Gutes Frühstück und eine sehr gute Matratze, nachts ruhig trotz Zimmer zur Straße. Das Hotel Caroline ist zentral gelegen, direkte Anbindung an Bus und Straßenbahn. Unser Zimmer im altem Hotelteil war relativ günstig. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Duschbad wurde vor kurzem modernisiert.

Die Gegend hat schon bessere Zeiten erlebt. Die Zimmerreinigung könnte besser sein und 1 oder 2 Bilder bzw. etwas Deko würde das Zimmer aufwerten (Wir waren sehr viel in Wien unterwegs und haben Fitness & co nicht genutzt).

Hotel muy practico, cómodo y tranquilo. A media hora de pleno centro de Viena. Parece mucho pero si te gusta caminar llegas muy fácil disfrutando de la ciudad. Pensaba utilizar metro que tiene parada próxima pero finalmente no fue necesario. Cómo mejor se disfruta de la ciudad es caminando y viendo su arquitectura. Sin palabras. El recepcionista del hotel una maravilla en atención y amabilidad. En resumen, todo perfecto y si además abandonas la habitación y quieres seguir disfrutando de la ciudad por la tarde, tienen servicio de consigna para equipajes totalmente gratis., todo un detalle en una ciudad donde hasta te cobran por ir al baño.

Cercano a la estación central de Viena.los trabajadores de recepción muy amables y simpáticos. Desayuno correcto sin alardes.

El baño no lo limpiaron ningún día. El suelo estaba sucio y con pelos aunque limpiarán los inodoro. El baño está demasiado pequeño para desenvolverse con comodidad.

De kamer en de badkamer waren zeer comfortabel. Er was veel ruimte, het was er rustig en de hygiëne was top. Alle medewerkers waren vriendelijk. Ook de garage was veilig en vlot toegankelijk…

Er was niks dat ons niet beviel. Het ontbijt was lekker en verzorgd. Een tip ter verbetering, enige variatie in het aanbod.

Es war sehr sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Familienzimmer war groß, ebenso das Bad. Wir haben sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Personal war sehr nett und sehr freundlich.

Leider hatten wir die Hauptstraßenseite, wo auch das Depot von den Straßenbahnen war. Es war leider laut in der Nacht.

Ho apprezzato molto la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale alla reception, sempre cordiale e disponibile. La colazione nella norma, in linea con gli standard della struttura.

Purtroppo la pulizia delle camere è stata piuttosto scarsa. Durante il soggiorno veniva rifatto il letto, svuotati i cestini e ripiegati gli asciugamani, ma non veniva effettuata una vera e propria pulizia della camera. Inoltre, siamo rimasti per tre giorni senza shampoo e senza sapone per le mani, terminati entrambi, senza che venissero sostituiti perché il personale addetto non si era accorto che erano finiti. Un altro aspetto negativo è stata la zona circostante l’hotel, che non ci ha fatto sentire particolarmente sicuri. La presenza di pattuglie della polizia era molto frequente, praticamente a tutte le ore, e il giardino accanto all’ingresso della metropolitana era spesso frequentato da persone che sembravano essere coinvolte in attività di spaccio. Nel complesso, l’ambiente circostante ci è sembrato poco rassicurante, soprattutto nelle ore serali.

Konumu güzel; güvenli ve ulaşımı kolay. Çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Otel temiz, odalar geniş. Bebekli ve çocuklu aileler için oldukça uygun. Kahvaltısı da güzel.

Avrupa'da bir çok yerde olduğu gibi burda da tek kullanımlık terlik yok.

Die Lage ist top, die Zimmer super, das Frühstück gut, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Am vorletzten Tag kam keine Reinigung.

Gute Betten und Frühstück war auch gut

Klimaanlage hat nicht so gut funktioniert. Abfluss vom Waschbecken lief sehr langsam ab. Boden war schon etwas abgenutzt.

Die Begrüßung im Hotel war einzigartig gut! Ich hatte vorher angefragt, ob wir vorab bereits die Koffer unterstellen können, da unser Zug bereits am Vormittag ankam. War kein Problem. Wegen Verspätung waren wir dann doch erst mittags da, bekamen einen Cappuccino, bekamen einige Tipps und hatten ein super nettes Gespräch mit "Daniel". Wir fühlten uns sofort willkommen. Das Frühstück war prima, von allem was da. 5 Minuten zur U-Bahn.

Der Tresor ging nicht. Er ging mal auf, mal nicht. Der Syphon im Badezimmer tropfte. Der Herr, der diesmal am Empfang war, wollte mir einfach nicht zuhören, sondern mir nur die Gebrauchsanweisung erklären. Auch nachdem ich ihm sagte, dass ich mich absolut an die Betriebsanleitung gehalten hatte. Letztlich war wohl die Batterie alle. Alles nicht schlimm, aber etwas Negatives soll man ja schreiben. :-) Syphon war nach 2 Tagen (Wochenende dazwischen) auch repariert.

