment Several basic utensils were missing, limiting the usability of the kitchen. Excessive Elevator Wait Times The wait time for elevators was very long, especially during peak hours.

Unfortunately, the check-in process is not that convenient, as you enter the big lobby and there is no reception, but you need to find the right man that (might be) waiting for you. Also, everything is done by Whats App, pictures, and cash what gives a bit a weird vibe.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2025The apartment was spacious and a good choice between pools, gym and terrace with a great view of the city and Petronas towers.
The apartment needs a deep clean, no cleaning service was offered so we stayed with the same towels for 3 days. No hoover, no coffee machine, no dryer. The bed is not comfortable and the apartment is quite noisy from both the street and the building. But especially everything was dirty like no one passed the hoover for months. You couldn't even use the roof fan as it was full of dust and if in use it would spread all the dust over the bed. The AC of the main room is not working properly and very noisy too. The kitchen is not usable as it is dirty and you can find spots everywhere. I asked the guy who managed the check in about the status of cleaning and he said he would have sent someone to clean but no one came. The building is very crowded and even the pools. I would not recommend it.

Inconvenient check-in procedure, having to wait at lobby to meet staff to pass us the apartment keycard. Furthermore, balance of payment requested to be paid by CASH!! Eventually settled for bank online transfer. Credit/ debit card NOT accepted :C

Neomezený prostor po budově, fitko, střešní bazén, normální bazén. Málo lidí. Všude několik lidí ostrahy a ubytovaní neustále pod dohledem 24/7.

Par où commencer : Déjà ce n’est pas un hôtel. Une personne vient vous donne la carte et unique carte d’ailleurs pour accéder à l’appartement. Paiement uniquement en espèces. Pas de possibilité de laisser les bagages si jamais vous avez un vol de retour tardif comme ce fut notre cas. Le propriétaire est très expéditif et ne daigne même pas dire bonjour dans ses messages. L’appartement mériterait un grand coup de ménage et le canapé comportait de grosse tâche tout comme les sets de table d’ailleurs. Les tapis sont poussiéreux. Il y avait une odeur de renfermé dans la chambre dès l’ouverture de la porte. Certains éléments de décoration de l’appartement n’était pas totalement déballé comme le miroir ou une des 2 lampes de chevet. En résumé, on sent que le propriétaire est surtout là pour encaisser un max avec un minimum de service. Pour moi, cet appart-hôtel ne mérite pas du tout un 9 malgré sa bonne localisation.

Уже уставшие номера, не соответствуют описанию , запах с ванной и туалета, грязная мебель Номер с двумя спальнями и одним сан узлом не берите, вход в сан узел с одной из спален 🤦🏻♂️ Перед оплатой и заселением лучше посмотрите номер, мы меняли апартаменты, были с семьей, 4человека, а карточку-ключ дают всего одну , на лифт и в номер непопадешь , только всем вместе неудобно 😣
