TripleTrees Apartment at Saigon Central - Rivergate Residence District 4

Nothing

Scam. As soon as I showed up at property I have been told that it is unavailable and they can allocate me at different place ..

Các bạn hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình, mình mang hành lí rất nhiều nhưng các bạn phụ mang hết, nhiệt tình hỗ trợ mình. Phòng đẹp, sạch sẽ và tiện nghi.

I really enjoyed my stay at TripleTrees Apartment. The place gave me a cozy and relaxing vibe from the moment I walked in. The apartment is clean, nicely decorated, and has everything you need to feel at home. What I loved most is the view from the building — it’s right by the river, so you can enjoy the city from a different angle. The facilities like the pool and gym are also a big plus, perfect for winding down after a day out. The location is great too. District 4 is close to District 1, so you’re near all the action but still in a calmer neighborhood. It’s easy to grab a ride and get anywhere quickly. The host was welcoming and very supportive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Overall, a lovely stay that I’d be happy to come back to.

10 points for good location. Fully furnished room

Cool riverside apartment, surrounded by many entertainment areas and shopping centers, especially cheap and delicious local food

Phòng sạch

Unfortunately what you see is definitely not what you get !! Please please please do not use ! ! There are other owners with in the apartment block that provide a better apartment and service.

I payed for early check in and was met with a disgusting unclean, cockroach infested cell , I refused to stay and had to book another apartment through someone else for the night because they didn’t have another room . The second room was at least clean but nothing like the pictures, swimming pool and gym took the host 4 days to activate and the only reason I didn’t leave was because they refused to give me a refund on the full duration and early check in fee back . Apolling really !!

Do NOT BOOK! It is a scam, you will not get the room you see on the pictures. Instead they put you in a very dirty old room.

Good place to stay

nice place

The location was convenient with a few restaurants and cafes downstairs. Separate bathrooms a big plus for couples. We enjoyed the pool, even though we were not allowed to bring our drinks or even water.

The accommodation was not what we booked and the advertised pool was very difficult to use as the numbers were limited.

They helped register me for gym and pool, very enthusiastic. I appreciate this

According to my flight schedule, I will be arriving in Vietnam quite early so I contacted the host earlier to make check-in faster.

My booking was quite good. A clean room with complete living utensils. Those are the things I need when booking an apartment. An apartment with city view and nearby is a beautiful park and walking street. The thing is that it's very sunny in the morning

Very clean and comfortable. Large apartment . Second stay here. No complaints. Central location. Close to everything.

I will come back every time I come to Vietnam on business

nice staff, and good place to rest

i like everything

The location.

The room was very dirty on arrival - to the point I had remove bugs from the cutlery draw. The bed was very uncomfortable, with old lumpy pillows and bedding. The pool was nice but the seating area only had 6 sun loungers of which 3 were broken to accommodate all guests.

Although the room was not the same as in the picture, it was a great room. I think this new room's view is better than the one I booked

Clean, comfortable little apartment. Provided drinkable water Strong shower head Easy location for grab pick up and off.

The air here is extremely fresh, the owner here is very friendly, the food in the nearby market is very fresh

i like

Exceptional

Nothing

The room looks nothing like the pictures, and needs a lot of maintenance. Extremely dirty, rubbish in cupboards that meant creepy crawleys were all around. Lots of hairs and stains on the bedding and towels had a very strong odour that wasn't too pleasant. (Didn't smell anything like fabric softener or washing powder) They tried multiple times before arrival to take money out my account without prior notice. Did not inform of 3% surcharge either before they tried taking it. Aircon was leaking all over the floor. Staff cleaned it when we first got there but didn't think to fix the problem. Had to use bowls to stop water going everywhere. Will message using different whatapp numbers than one included on booking. Poor communication.

The place is cute and cosy, great location, clear and easy check in instructions.

Full amenities. The apartment is located right next to the center so it is very convenient to travel and has a beautiful view. Friendly staff enthusiastically supported me when I arrived to check in and stay

The apartment is quite comfortable and swimming pool is quiet nice. Location is near district 1 and easy to call grab. Will come back again

good location

old room at low level with stinks, table is sticky, bed smelly and dirty toilet, no staff reply about those problem. I couldn’t sleep the whole night! Terrible 🙏🏻

Pool looked nice. View from window was good.

