Olive Serviced Apartments - New Friends Colony

It's a good place. Close to the market and accessible to different eateries. The house is good and clean. I am although a light sleeper and the curtains could be better as they allow in light and thus I couldn't sleep too well

Had a very comfortable stay at Olive New Friends Colony. The rooms were clean, peaceful, and well-maintained, and the staff was extremely supportive and polite throughout our stay. We had come to Delhi for medical treatment at Fortis Escorts Heart Institute, and the location of the apartment was very convenient for hospital visits. The calm environment and prompt service made things much easier during a stressful time. Highly recommended for families and patients visiting for medical purposes.

Everything was pretty good and comfortable.

Spacious rooms. Parking area and good staff

Flush wasn’t operating properly

Perfect people and perfect clean wonderful apartment. I highly recommend it to all foreigners who travel and visit Delhi. It is 10/10 perfect 🙏🏻👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🙏🏻

Good location Responsive staff Great apartment from inside

Very spacious, clean and well managed. Bonus is the homely breakfast and dinner, served by smiling and helpful staff. I felt safe as a solo woman traveller. Located just 10 mins from Apollo hospital - hence very convenient for me, as a family member was admitted there and I wanted a 'home' to return to each evening.

A stand to keep one's suitcase can be provided

Had a good stay overall. The apartment was neat and comfortable, everything worked as expected, and the caretaker was helpful whenever needed. It felt like a simple, easy place to stay.

The property is located in a safe and central location. The security is good and the property staff is professional, polite, and very helpful.

The WiFi was very patchy.

Homeliness Ease of parking

The property was good and the manager Shivam was excellent

Nothing

Great place to stay. And most importantly very helpful staff. Shivam and Rabin were very supportive and helped thru out the INDIGO fiasco. Breakfast was great, clean rooms, and excellent housekeeping

There isn't anything to not like

All good, well managed and catered by Mr. Shivam

Nothing to dislike.

Irresponsible manegement.

Rabin and Dolly were very welcoming, overall the service was great.

La ubicación es ideal, súper céntrico y las habitaciones son muy cómodas. El personal es muy atento y profesional, en especial Dolly que se aseguró en todo momento de que mi estancia fuera cómoda y se anticipaba a las necesidades...encantadora!

Clean and airy rooms, supportive and responsive staff, convenient location. It’s like staying in a room at one’s own home. Very pleasant and comfortable.

The bathroom fittings appeared a tad old, and a little drab, the tube light above the sink was not in a level position and tilted. But bathrooms were clean, no real issues here.

Fabalous apartment, big, airy and all the requisite kitchen equipment. Great staff and especially Sahil who coordinated the entire operation with ease and precision, kudos to the house keeping staff Jagat for making us feel right at home.

Staff were good and properity was clean

Dust in the outside road and no walk way, i understand which is not direct control of the propetity.

It was a comfortable stay, clean , high standard amenities and highly supportive staff. I would definitely recommend this place.

Breakfast options are limited. But we like the property. Comfort and clean.

Internet connection to one bedroom was poor.

The staff is very positive and Manish was always there, whatever be the time.

The apartment was clean and well maintained. They had thoughtfully given some snacks and chocolates which was a nice touch. The beds were comfortable and the A/Cs, though old, worked well. Overall a good experience.

Nothing in particular

Had a seamless and comfortable stay. Everything was well-organized, the space was clean and cozy, and the experience was hassle-free from start to finish.

The moment I walked in, it instantly felt like home. Cozy, peaceful, and thoughtfully set up—there was a sense of comfort you don’t always find while traveling.

A perfect stay — simple, clean, and peaceful. The apartment had a calm vibe and everything I needed for a comfortable break. Would definitely come back!

Felt right at home from the moment I walked in. The place was super comfortable, but it was the thoughtful little touches that really made a difference — you can tell the hosts genuinely care. It wasn’t just a stay, it was an experience. Would 100% come back!

The apartment is really beautiful, well equipped with all the modern facilities. The location is good too and the staff is always ready to help. It is indeed home away from home.

Olive was a great choice for my short stay during work at Fortis Hospital. The location is very close to the hospital less then a KM. The apartment had all the amenities I could ask for, including a fully functional kitchen, washing machine, and an elevator that made moving around the building very convenient. The modern furnishings and overall comfort of the place made my stay hassle-free. Definitely recommended for anyone visiting the area for medical purposes.

Pleasant stay near New Friends colony I recently stayed Olive where I booked Superior King Room overall it was a pleasant stay as the property is located in a quiet yet central area of South Delhi and the room is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The decor is modern and minimalistic, which gives the room a fresh, uncluttered feel and the room comes with standard amenities, including a mini-fridge, flat-screen TV, and reliable Wi-Fi and the staff was friendly, prompt, and responsive to requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and housekeeping did a good job maintaining the room during the stay.

Olive Serviced Apartments, New Friends Colony, was a great choice for my work trip to Okhla Industrial Area and Mohan Cooperative. The location is very convenient for anyone traveling for work. My room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed. Breakfast was included, which was a nice bonus. The check-in was smooth, and the staff was very friendly and professional. I also liked that Olive has properties across India, making it a reliable option for future work trips.
