Mieszkanie super,

Brak deski do prasowania,brak pilota w sypialni.oraz misek głębokich żeby zrobić sałatkę.

Location is great, close to Metro and supermarket. There’s a great dinner place just around the corner.

Mattress in the bedroom is too soft, like sleeping on a sponge. It could be replaced for a new one.

Pas de télécommande pour la TV de la chambre.

The apartment was very clean, the kitchen had all stuff that you need. The location was good too and nearby grocery stores helped as well.

The foldable bed should be replaced with a normal bed (if possible), it is not so comfortable. The wash basin in the toilet should be of normal size.. it is too small (compared with toilet room size).

Świetna lokalizacja. Dość duże mieszkanie.

Mieszkanie niestety nie było dobrze wysprzątane. Lodówka nie była umyta, w szafkach podobnie. W pokojach posprzątane tylko w miejscach widocznych, a za szawkami nocnymi spory kurz. Słabe wyposażenie w kuchni (szklanki, kubki, garnki).

Blisko metra oraz sklepów, apartament czysty oraz bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, wszystko zautomatyzowane. Autko zaparkowane zgodnie ze wskazaniem gospodarza na parkingu płatnym.

Wszystko mi się podobało. Sugeruję zainstalowanie aplikacji do parkingu.

Locația și apartamentul în sine sunt excelente: spațios, complet utilat, cu un balconaș foarte plăcut. Check-in-ul a fost rapid și simplu, iar parcarea subterană din zonă este un mare avantaj (10 euro/zi).

Din păcate, curățenia a fost făcută superficial înainte de sosirea noastră (podeaua nespălată, doar aspirată rapid). Lenjeriile din living nu erau schimbate, pernele nu aveau fețe și au lipsit lenjeriile curate pentru copii. Recipientele de săpun erau aproape goale. Locul are potențial, dar curățenia trebuie îmbunătățită.

No aircon. Only an issue because was in a heatwave.

Tágas, tiszta apartman jól felszerelt konyhával, pici erkéllyel a belső udvarra. Parkolási lehetőség néhány percre van egy parkolóházban, 10 EUR/nap, mellette az U1 metró állomása, a belváros néhány perc alatt elérhető . A környék csendes, a közelben vannak éttermek, szupermarketek (Hofer, BILLA), a parkolóház bejáratával szemben egy szuper fagyizó. A szállásadó jól kommunikál, precízen ellátott minden szükséges infóval bennünket. Jó szívvel ajánlom.

Egy mikrohullámú sütő hiányzott, gyors melegítéshez jó lett volna.

Odlična lokacija i blizina javnog prevoza. Stan je prostran i ima dosta mjesta, a prijava je bila veoma jednostavna i praktična.Apartman ima kafe aparat sa odličnom kafom.Kao mali znak dobrodošlice smo dobili keksiće.

U apartmanu nedostaju papuče, a posteljina nije bila baš potpuno čista.

Сама квартира хорошая, ближе к транспортной развязке ,комнаты большие,удобства хорошие. Хозяин подробно описал инструкцию, заселение в 15:30 ,хотя можно до этого оставить багаж в квартире, что и мы сделали и с чего и началось разочарование.Когда мы зашли оставить вещи было 14:30 , квартира не убрано после предыдущих гостей-пустые бутылки,неубранная постель, грязны тарелки впосудомойочной машине, я всё это сфотографировал и написал хозяину.Получил ответ ,что клининговая служба придет и с делает до 15:30.Правда немного странно как можно сделать уборку после гостей за максимум 1 час? Вечером пришли в квартиру и нам ожидала странная картина: в квартире убрано очень поверхностно, пустые пластиковые бутылки в кухне, застелено старое постельное белье от прежних гостей , в ванной почти нет мыла (полупустые бутылки),нет шампуня и гигиенических материалов.Вот вся эта грязная картина испортила нам отпуск с ребенком.

I love the property. It has everything I need for a short stay. We love it there and enjoy it so much!

Apartament bardzo dobry , przestronny , wybraliśmy go ze względu na dwa pokoje i osobną kuchnię w której można posiedzieć nie przeszkadzając sobie wzajemnie. Ogromnym plusem dla nas był balkon na który wychodziło się z przedpokoju. Świetna lokalizacja , blisko centralnej części tej dzielnicy z fantastyczną lodziarnią Tichy , knajpkami , sklepami , metro niemal za rogiem - idealna baza wypadowa na Wiedeń

Przydałoby się trochę więcej kubków do kawy czy herbaty i .....nieco poprawić czystość apartamentu , było czysto , posprzątane , ale tak .... pobieżnie.