Kind of dirty, hairs all over the bathroom. We booked last minute and check in was difficult. Kid who ended up showing up was nice. TV doesnt work. Kitchen facilities kind of bad, like three spoons, a rusted knife, no forks, unclean cups.

Easy to check in. Thanks to agent for assigning a clean and nice night view from big window room. Place is well maintained except few minor things to be repaired. Bed is very comfortable. Rapid respond by agent for our requests.

They should let me know in advance of 3% fee to be charged if paying with credit card. Many listed amenities are different than actual room. No balcony which is small space for washing machine. Dryer? Roof top pool? Private pool? Fireplace? Joking. Do not expect for safe and bathrobe neither. Should not be listed if not providing. That is misleading and lying to their potential customer. Other than that it was great stay during lunar new year!

Uncomfortable room (B9.20) and bed (very hard). Dusty and noisy room unit. This room is not looked like the picture shown. Unlucky met this group of agent, the staff named “NGOC Thien” didn’t explain anything when check-in and he was rude to ask cash payment when I just arrived at the lobby for few times. They ignored customer message after the payment is done. Worst, I had forced to check-out one day earlier than my booked date because they informed me the next day they have an “unscheduled inspection” from authorities. Luckily after discussion, they willing to return me one night fee. One of the floor tile is peeling off. Poor stay. Surely say NO to this unit.

The nice few

So many damage the Appartement need big renovations

Room facilities and equipments are antiquated and inconsistent with the reserved pictures. Meanwhile，room hygiene needs to be improved!

Nothing from the very beginning

Strongly recommend not to book this property. All the 10s and 9s in reviews are from scam accounts. They even didn't bother themselves to change avatars of fake accounts. Real feedbacks are with 1s and 2s in total. - I've tried to get check-in instructions for almost a whole day. They required 6 people to help me with it - Place is just opposite a garbage room - That is why you will have dead or still moving cockroaches all around - Not enough lite - Noisy because of the road - They charge additional 3% without any notice (other places may do it as well, but at least they will tell you about it in advance) - Place so dirty like someone was walking on the ceiling and walls with dirty shoes - Poor condition of bed linens and pillows - Didn't provide any towels in day 1 - No support after 18:00 at all - Forced me to wait their staff but didn't came on time eventually I booked this place for 5 nights but moved out after first night. Couldn't stay there any longer.

Bed and view

Many shop around. I took 5 mins to Bui Vien

Location

No washing machine

Location was good, close to tourist destinations and central city. The gym and swimming pool are my favorite things about the property

Thanks so much for such a pleasant stay. I really enjoyed the short time I spend in Ho Chi Minh City and hope to stay with you again next time I'm there. The water heater for the shower worked great, and the washer as well. Everything else was great and I sincerely appreciate you allowing me to drop off my luggage before check in so that I could get out and start to explore the city and come back when the apartment was ready. I sure appreciate your help with everything!

Great location to explore traditional areas as well as the normal tourist spots. All the facilities are in perfect condition which is not often the case in heavily used apartments. The security staff were helpful when I arrived late at night. Lots of great food streets nearby that are authentic. Lots of local seafood options.

swimming pool is the best. room is good against what you are paying for. worth the money.

Location

This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. But first things first. The photographs do not correspond to reality, everything is shabby and dirty, there are traces of someone else's life on the bed and in the bathroom, hair, nails. During the week, no one cleaned up even once. There are no bathroom amenities, and most importantly there are a lot of cockroaches. No, I understand there are cockroaches in Asia, but charging $35 a day and not caring at all about your clients, not investing minimal money in disinfection is simply disgusting. And the icing on the cake was that they wanted to charge me a double fee and if I had not sounded the alarm and started writing to technical support, this would have been the case Oh, I said enough

Amazing location with great view of the city. The apartment was nice and clean. Nothing to complain about. Host was helpful.

A convenient place to stay, with a nice rooftop pool and gym and quite close to the city center

Common areas were really cool, infinite pool was nice and the views from the roof were also beautiful. Gym is basic but functional. The apartment is good. Very bright space and powerful AC.

The apartment is near Bui Vien, I walked only 10 minutes.

The view so beautiful.

Was apartment hit all the major requirements

Two areas of improvement. Could have been slightly cleaner and

I have always liked this place because of its convenient location. The apartment is also good, the staffs are very helpful

Best location. Kind explanation for check-in. Nice view

The staff were great, very helpful. The room itself had a great view and lots of space.

