Thật là trải nghiệm cực kỳ tệ tại MONday Premium Aparts - HighClass Building and Central Spot thông qua Booking.com. Tôi đã đặt căn hộ trước 2 hôm rồi cho gia đình bên nước ngoài qua ở, đặt thành công trên booking đã cho mình mã đặt phòng thành công rồi và có cả mã đạt phòng thành công cho căn hộ ở trong 6 hôm. Và tôi có gọi điện thoại cho người quản lý căn hộ trên email Booking cung cấp và báo ngày giờ đến nhận phòng đầy đủ, vậy mà đến ngày tôi đến nhận căn hộ thì lại có email gửi báo thẻ tín dụng của tôi không hợp lệ yêu cầu thay thẻ khác. Và sau đó tôi đã thay 1 thẻ Visa khác vào luôn xác nhận thành công. Nhưng khoảng 3g30 chiều lúc tôi đến nhận phòng thì tôi liên hệ hoài cho số người quản lý thì không ai nghe máy cả, tôi đợi gần 30p bên dưới tòa nhà Rivergate Q4. 30p sau thì có 1 số điện thoại khác gọi cho tôi và nói do thẻ ngân hàng tôi bị hủy nên căn hộ tôi thuê đã cho người khác thuê rồi. Bây giờ không thể giải quyết dùm tôi được. " VẬY LÀ SAO " Tôi đã đặt thuê 7 ngày 6 đêm tại đây mà đến ngay ngày nhận phòng thì Booking nhắn tôi 1 tin là thẻ ngân hàng tôi không hợp lệ. Trong khi tôi vẫn sử dụng thẻ Visa đó bình thường và có tiền trong đó đầy đủ. Mà lại tự ý hủy phòng của tôi 1 cách vô trách nhiệm, rất mất uy tín, mất lịch sự. Tôi thật lòng rất thất vọng trải nghiệm tại booking.com và bạn nhân viên quản lý căn hộ Rivergate đt +84901850098

Thật là trãi nghiệm tệ hại khi đặt căn hộ qua booking.com đã hoàn thành. Mà đến lúc mình đến nhận phòng thì báo phòng đã cho người khác thuê rồi ..... Trong khi trước lúc đó vài ngày mình đã có gọi cho người quản lý thông báo và thống nhất ngày nhận phòng và ở trong 7 hôm. Cuối cùng khi người nhà mình bên nước ngoài đón taxi đến địa chỉ căn hộ MONday Premium Aparts - HighClass Building and Central Spot thì gọi cho quản lý phòng cháy máy mà không ai nghe máy cả. Cả gia đình ngồi đợi ngoài trời cả 45p sau thì có điện thoại từ người quản lý báo là "phòng mình đặt đã bị hủy rồi và đã cho khách khác vào ở, bây giờ đã hết phòng". Đặt trường hợp các bạn rơi vô tình hình của mình thì bạn giải quyết thế nào ? Tâm trạng của các bạn và gia đình các bạn thế nào ???

Tôi đã đến đây vài lần và thấy rất hài lòng với căn hộ và cách hỗ trợ của các bạn. Nội thất hiện đại, view nhìn thành phố quá tuyệt

It's a total scam. The day before I arrived I received a notification that something is wrong with my card, update the info. I updated, received this message again. It worked with other bookings. Weird. I updated, everything worked. The rental contacted me on whatsapp and told me to meet his employee near the condominium. I arrived around 8 pm late evening tired from the airport. While I was waiting for her, I got a notification from booking.com that my booking was cancelled by the property (!?). She arrived and told me that because of my card problems I "lost priority for the apartment" and another guest checked in (during these 5 minutes I guess), so they will offer me a different apartment in a different building. I said that I will report to booking.com about the situation, the rental's employee immediately said "bye-bye" and went 50 meters from me. Then she stopped and looked back at me to see if I changed my mind (she was expecting me to start panicking - pure manipulation). Then she walked away completely when she realized that it won't work with me. I started looking for another apartment and guess what - this apartment was available again on booking.com! I guess that the owner doesn't own this unit in this building, uses fake pictures to do the "fishing" of the naive tourists. Later my friends told me that in this district of Ho Chi Minh city this price for a 2-bedroom apartment is way low. Don't try to deal with these people. Luckily I wasn't charged any money. It's surprising why it's still on my booking list even though it was cancelled by the property.

