強いて言えばシャワールームの仕切りが半分なくて外が濡れないように気を遣わなければいけなかった。しかし、こういうもの、と言われればまあ納得ですが。

お風呂場が日本人には少々オープンすぎに感じました。ガラス張りでドアがなかったです。

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Everything from check-in to check-out was excellent. The staff was great, helpful, kind, and informative. Our room was large and comfortable with a nice view of the city. The bedside lights were perfect for reading. The room temperature was ideal for sleeping for us. We liked that we could open the window for fresh air. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Complimentary mineral water in the lobby for guests. Nice bar and nice mini market in the lobby as well.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Location was very convenient. About 8 minutes walk from Vienna central station. Even though it is close to such a big station, it was very quiet, we couldn’t hear any noises from the station at all. Breakfast was really good too. Hot and cold options available with very nice hot drinks machine, I’d recommend the hot chocolate! The offer of water in the reception area is a nice touch. The hotel is modern and clean and the staff were nice too.
Shower area has no door so don’t share a room with someone you wouldn’t want to see you naked! The lack of clean signs to the stairs from the various floors is not good. There is a sign for fire exit but nothing to indicate that you can use the stairs to access the reception. The lifts can be busy so clear signs showing the stairs as an alternative need to be installed.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Hôtel très agréable, bonne localisation pour être juste à côté de la gare. Chambre spacieuse, propre et confortable et bien insonorisée. Le personnel était très amical et le petit déjeuner très bon.
Je n'ai pas compris le concept de ne mettre aucune porte pour séparer la salle de bain de la chambre, ne serait-ce qu'un rideau pour la douche. J'étais avec de la famille et ce fut un gros problème niveau intimité. J'aurais préféré avoir connaissance de cet aspect en choisissant notre hébergement mais cela n'est pas forcément clair sur les photos des chambres. Nous avons signalé dès le début de notre séjour que le support du petit pommeau de douche était cassé à notre arrivée mais rien n'a été fait pour réparer cela et aucun retour ne nous a été donné.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Sehr geräumige Zimmer, mit Kühlschrank. Frühstück war sehr gut (sehr viel Auswahl - auch vegetarisch). Trotz Lage am Hauptbahnhof ruhig gelegen.
Dusche/Bad hatte keine Türe - Klo hatte eine. Klimaanlage war ziemlich laut, daher haben wir sie nachts ausgemacht. Allerdings konnte man das Fenster (5. Etage) nur ankippen-daher sehr warm.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Wenn wir spät mit dem Flugzeug oder mit der Bahn in Wien ankommen, buchen wir immer eine Übernachtung in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist optimal für uns und man wacht ausgeschlafen aus und ist frisch für den Tag.
Interessanterweise haben wir diesmal ein Behindertenzimmer zugewiesen bekommen. Daher gab es leider keine Duschkabine im Bad und der Wasserdruck war auch schwach.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Das Personal ist sehr nett! Ein Herr und ein junges Mädchen die beim Frühstück die Tische abräumen waren besonders freundlich und hilfsbereit! Insgesamt sehr freundlich und das Zimmer immer sauber. Natürlich die Nähe zu den Öffis ist toll. Das Frühstück war gut nur meinem Mann haben die Spiegeleier gefehlt!
Im Badezimmer wäre ein Mistkübel nett gewesen und bei den Nachtkästchen gab es nur bei einem eine Steckdose. Auch keine Fächer im Kasten um Unterwäsche hineinlegen zu können.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Polecam hotel podróżującym do Wiedna. Hotel blisko dworca, stacja metra jakieś 200 metrów, przystanek tramwajowy jakieś 100 metrów. Lokalizacja przy samym dworcu, ale co zaskakujące, w pokoju nie było słychać ani pociągów ani ruchu ulicznego, pokoje bardzo dobrze wygłuszone. Bardzo wygodne łóżko, pokój odpowiednio duży, łazienka także. W pokoju nie było butelek z wodą, ale była ona dostępna w holu ze specjalnego dystrybutora, były także wielorazowe butelki do napełniania. Kontakt z personelem bardzo dobry, poprosiliśmy o wcześniejsze zameldowanie i nie było z tym problemu. Śniadania poprawne, bardzo klasyczne, kawa bardzo dobra.

