كل شي لم يعجبني لايوجد موظفين نتعامل معه وسيلة الاتصال كانت واتس اب والرد الكتروني فقط لايوجد عامل نظافة أجرات الاستقبال كانت صعبه لم تكون حسب التعليمات المرفقه لايوجد مساعده لحمل الحقائب

Nous avons aimé la piscine et la vue , un peu trop de monde . les chambres sont spacieuses

Sous le lavabo il restait encore le passage des autres clients ( bouchon et Coton tige ) . Le personnel n est pas très aimable

يبعد ربع ساعة مشي عن klcc الشقة بها جميع الخدمات نظيفة ولكن يعيبها المخدات والشراشف قديمة وغير نظيفة الفيو عادي جدا قربه من مطاعم كثيرة فيو المسبح بالدور 51 كان جميلا

الشطاف خربان تواصلت معاهم فالوا لايمكن ان نصلحه لان الفني غير موجود وسوف نعوضك بوقت الخروج يكون الساعة 12 بدلا من 11 ..مضحك جدًا تعويضهم كما سبق الشراشف والمخدات غير نظيفة الاصنصير بالبطاقة ويأخذ وقت طويل في الانتظار

Muito trânsito nos elevadores. Depois de 5 noites agendadas era esperado trocarem as toalhas pelo menos uma vez.

Die Lage war super. Bett war bequem. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber

Die Küche war mäßig ausgestattet. Kaffeemaschine fehlte, mehr Töpfe und Geschirr, Zitronenpresse fehlte und kleine nützliche Utensilien, wie Gemüseschäler etc.

Gute Lage - man kann in die Innenstadt und zu den Twin Towers laufen….auch mehrere Malls sind in der Nähe. Ausreichend schnelles Internet und ein SmartTV, der Handystreaming ermöglicht. Schöne Aussicht vom Zimmer und vom Pool

Sehr hellhörig (laut trifft es besser….) - sowohl, was das nähere Umfeld betrifft (besonders am Wochenende extrem viel Lärm, den man auch in den oberen Etagen noch gut hört - dazu noch Unmengen an Fahrzeugen, die am Gebäude vorbei rasen), als auch - besonders - die übrigen Wohneinheiten. Man hört JEDE Bewegung - vor allem von oben (wir hatten das „Glück“, dass eine sechsköpfige „Tanztruppe“ aus China über uns wohnte, die jede Nacht bis 1:00 Alarm gemacht haben (Trampeln, Springen, Stühlerücken, Türenknallen, etc.)). Mehrere Beschwerden haben nichts genutzt, weil dieses Stockwerk von einem anderen Unternehmen betreut wird und da legt man auf Hausregeln offensichtlich keinen gesteigerten Wert…. In der Küche fehlen normale Messer, die Couch ist extrem unbequem (zu kurze Sitzfläche), es gibt keine Steckdosen und keine Handtuchhalter/-haken im Bad, kein heißes Wasser zum Spülen (muss man mit dem Wasserkocher aufheizen) und der Waschtrockner ist ein schlechter Witz…. Waschen geht zwar, aber die Trocknerfunktion ist praktisch unbrauchbar (drei Handtücher (leicht feucht vom Schwimmen) waren 4 Stunden zum Trocknen in der Maschine und am Ende noch genauso feucht wie am Anfang - trotz „Intensive Dry“… Gleiches gilt für eine halbe Maschine Wäsche - 5 Stunden „getrocknet“ und immer noch genauso nass, wie nach dem Schleudern mit 1400 U/min))

Krásný prostorný apartmán s pohodlnou manželskou postelí a úžasným výhledem na Petronas Towers. Rychlý check-in a check - out. Bazén byl čistý a osvěžující :) Posilovna taky v skvělém stavu.

Výtahy jsou velmi vytížené, takže to někdy bylo na déle.

This is a very nice, spacious, apartment. With great views in central KL (KLCC) We paid about € 80,= per night for a 2BR1B appt on the 33rd floor, which was well worth it Even in the heat, the towers are actually walking distance. Grab takes you around town - traffic can get slow - for under € 10,= one way so you can go anywhere. Loved the washing/dryer combo to wash our clothes

The floor in the bathroom can get a bit slippery.

Posizione super, bellissima la vista dalla piscina, anche se affollata. Appartamento pulito, grande e confortevole.

Property same like pictures and it will decorate,but is not clean at all towels,bed sheets and pillows cover is extremely dirty which is not comfortable for sleeping ,swimming pool is crowded and it’s close mostly

Very convenient location. The building is located about 10 minutes on foot from Petronas Towers.The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. It was a perfect base for exploring Kuala Lumpur.

Loved the view, the pool area. Great beds, lovely bedroom. Nice bathroom with complimentary soaps and big towels. Good size apartment in a safe building.

Possibly some water damage in bathroom which resulted in a moldy smell and visual damage.

Our unit so comfortable

Access to parking quit difficult. Not car friendly. Besides, many empty parking slot below but we need to park far away at the top!

Everything was alright. easy check-in and check-out, everything was as expected. Location is great and the pool is nice with really nice views.

Interior of the room is good

This was the worst experience of accommodation of my life. We checked in around 9:45 pm and right away felt awful sewage smell in every room. I wrote to customer service immediately to change our property or to solve the issue somehow. The only option they suggested was to bring air freshener which adds to shit's smell some flavor but does not solve the problem. Changing the room was declined. We have stayed there for about 1-1.5 hours waiting for them to contact their team and so on. In the end they stated that the team is unavailable and they could come at 10 am next day to solve the problem and our checkout was supposed to be at 11am. The smell was disgusting and even open windows did not help. Even though it was late I had to find another property. We left the room at around 11:25 pm and left key on ground floor as we were told by customer service. The next day I have requested my money back. Even though they agreed that upon arrival the room was in unsuitable condition they declined my request and suggested 15% refund!!! They also stated there was no smell. I have suggested to come to the property and inspect it together several times. They declined giving different excuses like that they had already inspected and there was no need for me to come, unavailability of the staff and so on. Later they also stated the house keeper said that the unit was used that is why they can't give a refund. This was also a lie. I strongly encourage you to not user this company's services as they are clearly scammers. In case you have a problem with accommodation you will not get your money back. I have attached whatapp conversation with customer service. I have still not received any refund.
