Reviewed Sep 8, 2026The only good part about this hotel is the location. It is right across the street from the airport - a 2 min taxi ride to the airport terminal
The facility smells - the carpets are really old and they have a strong odor. We were shown 2 different rooms and the bad odor was over-powering as soon as you walked in. The staff member who showed us the 2 rooms also agreed that the carpets were giving a strange odor. She then said they would find us a room that didnt smell - they simply sprayed a room freshener in a 3rd room and turned the AC on to circulate the air. The AC is not reliable - the air conditioning just conked off in the middle of the night. All of us woke up drenched in sweat. The bedding/ pillow had some pointed thing poking out of it - which I didnt notice at the time of going to bed. But when I woke up in the middle of the night to fix the AC, I got a long cut in my arm because of the pointed thing in the pillow.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026The staff were excellent and extremely supportive, specifically reception staff in the late night. When my son fell seriously ill at around 2 a.m., they promptly connected us with a doctor, arranged transport, and helped us get him to the emergency department at Apollo Hospital. The next morning, the manager and staff personally checked on him and ensured we were comfortable before our afternoon flight. The breakfast was also excellent. We truly appreciate their care, prompt assistance, and hospitality.
What I didn’t like was not the hotel’s fault. It happened to be a dry day, but when you visit a city or destination to enjoy yourself, any kind of restriction can take away from the overall experience.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026Check in was good, welcome warm and friendly faces all around, made us very comfortable and felt safe. Breakfast was packed very thoughtfully. Staff were attentive friendly and caring.
The room temperature was set at colder than required. As we booked and checked in late, didn’t realise and ended up with a cold the next morning.

I think there are many employees who are in need of training to bring them up to speed. One acute issue for many is their lack of inability to communicate in English. This needs addressing to ensure guests needs are met in time and not after multiple attempts..

The buffet dinner my husband had was outrageously expensive. The à la carte meal I ordered was very tasty but it took them literally an hour to get it to me.

Reviewed Jan 30, 2026This is a lovely small airport hotel, where the staff are so friendly and helpful. The decor in the hotel is very attractive and it makes you feel comfortable and homely. The bar and pool area are very pleasant to sit in. The hotel is also peaceful , even though it is so near the airport. Literally 5 minutes to the airport and a shuttle service available at all times.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Great staff - went above and beyond to help us with things we needed to get done. Great rooms and amazing food via room service. We had a fish curry dish that was spectacular. Shower was beautiful and water pressure/temperature just perfect. We needed to do laundry before departing for our flight and they were able to deliver it overnight at short notice. Location is super close to the airport - made it less stressful to catch our very early morning flight.
Nothing, all was great. I would stay here again if I needed to be near the airport.

Reviewed Jan 12, 2026J'avais besoin de rester juste une nuit pas très loin de l'aéroport, tout était parfait. La navette de l'hôtel est venue me chercher très rapidement. Tout a été très facile, une prise en charge un accueil chaleureux, bienveillant. Lorsqu'on arrive seule dans un pays étranger c'est toujours agréable de se sentir à l'écoute. Concernant les repas, les différents buffets étaient copieux, variés et les mets étaient très délicats. Le personnel est très professionnel, très présent sans pour autant s'imposer, on voit que l'équipe de management accompagne chacun dans le service le plus adapté et et la réponse la plus élégante possible. J'ai beaucoup apprécié les échanges avec chacun aussi bien au service restauration avec les chefs, le personnel de salle, avec l'équipe de la réception et sa responsable, charmante, souriante, aimable point et je n'oublierai pas les personnes qui travaillent aussi dès notre arrivée, dans les chambres. Chacun et tu as sa place, discret et serviable. Concernant l'hôtel lui-même les chambres sont très agréables, spacieuses propres. La piscine sur le toit a permis une petite détente agréable après un vol fatigant. Très satisfaite de cette courte étape D'ailleurs j'ai prévu d'y séjourner encore deux jours avant de reprendre mon vol retour.
Pour ma part rien de particulier. Tout a été parfait.
