The rooms were clean. Good location.

The only problem was the room only had a lock, it did not have the safety latch. This felt a little unsafe and not recommended for ladies staying alone.

初日、テレビが部屋に無かったので、きいたら、修理中とのこと、部屋を替えてくれと言ったが、明日には、テレビが入ると言うので、止むを得ず、了解する、トイレットペーパー無し。 翌日、市内観光をして、ホテルに戻り、テレビは直ったかと確認したら、直ったとの返事があり、部屋に入るやテレビが無いことを確認、また、部屋も出て行った時のまま、メイクされてなかった。 フロントにクレームを言い、部屋を替えて貰ったら、 他の備品は、揃ってたが、冷蔵庫が無かった。 貴社の当ホテルの備品として記載されてた備品が、正確に設置されて無かった。

The location was good, as it is close to KL Sentral mall, where you can shop and easily access the LRT. There are also a few restaurants nearby and a KK Mart right next door. The street can get quite lively on weekend nights. It is also only about a 5 minute drive to Little India.

We arrived about an hour later than the mentioned time, but our room was still not ready. We had to wait almost 20 minutes for the cleaner to finish cleaning the room. When we got into the room, the floor was still wet, as if it had just been mopped, and there was an unpleasant smell. The toilet also looked like it had only been splashed with some water rather than properly cleaned. in the evening, there was a very strong cigarette smell on the floor, and the smell came into our room as well. The air conditioner was also not cooling properly.We informed the staff about the issues, but the only response we received was, "Oh, okay, sorry." At that point, I really had no mood to argue, so I just left. Overall, it was quite a disappointing experience, especially considering the room was not ready on time and there were several cleanliness and maintenance issues (AC).

Location is good but Hotel is below average. They were not even offered extra blanket and bed was too small. They were asking for extra amount for early check-in even when room was available. I was really disappointed with this one. Good thing that I chose this room for only one night.

Nothing went well. This hotel's rooms were like prison cell. No windows, not showers- shower is literally on top of the toilets. You have to shower on the toilet, yes on the toilet. Small room, AC is literally on top of the bed, if you put it on it freezes you, if you switch off whether is hot. No in between. Dreadfull. We left after 2 hours of sleep, cancelled my booking. no refund nothing has provided.

I like nothing about this hotel. Pillow cases were smelly and not renewed. No wardrobe but a sign on the wall -look at the picture. :)))

There was no TV or minibar in the room, no information during check in by a foreigner staff but fully charged as per booking.com rate. No coffee or tea sachets, in hotelier terms, it was a OOO room. When approached Front desk later, they claimed the TV n Minibar was sent for repairs.

The only good thing about the hotel is its location, as it is close to NU Sentral Mall.

Such hotels should not be offered. The room smelled bad, and so did the bed. The walls in the bathroom and bedroom were disgusting. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

first, I came to another place with only a slight difference. This hotel is located not in front of NU Sentral Mall, but on the second layer of the road. so you have to walk under the MRT station and you will find it. But good news, infront of the hotel you can find a ABC restaurant that open almost all the time, dinner, breakfast at average cost. the staffs is there but dont expect to have a big smile and warm wellcome speech. if you take 2 triple rooms, they only have 1 triple room at each floor. and it is very tight for 3 persons. not space for luggage if more than 2 luggage. difficult to open it at the same time. small, enough for you to sleep and rest.

We stayed for just one night and left very early in the morning. We chose the hotel for its location—very close to KL Sentral—as we needed quick access to the bus for the airport. A damage deposit is collected upon arrival and refunded upon departure. We booked two rooms since we were traveling as a group; the triple room did not have a minibar.

Its all about convenience. Perfect for parking, you can travel to any destination because of its location. You can have breakfast, lunch and dinner in this area. It's public transportation right in the center. All within your reach. Laundry outlets nearby.

Close to KL Sentral, decent sized room with free water and nice bathroom

Staff onsite weren’t great at communicating and a bit rude. When checking in we were told we had been upgraded to triple room due to maintenance but must move rooms on the the 2 day of our 3 day stay. When I questioned this further as it’s not my fault repairs are happening, all I was told was I have to move or pay more. On day 2 our card stopped working and went downstairs and told nevermind we don’t have to move - which is good but being told we had to move caused unnecessary stress for no reason. Secondly, the hotel advertises 24 hr front desk but when we checked out at 7am there was no one there and no sign to contact someone, meaning I couldn’t collect our RM 50 deposit back. Luckily we were retuning to KL and after messaging the properly through booking.com they apologised and confirmed I could go back and pick it up. Once returning the same front desk guy had no idea what I was talking about and was hesitant to return the deposit until he finally began to look through the files. Lastly, price advertised online is without tourist tax, but they don’t tell you how much the tourism tax is until you get there.

Bon point de chute pour une nuit proche de KL CENTRAL en plein dans le quartier indien. Chambre propre Rapport qualité prix très intéressant pour une escale seulement je pense. Le personnel est très sympa et disponible. Merci à eux!

Insonorisation des chambres, Tv chaînes locales, un cafard trouvé, pas de fenêtre dans certaines chambres, douche qui coule à même le sol dans la salle de bains donc pieds mouillés.

Overall okay overnight stay and room for two people. got more space in our room, easy to move and to pray.

not that i don't like just sometimes wonder why provide tv rather than fridge huhu.

Nu Sentralからほぼ雨に濡れずに到着できる。 窓有りで大通りには面していたが深夜は静かで寝てた。 部屋は清潔。 シャワーも問題無し。 冷蔵庫があるので常に冷たい水を飲むことができた。

フロントスタッフが事務的で良い印象が残らなかった。

The price and location are excellent. We were only a few minutes walk from KL Sentral station. The staff were friendly and very helpful with queries/ issues as they arose. The rooms were adequate.

1) I had booked the night previous and informed twice that we'd be arriving 7am in the morning. However, they did not keep the double room available and we were given a single room until 12:30. I was disappointed by this. 2) The air conditioning was not fully functioning the last night. The staff were helpful and provided us the reception fan. 3) The bathroom is small