The apartment was clean, airy, and felt much more spacious than many other places. Even though I arrived late for check-in, the staff provided quick and clear assistance.

The room was very beautiful and cozy. I will definitely visit again because the room felt just like my own home, fully equipped with modern amenities.

Địa chỉ nơi ở k có thật bên ngoài, họ lấy địa chỉ nơi khác để kinh doanh, đặt phòng đến nơi họ bảo sai địa chỉ nhưng thật ra tôi đã đến đúng số 132 bến vân đồn...haizzzz giống như lừa đảo

Không thích gì cả bắt khách đợi đến giờ xong lý do phòng mất thẻ hết sạch phòng nên đổi qua căn khác để tránh mất phí app , booking nên xem lại căn hộ này

Tôi đặt và chịu đợi nhưng khi gần đến giờ nhận phòng bên ks lại báo tôi thẻ phòng bị mất do khách đem ra sân bay , tôi ko nghĩ là nguyên 1 căn nhà lại chỉ có 1 cái thẻ phòng , và chủ home này hướng tôi qua một căn hộ khác tệ hơn ở quận 1

Mọi thứ được giữ vệ sinh kỹ nên phòng luôn dễ chịu, không bị ám mùi. phù hợp cho cả nghỉ ngơi lẫn làm việc. chắc chắn sẽ quay lại vào lần sau.

Phòng đúng như hình, sạch và mọi thứ hoạt động ổn định nên ở khá thoải mái. Chủ nhà hỗ trợ nhanh, nhiệt tình nên tổng thể trải nghiệm rất OK

View thoáng, từ ban công nhìn thành phố buổi tối khá đẹp. Vị trí khá ổn, gần trung tâm nên di chuyển đâu cũng nhanh. Phù hợp cho chuyến đi ngắn ngày.

Căn hộ bày trí đơn giản nhưng đủ tiện nghi. Có bếp và máy giặt là một lợi thế rất lớn

We received a text message to tell us that the address on booking.com is incorrect, and they provided the 'correct' address. When we arrived all doors were locked, security wouldn't let us in, so I had to message the accomodation who told us they would be right out. Terrible and unclear check in, we waited for over 40 minutes and when we finally got in the room shown on the booking.com photos were not of the room provided. Not clean, there was a ball of hair on the floor and the bedsheets were stained. Dust all over the skirting boards. Very basic room, without the balcony as it was described. We told the host that we were unhappy, he showed us another room which was just the same. He had no rooms of better standard and was not helpful, we were not staying in flith, so we ended up booking elsewhere. Don't stay here, we were still charged our full stay and had an all round terrible experience.

We have booked the apartment with pool fecility, but providers doesn't register for the pool access for our room and the security doesn't allow us to the pool. We have informed this to the provider, but no action taken. Old bath towel and the apartment was a residential area renting it is illegal. There are so many posters regarding the same we can see in the building. There won't be any person available to assist you immediately like a 24/7 reception in hotel is not available.

The apartment was neat and clean.

You could only use the pool for an hour and only a certain number of guests were allowed at a time, so usually you had to queue to get a turn to sit by the pool.

My destination is quite beautiful and the food here is also very delicious

It was kind of a weird 'vibes' situation, from the beginning. The whole complex/building has an unusual check in process and set of rules, both for the apartment and building. Also, another minus would be their promotion, which promotes GYM, POOL over the headline and main images, but they are not 'free' to use. We managed to get a pool entrance in the next building + gym code which we had to make a fingerprint process haha... Really weird.

Good location with onsite multistorey parking. Short walk into district 1 for bars and restaurants. Lots of convenience stores.

We booked this accommodation because of the pool, which we weren't allowed to enter. When we contacted the owner it took them almost 2 days to reply. We were told they could arrange for us to use another pool in a nearby complex. This information should have been given to us on arrival. They should not be advertising accommodation with an onsite pool if this facility is not provided.

