Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Wychodzisz wprost na uliczne knajpy. A jak Ci mało, to idziesz ulicą dalej. Po drodze możesz zwiedzać zabytki ;-) Z tyłu publiczny parking, nie było kłopotu z zaparkowaniem, chociaż czasami ludzie czekali na miejsce.
Wszystko było naprawdę super, nie ma na co narzekać!

He gave us very clear instructions about check in, parking, places to visit and everything we asked was quickly answered. Thank you for the hospitality! Definitely we are staying in this apartment the next time we visit the city.

The host need to be more clear about parking space availability. The house had no dedicated car park facility and street parking was mostly unavailable and a big challenge. Needed to pay parking fine of 30€ since there was no mention of street free parking time provided by host. NOT SUITABLE FOR GUESTS who need a car park!

1) Parcarea nu este garantata. Avand in vedere ca am ajuns tarziu, am gasit foarte greu un loc de parcare in zona. 2) Exista mai multe paturi si plapumi, insa niciuna nu are invelitoare. Sunt folosite de mai multe persoane fara a fi curatate. Foarte, foarte deranjant. 3) Nu am facut dus. Dusul imi dadea impresia de murdarie.

A neighbour, an old lady was angry ,shouting and kicking the wall by heavy objects of apartments in the evening and in the Morning on the 7 th of January. It was The Orthodox Christmas.She scared my children.

Evi otoparkı olduğu için tercih etmiştik.Ancak otopark eve ait değilmiş.Yakındaki okulun otoparkıymış. Hafta sonu olduğu için ve evin girişindeki kafede bulunan birisi bize yardımcı olduğu için yer bulabildik.Yoksa günlük 22-30 euro arasında otopark bedeli ödeyecektik.Evin otoparkı yok.Bunu yanı sıra evin ses yalıtımı yok.Sabah 3.00'e kadar müzik gürültüsünden uyuyamadık.Ayrıca yatak odasında sadece tül perde var.Odaya gece ışık fazla geliyor.Uyumayı zorlaştırıyor.

Έχει και ένα δημοτικό πάρκινγκ από πίσω που με λίγη υπομονή θα βρεις να παρκάρεις. Ο κ. Γιώργος μας κατατοπίσε πλήρως για όλα. Ευχαριστούμε

Reviewed Oct 8, 2025A luxurious apartment with a stylish interior and complete comfort. High ceilings and high-quality furniture. A spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen for cooking. Comfortable mattresses and a good bed. Balconies in two bedrooms and the living room, all with views of the landmarks! Everything has been thought of; there is everything guests might need, even umbrellas, which we used. The location is perfect – in the city center, a few blocks to the Rotunda in one direction and a few blocks to Ana Poli in the other. There are cafes, restaurants, and shops all around and in the building itself on the ground floors – everything is within easy reach. I didn't want to leave this wonderful apartment! It is so cozy and beautiful. There is parking in the courtyard behind the building, but you need a free space. One became available that night. The owner was very kind and helped us with street parking until a free space became available. The advantages of this accommodation cannot be overstated: an absolute delight! I would love to stay here again. Thank you, George!

Reviewed Oct 1, 2025Die Wohnung war wirklich hervorragend. Besser hätte es nicht sein können. Auch die Lage war sehr gut und direkt gegenüber dem Geburtshaus des türkischen Staatsgründers Atatürk hatte es was magisches an sich. Der Gastgeber war sehr behilflich und sehr nett. Es lief absolut problemlos ab. Ich hoffe dass ich wieder eine Gelegenheit bekomme diese Wohnung zu buchen. Hinter dem Haus waren Parkplätze bei welchem man mit Glück einen freien Platz bekam. Hier sollte man nur aufpassen dass das eigene Fahrzeug nicht zu groß ist.
Das typische Großstadt-Problem mit den Parkplätzen. Aber auch dies hat im großen und ganzen gut geklappt.

Ev Atatürk muzesinin tam karşısindaydı. Balkonundan muzeyi izleyebilirsiniz. Hemen evin arkasında ücretsiz bir otopark vardı. Ve sokakta çok sayıda cafe yakınlarda da marketler vardı. Ev sahibi George bize şehirde yemek içmekle ilgi öneriler verdi. Eve giriş onun yönlendirmeleriyle çok rahat oldu.
Banyo biraz küçüktü. Ama yeterliydi. Sıcak su vardı.

Great kitchen! if you want you can cook. the restaurant from down stairs was great! good food, good price! eat there if you get the chance! Reviewed Aug 15, 2025Apartamentul este foarte bine amplasat, aproape de obiectivele importante din oraș, utilat cu tot ce trebuie, curat.. proprietarii ne au ajutat și cu parcarea în apropiere, o parcare pe care nu am fi găsit o singuri. Chiar dacă am ajuns înainte de ora oficială a check inului, deoarece apartamentul era deja liber și curat, am putut să ne cazam mai devreme, lucru foarte util după un drum lung. Raport bun calitate preț.

Curățenie exemplara, prosoape suficiente, lenjerii bine îngrijite si paturi confortabile, tot ce ai nevoie pentru un sejur plăcut. La parterul clădirii sunt restaurante unde poți lua masa, locația fiind amplasata foarte aproape si de faleza Thessaloniki. Recomand, m-as întoarce mereu cu placere.

The balconies were very comfortable and I liked the shower as well. The living room remains pretty dark, so my fellow travellers had a good night of sleep.
One of the bedrooms didn't have air conditioning, so it got a little warm, but nothing too special.