Kahvaltı genel anlamda iyiydi, oda da oldukça rahattı. Otel istasyonun hemen dibinde olmasına ramen iyi bir ses izolasyonu var dışarıdan gürültü gelmiyor. Belvedere sarayına yürüme mesafesinde
Banyonun kapısının olmaması çok saçma bu konuda kesinlikle düzenleme yapılmalı.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Das Hotel besticht durch die zentrale Lage. Alles unter perfekt organisiert so dass auch Hunderte Gäste gleichzeitig angenehm frühstücken können. Die Mitarbeiter/innen waren sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind funktional, es fehlt an nichts.
Es ist schade, dass man am Hotel Fahrräder nicht sicher unterstellen kann -gerade in Bahnhofsnaehe.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Die Lage direkt beim Hauptbahnhof ist perfekt für eine Weiterreise. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit Balkon in den Innenhof und es war sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Der Gang (aber nur dort!) zu den Zimmern war sehr schlecht durchlüftet und somit muffelt es dort.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Das Hotel war gut besucht. Beim Frühstücken war das etwas eng und hektisch. Zimmer, Fahrstühle etc. In Ordnung. Der Preis für den Tiefgaragenplatz war trotz Hotelrabatt aus meiner Sicht aber völlig überzogen. Da ist die Anreise über den nahen Hauptbahnhof zu empfehlen

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026La proximidad a la estación de tren Wien Hbf, unos 5 minutos andando. Check in rápido online. El personal del desayuno amable y eficaz. Hay dispensadores de agua en el hotel. La habitación contaba con una pequeña nevera, un plus cúando viajas con niños.
El desayuno básico y reiterativo cada día. El último día a las 10:00 h, tras regresar del desayuno, llamaron a la puerta, era el personal de limpieza para decir que era el último día y necesitaban hacer la habitación (El check out es a las 12:00 h) Nos pareció una falta de respeto.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Excellent location. Very quiet at night time. Spotlessly clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable rooms with fridge, safe, coffee machine. Nice bar area and also a 24 hour self service 'shop' with water, snacks, fruit, beer and wine. Across the road from the train station but no noise from the trains. 10 minute walk to Belvedere Palace and then a further 15/20 minutes to the city centre. Uber to the airport cost 25 ish Euros and took 20 minutes

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Das Hotel ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Man kann dadurch das Gepäck vor dem Einchecken und nach dem Auschecken im Hotel deponieren und so den Tag in Wien genießen. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und gut. Unser Zimmer hatte getrenntes Bad und WC.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Sehr schön ist, dass es jetzt in der Lobby einen Trinkwasserspender gibt, an dem man sich Wasser zapfen und mit ins Zimmer nehmen kann.
Es sind Kleinigkeiten, die aber bei einem Aufenthalt über mehrere Tage nerven. Im Bad fehlt ein Mülleimer, der Föhn ist extrem altersschwach. Die Fenster sind sehr klein, es gibt kaum Tageslicht im Zimmer. Beim Doppelbett gibt es nur auf einer Seite eine Steckdose.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Een heel comfortabel hotel. Goed verzorgde kamer, prettig bed,vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt. Makkelijk bereikbaar vanuit het Centraal.Station, wel wat verder van de historische stad.
Eigenlijk niets. Het hotel ligt wat verder van de historische stad. Dat was onze keuze. We kwamen op die dag aan met de trein vanuit een andere stad in Centraal Europa.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Albergo vicino alla stazione centrale, comodo per la metro e a 15 minuti a piedi dal Belvedere, è molto silenzioso. Il materasso è abbastanza comodo, la camera ha le dimensioni giuste e si può prendere l'acqua dall'erogatore all'ingresso.
I due cuscini sono un po' troppo morbidi, ma non troppo bassi. Magari avrei messo un bollitore normale, per non scaldarsi il tè al sapore di caffè, ma non è così grave. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, soprattutto perché è Vienna, dove i musei sono davvero molto cari, anche se splendidi (a parte l'Hofburg).

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Fantastische locatie, tegenover treinststion, metro en bus, waardoor je snel bij de bezienswaardigheden bent. Restaurants en winkels op loopafstand. Uitstekend ontbijt met heerlijke koffie! Fijn bed, ruime kamer. Goede douche. Airco op de kamer. Koelkast en mogelijkheid om koffie/thee te zetten op de kamer.

Very professional staff, always ready to meet guests' needs. Also, i like very much variety and quality of breakfast offerings.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Απέναντι από τον κεντρικό σταθμό. Πολλά καταστήματα για να καλύψεις τις όποιες ανάγκες. Εύκολη μετακίνηση στο κέντρο και το αεροδρόμιο. Αν θέλεις να επισκεφτείς άλλη πόλη πανεύκολο. Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και εξυπηρετικό. Φτάσαμε νωρίς και μας έδωσαν αμέσως δωμάτιο (πριν την καθορισμένη ώρα check-in, αφού υπήρχε διαθεσιμότητα! Πεντακάθαρο! Το ξενοδοχείο έχει πολλά δωμάτια, ωστόσο ήταν ήσυχο, δεν υπήρχε καθυστέρηση ούτε στο ασανσέρ, ούτε στο πρωϊνό που ήταν εξαιρετικό! Το δωμάτιο διαθέτει καφετιέρα και στο ισόγειο υπάρχει ψύκτης με πόσιμο νερό για εξυπηρέτηση 24/7.
