Hot shower Water pressure very good.

I had to pay extra rm20 for early check -in which was just two hours early from tge check-in time. Its common to allow guest to check-in early without extra charges. Extra charged inccure only if u extend yur check-out time. 2. Pls put a kettle in the room so its easy for guest to make a drink.

I stay for 1 day, so not much on using the facilities like iron, but there is a iron board together with iron. The coway to take ice water and hot water. Inside room there were 2 bottled water, toilet utilities, hair dryer, towels and hanger. The TV have access to Netflix and You tube, can chill while watching. There is lot of shops nearby front and back.

The parking quite hard but somehow managed. Maybe there should have a bigger place for hang clothes or add on hangers. Maybe few selection of coffee sachets, such as tea or chocolate cause not all like coffee.

Location is excellent close to a variety of eateries

Room is very narrow for 3pax family room, families with young children would be a challenge

A very simple but cozy place to stay. Had a friendly staff to serve us when we were checking in even at 2am, props to him as well! Will definitely come back next time!

Location is quite good. Restaurants just next to it, very nice. Quite comfortable with the affordable price.

The location, I chose it coz it's nearest to Axiata Arena Bukit Jalil. I love that I was given ground floor, very convenient. Tho it's a budget hotel, it's impressive that they provide toothbrush and toiletries set, coffee and tea. The best part was I spilled something on my blanket and asked them to replace while I was out. By the time I got back, everything was ready. Excellent service.

The room i booked had one queen bed and one single bed, hence making the space very limited for Muslim prayers. Had to solat on the bed.

The location is strategic and nearby the National Hockey Stadium. The shower is spacious and the water heater functioning well.

The room with queen bed is quite small, not enough space to pray. Overall is okay.

Location is close to the masjid

There is no lift and guests should be informed in advance

The small room is not worth the price of one night, the air conditioning is hot even though it is at a high level, there are hidden charges.. it's a pity my parents had to spend the night in a cramped, hot atmosphere, the staff is not friendly

The location of the hotel is nice.There are many restaurants and convenience stores around there, no need to worry about the food when you are starving.

This room was a bit dusty and the facilities of this room was old. Especially one of the ceiling light, it keeps flashing. Plus the toilet was not clean very well, there were stains left on it.

The hotel surrounding have many food store. If Chinese you can direct have food beside the hotel. Is a Chinese restaurant which chap fan. I choose this hotel because near to Axiata Arena for concert. The worker is friendly, she help me to reserve for one more night after I phone them.

Inside the corridor smell smoking somebody smoke but the hotel show non smoking. While the toilet light is flickering. Looks like it’s spoilt. The basin tape crooked but still can use. Hope the worker fix it for next customer

It was a very bad experience. We reached hotel at 2 am and couldn’t sleep because of the bed bugs. No lift is there and no hand wash also . We planned to stay there for 2 days but we checked out in few hours

Nearest to the city

Water heater broken. Could not adjust to middle level. It is either too hot or too cold. The light of the room was quite dim. Stain on the bed. And dusty corner.

The location was excellent with many top rated eateries and restaurant around. There is even a 24hr laundromat for your dirty clothes if you would like a wash. The staff were attentive and the hotel was generally clean.

There was a small flying cockroach in our room. The staff on the first night tried to help catch the cockroach as there was no more spare rooms to change to. The staff on the second day offered to change room if the same repeats on the second night but it was alright by then. This could be due to the proximity of restaurants around rather than the hotel hygiene itself which I find it quite ok.
