Lady who checked me in was friendly and helpful.

Sorry to be negative but the room was in bad condition and had mould on the walls and ceiling. (This is not unusual in Vietnam but it's not healthy to sleep in a room with excessive mould). Shower room and toilet were cramped. No towel available. Door lock was difficult to use.

Staff are nice - Tien is very helpful for any issues. Nice area in Chinatown feels more local than the touristy areas. Room is good for the price you pay. Lots of privacy so doesn’t really feel like a Homestay.

突然、前日にWhatsApp に連絡がきました。電話でした。1週間を3回、つまり合計で3週間予約しました。電話でデポジットが必要と連絡が来ました。キッチンがあっても、電子コンロが壊れてると言われました。 突然プライベートの連絡先に電話が来たことと、ブッキングドットコムで記載のないデポジットを要求されたので、キャンセルしました。

La dueña es muy amable, cercana y atenta. Ubicación cercana en al centro del barrio chino.

Solamente pasamos unas horas, la habitación era correcta (en las fotos se ven más nuevas). El baño esta afuera de la habitación pero en la misma planta.

Tien is such a sweet lady, she took the patience to explain everything to us. Comfortable, ac works Allright, so does wifi. Silent neighborhood. 10/10.

階段で3階や4階に上がります。

Personnel très agréable et accueil très chaleureux. La communication avec l'hôte est fluide et cordiale. L'emplacement est top, proche des grands axes mais relativement calme. Super rapport qualité-prix !

Un peu de moisissures au plafond de la salle de bain, mais rien de grave. La douche et les toilettes restent fonctionnels, c'est tout ce qui compte !

Had a great time staying here! The room was big, clean, and the AC worked perfectly. The highlight was the hospitality—the owner, Fairy, was so helpful that she even moved a full-size fridge into my room when I asked about one. It’s located in District 5 near Chinatown, which is great if you want a more local feel. Grab bikes and cars to District 1 are cheap and only take about 10–15 minutes. Would definitely stay again!

Changement de personnel, l hôtel était propre. La femme de l'accueille qui s'occupe aussi du ménage est adorable! 3eme sejour dans cet hôtel, la chambre est grande et lumineuse. Machine à laver le linge disponible sur le toit.

Le meuble pour ranger le linge est vraiment bancal et il manque une penderie ou porte manteau.

C’est calme

J’ai pas mal d'expériences de voyages, mais même par rapport au prix , ce n’est pour moi pas acceptable de louer un endroit comme ça. Pas propre, du vieux mobilier plutôt en mauvais état, une installation électrique qui fait peur, et des peintures, en particulier dans la salle de bain commune, sales et décrépies, et une odeur désagréable. Qui plus est, le logement ne correspond pas aux photos. Enfin c’est loin du centre d’Ho Chi Minh, mais ça j'aurai dû mieux le regarder

I just loved the place. Simple, but wonderful host and homestay experience together made my stay in Ho Chi Minh City. The host was kind and helpful, ready to answer all of your questions and to give recommendations, she clearly explained locking system for the night time. Don’t expect fancy place when you choose to come here, its just lovely and simple and just very close by you can eat tasty pho soup with 35 000vnd (ask instructions from the host😍).

I didn’t have towels in the room, maybe I just needed to ask them extra, but since it was late evening I didn’t ask and matbe they just forgot to put them into my room. Anyway, this is not minus, this is just remark for the next guest to kindly ask towels into your room if they are missing.

The people running the homestay were incredibly nice and welcoming

I had a really great stay here and honestly, it’s one of those places that feels right from the start. The location is perfect — it’s in a very residential area with no tourists around, which makes the whole experience feel much more authentic and local. Everything nearby is cheap, safe, and extremely convenient, with shops, food spots, and daily necessities just a short walk away. The owner and staff are amazing. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The lady who showed us the place took her time to explain everything clearly, even how to unlock the door properly and how everything works. You can really tell they care about their guests. Everyone was super friendly, kind, and always smiling, which honestly makes a big difference when you’re staying somewhere new. I genuinely wish them all the best. The room itself was very nice and comfortable, and the beds were absolutely fine — I slept well and felt rested. It felt calm, safe, and homely throughout my stay. If there’s one small thing that could be improved, it would be the toilet/bathroom condition. It wasn’t a deal-breaker at all, but with a bit of attention and improvement, it would make the overall experience even better and bring the place to an even higher standard. Overall, this was a lovely stay, mainly because of the people running it. Great location, great value, warm hospitality, and a genuinely pleasant atmosphere. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The room was kinda clean, no weird smell, the owner was really sweet, even gave us towels. The staff was the best part about this stay.

The place overall does not look clean at all. The bathroom was really not it. Moldy walls, dirty ground. Many cockroaches unfortunately. In our bed was small blanket without any sheets so it was kinda weird tho. But! It was really affordable, and if you really need some space for nice price, I think it can be enough. Unfortunately we were really tired and felt bad at that place so thats why we left :/

Owner is so helpful and hospitable. I will recommend this homestay again. The owner and her caretaker is very helpful when i felt sick for 2 days owner is so helpful getting me medicine and also asked me to have lunch with them too.

Chị chủ cực kỳ dễ thương, nói chuyện nhẹ nhàng và rất nhiệt tình, tạo cảm giác thoải mái ngay từ lúc nhận phòng. Phòng thì gọn gàng, xinh xắn, đầy đủ tiện nghi – có máy lạnh, cửa sổ thoáng gió, máy nước nóng và cả máy giặt nếu bạn cần. Chỗ ở yên tĩnh, sạch sẽ, rất phù hợp để nghỉ ngơi sau một ngày đi chơi mệt. Mình thích nhất là có thể tự check-in, check-out, không bị giới hạn giờ giấc nên cực kỳ linh hoạt. Đi đâu, về lúc nào cũng được, không lo bị gò bó. Có sẵn chỗ để xe máy an toàn nữa.

Vị trí thì nằm ngay trung tâm thành phố, di chuyển ra Quận 1 hay Quận 5 đều tiện. Điểm hơi bất tiện là nó nằm khúc đường ngược chiều. Ban đầu tìm đường hơi khó xíu thôi, tìm trên gg maps cũng được nhưng nó chỉ là điểm trừ rất nhỏ thui. Vì khi tới nơi rồi thì thấy đáng yêu và rất ưng, giá cũng mềm với một vị trí trung tâm dễ di chuyển.

I like how accommodating the staff is, the food cooked by the chef was really great and it is highly recommendable. If you are looking for a place near airport and near district 1 this place is highly recommendable. It is located in a very peaceful area, and if you want to explore in a busy area just walk around for about a minute from the homestay.

Host took me out for tasty breakfast in a special place. Such a pleasant treats. She was very helpful. I highly recommend that place to everyone.

An extremely cosy apartment in a convenient location, with a wide bed, beautiful renovation and a wonderful hostess that made me really feel welcome during my first visit to Vietnam ❤️‍🔥 The neighborhood is calm and noone will disturd your sleep at night. Apartment is located in Chinatown not far from the center and bus stops are near. The host is a very hospitable person who will make your visit here as comfortable as possible and will make sure you're having a good stay.

Everything was great, cheaper than in my country but everything was so much better for the same price, thanks to the host for introducing great places to eat.

For the price you can't complain, the owners of the house make sure that you are comfortable. Price-performance ratio is top notch. For the price you shouldn't have too high expectations. I booked it just to sleep and shower and both worked out great. If you're honest you don't need anything more. Internet was also free.