Lokalizacja była świetna, gospodarz szybko odpisywał i dawał wskazówki, ogólny komfort mieszkania i sprzęty w kuchni były na wysokim poziomie - wszystko czego trzeba jest dostępne.

Szkoda że nie ma prywatnego parkingu i trzeba płacić za miejski ;)

Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet, sauber und sehr komfortabel. Besonders gut gefielen mir die geräumigen Zimmer, vor allem Küche und Bad! Der kleine Balkon war perfekt für eine kurze Pause an der frischen Luft! Im Sommer ist die Wohnung natürlich ideal; wir waren Ende Januar in Wien! Die Nähe zur U-Bahn und zum Supermarkt, die beide nur wenige Minuten entfernt sind, fand ich ebenfalls super. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass die Wohnung sehr komfortabel und gemütlich ist und ich sie wärmstens empfehlen kann.

Appartamento al primo piano in buona posizione a due passi della metrò, spazioso, puoi parcheggiare sotto casa o nelle strade vicine gratis altrimenti c'è un parcheggio sottorraneo a 200 metri a 10 euro al.giorno.

La pulizia degli elettrodomestici. Il water in una piccola stanza appena entri, separato dal bagno con vasca.

El departamento es lindo y cómodo. La limpieza bien.

Muy pocos utensilios basicos de cocina. El sillón cama y la ropa de cama no tienen relación. Cuesta armarla bien. No es cómodo para dormir (muy duro). Esa habitación, que también es el living, no tiene cortinas, lo que dificulta la privacidad. El colchon de la habitación principal es extremadamente blando. No es cómodo para dormir.

We had a great stay and would whole heartedly recommend it. The apartment is big, perfect for 4 people. It was clean and very well equipped. We had everything we might need for our stay. The biggest advantage I would say is the metro station that was not more than a 5-minute walk from the apartment, and there was a direct line that takes you to the center of Vienna. Also, there were some tram and bus lines nearby as well, so wherever we went in Vienna, we had a good connection from the apartment. The neighbourhood where the apartment is felt safe, and it has lots of supermarkets, restaurants, fast foods and shops nearby. We had a wi-fi in the apartment as well, and it worked good. Also, TV had an option for TV channels from anywhere in the world, so it felt like we were home and we really liked that we had that. Instructions to enter the home were easy and understandable, and also the communication with the host was good and fast.

Maybe the only thing that could be better would be pillows, but it’s not something that bothered us that much.

Nice, clean and cozy apartment! Everything is as its on the photos. A few minutes walking from metro station. Near around is a lot of coffee shops, markets and restaurants. We picked up the keys and found the place by the very detailed instructions from the host.

Only recommendation for the host is to provide the slippers.

Cocina y utensilios de cocina mal estado y sucio. Camas muy incómodas con colchones muy gastados.

La ubicación excelente al lado de metro tranvías y supermercado muy cerca.El apartamento era muy confortable no le faltaba de nada resumiendo Perfecto!!!

Нет темной шторы в зале для сна, ножа хорошего нет. Постельное белье уже изношено. Шумоизоляция не очень.

Very good location and close to public transport. Check-in was clear and easy and well communicated. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay in Vienna!

В апартаментах было тепло, в наличии была стиральная машина. Хорошее местоположение, недалеко центральный вокзал. Понятные инструкции по заселению. Не дорого.

Полотенца пора заменить. Шторку для ванной тоже. На ванной были черные волосы. В целом чистота относительна. Неудобный просиженный диван. Заселение после 15:30.

Komforan i funkcionalan stan, koji je odlično pozicioniran. Na oko 200 m su zatvorena garaža (12€ 24h) i Metro, tako da ste u centru grada za 10ak min.. Našli ljudi su vlasnici, tako da je moguća komunikacija na srpskom. Apartman ima sve potrebno, a ono što mi se posebno svidelo, jer nas je bilo 4, je to što su kupatilo i WC odvojeni, tako da nema gužve. Ima fen, peglu, kozmetiku, čak i jednokratne četkice za zube. Ono što posebno moram da pohvalim je da smo pitali za vinske čaše (nije ih bilo) I u kratkom roku su nam doneli! Za svaku preporuku i vidimo se opet

Большие, комфортные апартаменты, удобная кровать, очень удачное расположение, метро рядом, вокзал рядом (Линц, Зальцбург можно быстро добраться), в аэропорт добрались с вокзала за 15 минут, центр в четырех остановках метро. Рядом много супермаркетов.