Bardzo wygodny parking dla gości. W recepcji dostaje sie mapkę jak tam dotrzeć. Plus za akceptowanie zwierząt. Pokój był ogromny, a łóżko bardzo wygodne. Obsługa przygotowała nam też łóżeczko turystyczne. Śniadania w formie bufetu bardzo smaczne. Są krzesełka dla dzieci. Na śniadanie da sie zjechać windą W pokoju jest klimatyzacja. Blisko do centrum miasta.

Nie ma się do czego przyczepić, ale jeśli już coś to przydałby sie w pokoju czajnik i kubki na herbatę. Ale czajnik można wypożyczyć z recepcji w razie czego.

Personál

Firstly, the Check in was made very easy and welcoming...Daniel was very knowledgeable and gave us some very interesting trivia about Vienna...drink the water, purest water around, and how to look for wells in one needs a drink. The other worthy of mentioning was Sayed, another front desk staff member who was always bright, cheerful and knowledgable on the area. So, big shout out to Daniel and Sayed as they provided valuable and helpful information when we needed help finding things while moving our son to Vienna for university.

The mattresses are a tad firmer than north American mattresses.

Good staff, great breakfast. The restaurant is after renovation, it has changed for the better since our last visit. Best hotel for short visit in Vienna.

We've been at this hotel two times before in the new part of the building and these were great. This time they gave us a room in the old (but renovated) part. Facilities in the room were good, bathroom was great, but the AC... It's not an AC at all, it's just an air blower. In the room on 4th floor was sooo hot (30 degrees outside, same inside). Remember to ask for the room in new part in summer.

Velika soba s kadom i predobrom terasom koja nema nista osim stolića i dvije stolice. Dosta visoka cijena za tu sobu,, ali je uključen doručak. Mogućnost parkiranja u njihovu garažu uz nadoplatu.

Prostor za doručak je dosta stisnut, previse ljudi na taj prostor. LOKACIJA nije za ići po noći iz grada. Nije sigurno. Tv nije android, nema aparata za kavu...

Hotel Caroline is very central to all tourist sites. It is very close to the main shopping centre/restaurants. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly. We hired a car , there is private parking at a cost of 17€ a night. I would stay here again and recommend hotel Caroline.

Very friendly staff, nice and clean rooms.

Die Zimmer sind total leise und man kann richtig entspannen. Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer zum Innenhof und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Das Frühstück ist gut und bietet eine reichliche Auswahl. Wenn man früh zum Frühstück kommt, hat man noch seine Ruhe und ausreichend Platz. Das Personal beim Frühstück war freundlich und fleißig. Hier gibt es wirklich nichts zu bemängeln.

Die Sauberkeit des Hotels war leider sehr enttäuschend. Im Gang lag während meines gesamten Aufenthalts Schmutz, der offenbar nicht entfernt wurde. Auch das Zimmer wurde nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Der Tisch war bei meiner Ankunft bereits verschmutzt und wurde auch beim Zimmerservice nicht entsprechend gereinigt. Zudem waren die Seifenspender leer und wurden während meines Aufenthalts nicht nachgefüllt. Auch schwarze Haare am Bett haben nicht gerade einen sauberen Eindruck hinterlassen. Die Fenster auf der Straßenseite waren leider nicht ausreichend schallisoliert, sodass der Straßenlärm deutlich zu hören war. Zudem zog es leicht durch die Fenster. Auch das Personal empfand ich leider als eher unfreundlich und distanziert. Man fühlte sich teilweise eher wie eine lästige Person als wie ein zahlender Gast. Der Ton war meiner Wahrnehmung nach teilweise recht streng, sodass es mir unangenehm war, die vorhandenen Mängel anzusprechen. Insgesamt war ich von meinem Aufenthalt enttäuscht. Gerade bei diesem Preis hätte ich deutlich mehr Sauberkeit, einen funktionierenden Zimmerservice und einen freundlicheren Umgang mit Gästen erwartet.

Das große Zimmer und das freundliche Personal. Die Lage in der Nähe zum Bahnhof und die gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Wir waren schon häufiger im Hotel Caroline und es hat uns immer sehr gut gefallen.

Guys at reception were great.

AC is old and room temperature never came below 24 degrees, was too warm for my taste. A fan would have been perfect. Furniture is old style. Looks new and in condition, but old fashioned.

Bardzo dobry parking, duży pokój hotelowy, dobre śniadanie. Bardzo miły, pomocny i uprzejmy personel.

Klimatyzacja w pokoju nie była sprawa - brak czynnika, nie chłodziła- na korytarzu było chłodniej niż w pokoju. Pomogła interwencja pracownika hotelu.

Nice location, near several transportation services to allow us to travel around, very good rooms, bright and spacious. Very friendly an dhelping staff.

