L accueil des propriétaires et le confort

Viaje en pareja y desde nuestra llegada hasta el final de nuestra estancia todo fue excelente. Muchas gracias a María Jose, que nos ayudo en varios detalles desde el primer día, inclusive nos consiguió el tour hacia Torres del Paine. La habitación estuvo 10 puntos, el agua caliente y la calefación funcionaron muy bien. Fue nuestra primera visita a Puerto Natales. El ambiente del comedor también nos sirvio para comprar nuestros alimentos y comer allí sin ningún problema, además con infusiones de cortesía. Muchas gracias a María Jose y a su papá. Volveríamos sin ninguna duda.

Un hostal super bien ubicado, cercano al centro de la cuidad. Camine todos los días no fue necesario pedir taxi o Uber.

Personal muy atento, muy limpio y silencioso, temperado.

Muy poca variedad en el desayuno.

No pidieron apagar la luz como si fuéramos niños, el precio fue engañoso porque el que se veía en la app ellos lo subieron después, por la urgencia y la hora no quedó de otra que asentir. Por el precio debió haber habido shampoo y la jabonera estaba averiada y además el check out fue con miradas de desagrado, el televisor no funcionaba y ruidos molestos.

Muchas cosas, pero en general el trato con las personas.

The room was warm, clean and cozy, the bathroom was clean and had lots of hot water, there was free water and coffee.

It's a 15 min walk to downtown/ main square/ shops and there's very rarely anyone at the front desk so it takes a while to get help!

Fui en la temporada invernal, el personal siempre atento, muy limpio, cómodo, caliente, esta muy bien ubicado, cerca al muelle y lugares para caminar.

La vista solo dá a poblacion, pero está bien.

Las normas de ruidos y horas de descanso que se implementan no son respetadas por los huespedes lo que genera un mal descanso y incluso enojo en los que si van a descansar y respetar esas reglas opino q deberia tener un poco mas de control en cuanto a la norma de horas de descanso ya que eran las 1:00 am y la puerta de los baños compartidos estaban a los portazos risas en el comedor y charlas subidas de todo en el pasillo.

Excelente ubicación, todo muy limpio y ordenado, muy hogareño.

Que los baños sean compartidos, podria ser una buena opción ver la posibilidad de que sean baños privados dentro de las habitaciones.

Don Carcamo con su hija fueron muy amables, llegué tarde al hostal y Don Carcamo me llevó en su auto a comprar provisiones en la noche. La comunicación muy fluida, volvería a ir.

Las cortinas son tipo roller blackout, preferiría cortinas completas blackout dado que igual entra algo de luz.

O hostel é muito confortável, roupas de cama boas, camas confortáveis e bem localizado. Tudo muito bom.

La atención de las personas, la tranquilidad.

The facilities (kitchen, lounge and shared bathrooms) were great and exceptionally clean. Staff were very nice. The location is about a 10 min walk from shops and restaurants, but very nice and quiet

We were in an internal room (standard double) that didn’t have an external window, which meant there was no way to ventilate the room and it was very hot with all the radiators running, we ended up having to sleep with the door open to get some airflow. Would recommend the hostel but would suggest booking a different room

Habitaciones cómodas y limpias y el personal muy amable

La aislación no es muy buena entre las habitaciones, por lo que se escucha cuando hay movimiento de otros huéspedes en los pasillos y escalera.

Disponen de instalaciones de libre uso para poder cocinar y comer. Siempre tienen de cortesía té, café e infusiones de hiervas. La ubicación es super central y el lugar es seguro para estar (en todo momento)

El Hostal es muy limpio y esta bien ubicado a 10 min del centro en un entorno seguro, buenas instalaciones y muy buena cordialidad del equipo.

La habitación que solicitamos no tenia un baño privado dentro de la pieza. Habiamos reservado una con cama doble y baño privado sin embargo nos ofrecieron una con dos camas de plaza y baño privado o una con cama king pero el baño afuera, refiriendo que ese era el baño privado pero fuera de la habitación. Además una de las duchas se mojo, luego lo secaron pero el piso se habia empapado mucho. Fuera de eso todo bien.

The hostel has amazing waterflow and ample amount of hot water. Also, the room was very clean. Heat was sufficient to keep you warm during the cold winter. I arrived at 3am due to a flight delay but the hostel was empathetic and gave me clear instructions for the check-in procedures.