The air conditioner leaked water constantly all over the floor, and the bathroom was full of mold. There were lots of weird stains on the walls. The bed was the only furniture in the room with one bedside lamp that didn't have a bulb in it. Would have been nice to have some bedside tables to put things.

This time I came here for work but the experience was still very good. I noticed that the owner has maintained the apartment. The gym is really a useful utility

The apartment location is easy to find, it only takes about 30 minutes to take a taxi from the airport. I was very impressed with the arrangement for pick-up from the airport of the host team. It runs very smoothly and is well-managed. I wrote about that on my Instagram. This apartment has a lot of potential. I really like the size, the location, and the equipment

Great location and good price. There is a fridge and washer dryer.

There was no balcony. The place looks nothing like the pictures. Need thorough cleaning. There is a constant sewer odor coming from the bathroom. The bed was stiff, and the pillows were old. It could be much better if they put some time into maintenance. It is a bnb in an apartment complex, not a hotel. Communication was rough. Check out time is strict and no luggage storage.

I have always liked this place because of its convenient location. The apartment is also good, the staffs are very helpful

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment. The location was amazing, with a plethora of authentic local food options just a 5-minute walk away. However, the highlight for me was the stunning pool, where I spent many relaxing moments and admired the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, sitting on the balcony and enjoying a drink was a delightful experience.

Beautiful view. Nice room. The house is very safe. Host is very kind

location was good plenty of space in the apartment nice pool and gym

the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable the pillows were horrid. The towels supplied very small

highly recommended. Apartment is in a great location to access the city. Pool and gym are quite good. Plenty if stuff around

The hosts were amazing - always on hand to help with everything. Lovely spacious apartment with balcony. Beautiful swimming pool and sitting area. We loved the area - lots of small shops and restaurants. We enjoyed walking into the centre from the apartment.

It is indeed an ideal apartment complex, fully equipped, close to the city center, convenient for you to visit the city, and also lucky when I can stay in a high-rise apartment with a beautiful city view at night, hope to see you again soon

The room is kind of Vietnamese Stylish. Very clean and comfortable. The Host Team works on any issues super fast and very supportive.

Hosts and location are very nice!

The equipment of the flat (kitchen and bathroom) could have been a little more generous, there was nothing available.

I really like the room, it still fully equipped and comfortable like the previous times I stayed. And I appreciate the host's care with the rooms. The location is really convenient, it only takes a few minutes to walk to find a delicious place to eat

Nice Apartment

A lovely big room, nicely decorated. Fully equipped kitchen and separate utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer. The young ladies who welcomed us and explained everything spoke good English and were really friendly and helpful.

The owner of the apartment is super nice and helpful. The staffs in the building are exceptional also. The room was nice, niche clean and super comfortable. The experience wow me for real!

Very fortunate that I found this place on this trip, located in the city center, easy to travel, beautiful view too.

Nice facilities, secure entrance and convenient location.

the staff who helped us was nice and helpful

Good

a right choice to stay. wonderful pool!

Great stay, feel like home. I will choose again to stay here

Nothing to complain about. Host was helpful.

Location. Space. Decor. Facilities.

Thuy is the most professional host I has met.Her English is good in writing and speaking. She is very patient and fast responsive in any questions and give us a big bottles of water which we needed when we arrive in vietnam. My family is very happy and will book the room from her when we planning for next year back.Thumb up for Thuy

We liked that the communication with the hostess's staff went smoothly. Furthermore, the flat is very well located and you can reach everything quickly.

First of all, you don't get the flat that is shown in the pictures. The first flat we were supposed to move into was so terribly broken and dirty that we insisted on another one. Which we did get. This one was a bit nicer, but the shower was broken and it was just as dirty. After we had to complain again, the cleaning was poor. There were hairs and stains and cockroaches everywhere in the flat. Of course we know that there are insects in Asia, but you can expect cleanliness at this price.

Very convenient place to stay. Stores, restaurants and ATM is just a few minutes walk. Love the facilities, especially the pool! The host was also very helpful and easy to have contact with!

Welcome to NIGHT CITY !! Nice appartment :)

self check-in at mid night was available with detail instruction supportive staffs nice view