We were there for a week, the sheets were never changed, one of them got a stain on the first days and it was there till the end. The bathroom was not not properly cleaned for the entirey week as well, there were always hair on the floor that we start seeing and left on purpose to see when would if be picked up/cleaned. They did empty the trash cans, made the beds, but that is not a proper cleainng. All of this, despite even having called out for that at the reception.

Die super Lage in Wien. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel direkt vor der Tür. Die Betten waren sehr gut . Das Frühstück war sehr lieb angerichtet und hatte für jeden etwas . Ich werde aufjedenfall wieder kommen . Tipp gleich beim buchen einen Parkplatz mieten in der Tiefgarage. Lohnt sich da es keine Parkplätze gibt oder alles über teuer ist

Teile des Personals sind überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man ist sehr gut an Bus, Tram und U-Bahn angebunden, neben der Tiefgarage gibt es auch viele öffentliche Parkplätze, die sogar am Wochenende in Wien kostenlos sind (!). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (inkl. Shopping Center) sind fußläufig erreichbar

Der Zustand unseres Zimmers wies teilweiße Mängel auf, auf Nachfrage beim Personal wurde hierfür aber super schnell und zuvorkommend eine tolle Lösung gefunden

Unser Zimmer war etwas klein aber sauber und absolut ausreichend für eine Nacht. Das Personal vor allem an der Rezeption war absolut zuvorkommend und bemüht. Ich würde dieses Hotel sofort wieder buchen

There is a new and old part of the hotel. It makes very big difference. The old building rooms need renovation

Great stay! The room was clean and spacious, with a particularly large bathroom. The infrared sauna was the perfect touch after a long day. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent. We can’t wait to return to Vienna and will definitely stay here again!

Good room size

The hotel is half old and half new. We were in the old section. Our room had a newish bathroom but the rest of the room was quite old and very basic. The only room lights that worked were in the bed heads. It had a large dining table in it and 3 outdoor chairs. One of us got scolded in the shower when someone flushed the toilet. There was a dispute when we got there with the receptionist saying we hadn’t paid in advance when we had which led to a bit of stress wondering how much trouble we may have trying to settle that before checking out. It wasn’t actually an issue in the end as the daytime receptionist managed to locate the payment. The hotel area had quite a lot of people experiencing poverty and homelessness in the vicinity which meant we didn’t feel comfortable walking back to the hotel after dark.

Das reichhaltige Frühstück hat für jeden Geschmack was zu bieten. Das Hotel ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut zu erreichen und von dort aus auch alle Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Super Garage für Autos.

Das Zimmer schon längst braucht Erfrischung!!!! Duschkabine lässt das Wasser überall raus (Dichtung kaputt). Steckdose kaputt. Keine Glühbirnen in Tischlampe. Sauberkeit ganz mittelmäßig.

War sehr gut mit Bus, Strassenbahn, U-Bahn erreichbar. Sehr, sehr freudliches Personal, Sehr umfangreiches Frühstück. Gut klimatisierte Zimmer Man muss die Zimmer an Abreisetag erst bis 10 Uhr räumen. Man kann das Gepäck unterstellen.

Unser Bad war sehr klein. Sie haben aber größere, wir haben nachgefragt.

Hotelul este foarte ok, statia de metro aproape de hotel, dar in zona sunt foarte multi refugiati.

La colazione è stata abbondante e varia.si poteva scegliere tra salato e dolce. Molto comodo per il trasporto urbano poiché l' hotel è a due minuti di camminata per raggiungere la linea 1 della metro e davanti all'hotel c'è una fermata del bus.

AC unit was really old and barely worked. We had to move around all bed to face the split unit they have to be able to sleep.

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr sauber. Direkt an den Öffis (die man die ganze Nacht hört.) Frühstücksbuffet äußerst ausreichend.

Das Hotel ist modern, in den öffentlichen Bereichen sehr sauber, die Mitarbeiter sind äußerst freundlich und kompetent. Es gibt eine Garage, die mit 17 Euro pro Nacht im leider inzwischen üblichen Preis liegt. Das Hotel ist etwas abseits vom Zentrum. Aber der Bus hält direkt vor der Tür, die Straßenbahn ist 200 Meter weiter und nochmal ein paar Schritte später kommt die U-Bahn. Absolut ideal wenn man Wien erkunden will. Die Zimmer sind groß und hell. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und lecker. Die Damen im Service sind sehr schnell. Ansonsten gibt es eine kleine Bar, die wir erfolgreich ausprobiert haben (äußerst leckerer Gin Tonic) und einen Fitnessraum, den wir nicht probiert haben..

Einziges kleines Manko. Die Reinigung vom Zimmer hat nicht ganz geklappt. Es war schon sauber, vor allem das Bad, aber der Fußboden blieb die ganze Woche doch recht fleckig. Auch von uns auf den Boden gelegte Handtücher wurden 2 Tage nicht ersetzt. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Wir haben uns trotzdem wohl gefühlt.