The thousands of ants didn’t bite, the towels we had to go and buy were great quality, and the washing machine worked well. There’s a 7/11 in the building, the A/C worked well, the Wi-Fi was good (most of the time) and District 4 is a good district to explore the city. I’ve made 114 bookings / 212 nights via Booking.com. This has been the worst and the only one I’ve ever given a rating of ‘1’. Booking.com are handling the case and I’ve had a partial refund already, and awaiting a full refund.

Absolutely avoid! Basic, uncomfortable, dirty and so, so unprofessional. Booked for 9 nights. Had no access to the pool, roof terrace nor gym (a really important aspect of why we booked here) for the entire time. We needed to be registered to use the building’s facilities - they knew of this fact months before our arrival (as evidenced via a plethora of months-old reviews on Booking.com where other guests were refused access) and did nothing about it nor did they inform us nor do. On day 3 they offered us to use a lower-standard pool in a different building complex (about a 30-mins round trip door-to-pool, a hot, noisy, dusty walk at that) but didn’t give us an access card for that either for 4 days. There were never any free seats or loungers at that other pool either as there are only 8 loungers and that pool services 2 huge buildings. So, we had to sit on the floor. We didn’t go often. Communication with the management company absolutely horrendous – unprofessional, unhelpful, uncaring. After day 4 they stopped communicating with is for the next 6 days. Just ignored us. We had to go out and buy dish cloths, handtowels, cushion covers etc. We also bought a load of cleaning products and had to wash everything before use, including the fousty bedding. Bring your own pillows and your own covers. ‘Toiletries and toilet paper’ was supposed to be included. They gave us 1 roll for 10-days so we had to go buy that too. Didn’t even leave replacement bags for the bins, so had to buy those too. The cleaner finally arrived 2 days before we left to change the bed and wipe the toilet. That’s it. The drains were stinking - not surprising given how clogged they were – see photos. Some floors, surfaces and utensils looked like they hadn’t been wiped in months – dust, old food, hair, crumbs - perhaps what’s accounting for all the ants. Just a horrid, horrid stay. Please avoid and go elsewhere. Don’t let them ruin your stay in such a cool city.

Great host - helpful, responds quickly. Quiet room - considering HCMC is a very busy, noisy city. Clean and tidy room with a great view of the city. Loads of eateries around the apartment.

The flat was dirty, not cleaned for a long time , full of dust as you can see on the pictures The swimming pool can not be use unless you stay more than 4 days for a facial registration they told us. There were Q-type and dirty bandage 🤮🤮🤢🤢 just under a bed

The apartment was not particularly clean or well-maintained. Housekeeping only came once during my 8-day stay (on day 6); I had to buy toilet paper and dish soap, as the kitchenware was quite filthy. Additionally, there is a major ant problem. The toilet seat was broken and the seal along the shower door had peeled away, making it impossible to shut and causing water to seep onto the bathroom floor. The free gym/pool that are advertised are actually at a building across the street; I had to go through a multi-day process and pay 150,000 VND to access the facilties in the building.

The rooms were so great. The staff is what stood out for me they were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the area. Nothing was a problem.

I had an amazing stay at apartment. The apartment is located on the 31st floor of a modern high-rise building, offering stunning views of Ho Chi Minh City. The apartment was meticulously designed and furnished, providing a comfortable and cozy living space. I was impressed by the cleanliness and quality of the apartment. It had all the necessary amenities to make me feel at home. The highlight for me was the 7th-floor swimming pool, which was a perfect retreat to beat the city's heat. The pool area was spacious and peaceful, and I enjoyed relaxing there after a day of exploring the city.

Great location! Convenient stores are just downstairs. The staffs were responsive and communication was also smooth. What you get is a spacious apartment (good for 2 people). A separate washing and drying area. A balcony with great view. And a kitchennette to do basic cookings.

It would be better if the apartment is stocked with more toiletries and washing detergents (dish wash, clothes wash, ...), addition small towels beside the big ones, and the small carpet for drying the feet after the shower. Also some free water upon check-in would have made me feel better welcomed. Note that if you pay with card then an extra fee of 3% will be charged.