セントロまでは少し歩くが許容範囲 バスターミナルまでは遠いでuber推進。

Nice place very helpful staff. Room was comfortable and clean and had our bathroom round the corner which was really nice. Only stayed one night but kept our bags while we were in Torres del Paine for not much.

A little loud at night, there seemed to be an employee on the night shift who was on his phone on loud speaker from about 5am.

El desnivel al ingresar a la habitación y el baño. En la noche hay que estar atento de No resfalarse. Sería bueno indicar con una huincha reflectante para indicar al pasajero.

This is a review from someone who checked in, but had the reservation canceled unilaterally and without communication by the hostal, for a nonsensical reason. Lessons for future guests: We need to understand the local accommodation regulations beforehand, including tax exempt policies. Don't expect hotel staff to be basically professional. Don't stay in unprofessional hotels. Don't make hotel staff get upset, otherwise they might do anything. In contrast, the receptionist, Sofia, was patient and polite. Assuming the hostal owner is professional and polite (although it's difficult to see any shared virtues between the sisters in her sister that I've met in person). Assuming the room's soundproofing is perfect (I was kicked out a few hours after checking in. Otherwise I really wanted to experience a perfect soundproofing system).

During check-in, the so-called receptionist/cleaner didn't inform me that foreign travelers are exempt from VAT. She even didn't know how much I should be charged, and was constantly contacting others on her phone. After I swiped my credit card to pay for Chilean pesos at the POS machine, I realized myself that no VAT was required when paying in US dollars. The receptionist/cleaner once again exposed her unprofessionalism, not knowing how to cancel the original transaction on the POS machine, and then swipe the card again with the correct amount in US dollars. One hour later, the real receptionist, Sofia, and the owner's sister arrived. Regarding the "cancel POS machine transaction and then swipe the card again" operation, she first claimed to be very experienced, and that it was not difficult at all; then she came up with a bunch of absurd excuses to cover up her unprofessionalism. She never managed to complete the operation and wasted several hours of my time. Then, instead of apologizing, she accused me of interfering their work, not following her ridiculous rules during my stay, and threatened to call the police. I waited in vain for the police, so I went to the police station to file a report myself. During this time, the owner's sister called: she had unilaterally canceled my check-in and allowed other guests to check in, telling me to return to the hostal to collect my luggage. When I returned to the hostal, I found someone had entered my room without permission, taken my luggage, and thrown it on the lobby floor. The hostal only agreed to refund the amount excluding VAT, and only in cash (I paid by credit card). They told me to handle the remaining VAT myself through Booking.com. The whole process was unreasonable and illegal in terms of both the amount and the payment method.

The kitchen is nice and clean. Very easy to use.

Family run accommodation, friendly and helpful. Location is quiet and walking distance to main center. I like that there’s a fully equipped kitchen for sharing. Very clean, and can see the detail and care put into the house.

The bathroom in my room had a smell that was not pleasant but leaving the window in the bathroom open helps.

The place is amazing! The staff are super helpful, helped us to get ready for Torres del Paine and get as much info as possible. Ordered a taxi for us in a very good price. They also have a luggage storage and it’s super cheap. Felt like home away from home!

Isolamento sonoro quase não existente. A cama não sendo desconfortável poderia ser mais confortável.

Great location and good facilities and very clean. Helpful staff and good price. Easy to walk to everything and near boarding area for boats.

Wish we had paid a little more and booked a non bunk bed room as would have been worth it at our age!!

La atención de la gente que trabaja allí perfecta. Muy amables y facilitando todo. Está un poco separado del centro pero a 10 minutos andando. Zona sin ruido. Baño muy limpio.

This is a very clean and tidy family-fun guesthouse on a quiet street. The staff were helpful and I enjoyed my stay.

El personal siempre fue muy amable y cuando tuvimos un problema con la puerta del baño (se abría aunque estuviera con llave) ellos lo solucionaron rápidamente.

Es un hostal bastante cómodo y con personal muy disponible a responder dudas y a ayudarte. Está ubicado en un sector tranquilo.

No es un gran problema pero se escuchan los ruidos entre las habitaciones, por lo que se escucha cuando las personas hablan o se mueven.