Al llegar nos costó un poco encontrar el apartamento. Creo que las indicaciones deberían estar mejor explicadas… por lo demás una vez conseguimos entrar todo perfecto

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Bett ist äußerst bequem. Der Check-in mit Schlüsselcode hat gut funktioniert. Die Lage zu verschiedenen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war sehr gut.

Die Wohnung ist nicht komplett ausgestattet: Es fehlen unbedingt ein größerer Schrank und Ablage- und Aufhängemöglichkeiten im Schlafzimmer und im Bad. Trotz der Größe der Wohnung mussten wir quasi aus dem Koffer leben. Auch wäre ein zusätzlicher Sessel im Wohnzimmer recht schön. Leider sehr dürftig ist die Ausstattung in der Küche, denn außer ein paar Tellern, wenigen Tassen und Gläsern, grundlegendem Besteck ist nichts weiter in der Wohnung vorhanden. Sollte jemand vorhanden, dort zu kochen, wird das wahrscheinlich schwierig werden. Mit dem Vermietern hatten wir weiter keinen Kontakt.

Apartamentul nu are aer conditionat, la ferestrele de la living si bucatarie nu sunt draperii, nu sunt spatii suficiente pentru imbracaminte, nu are un cuier la intrare . Am stat cu hainele in troller. Salteaua de pe pat sub asteptari, este lasata si nu se poate dormi bine.

入住指示非常清楚，入住前可以提早寄放行李，有電梯，空間很大，有乾淨的洗衣機和陽台可以晾衣服。

沙發床對於成人比較狹小不好睡，地毯異味易引發鼻子過敏不舒服。

Sehr gute Lage, U-bahn Linie 1 gleich um die Ecke. Offensichtliche Tiefgarage genauso wie U-bahn Station nebenan und genug Parkplätze vorhanden. Allerdings ein Tag parken kostet 12€. Gepäck konnte früher abgestellt werden. Fahrstuhl vorhanden.

Die Wohnung konnte etwas besser gereinigt werden, Balkon Tür, Kühlschrank innendrin und hinter der Sofa in Wohnzimmer. Da habe ich nur geschaut weil das Sofa nicht zusammengebaut war, sondern die Teile nur dazugestellt. Es war aber keine große Aufwand, dies zu erledigen.

Només hi ha un armari petit: falta una mica d'espai per deixar l'equipatge/penjar roba i també falta espai per deixar els coses al bany.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. Communication with the host was good, and check-in was straightforward. Overall, a pleasant stay – everything met our expectations.

It would be nice to have a few more cups or mugs available. There were only two, and we were four people.

The bed sheets were not clean - it looked like they were not changed after the previous guests. Can get quite hot inside, even during the night, and there is some noise from the street

A very nice and clean apartment, equipped with absolutely everything you need. Very close to many amenities, including restaurants and public transport. Parking nearby. Very good communication with the owners. I highly recommend

The sofa in the living room is a little bit uncomfortable for 2 adults, my husband and I are tall. But that doesn't change the fact that the apartment is great.

Great location. Cozy and spacious apartment. Comfortable bed. Having a balcony is a great plus. The host was super friendly and flexible.

Really just minor things, but a bathroom mat and an extra pillow would have been nice. But overall we cannot complain.

The place was spacious! The apt got everything like cooking utensils & facilities and washing machine. Night lamp comes with a wireless charger! The sockets are multiple as shown as a photo. I wished we could have stayed longer!

-1- The toilet was very far away from the shower room / bed room. At night a bit scary to go there. -2- It was not a walking distance from Wien Hbf. But we took a subway. It’s 2 station away.

Cozy apartment near the centre. Parking in a short distance in underground garages at a good price. Close to the subway. Restaurants uand shops nearby.

Very few dishes, tea cups etc. No wine glasses.

Great stay at this apartment, close to the Central Station and just a short walk to the metro that takes you in the center in less than 10minutes. Easy self check-in with clear instructions. The apartment was very clean, silent, spacious and had most amenities necessary for a short or longer stay, cute little balcony as well! Would definitely return again.

The bed mattress as a bit too soft for a proper back resting. I would also appreciated a shampoo and maybe some kitchen paper and extra accessories that would make it all perfect (i.e. just one wine glass available)
