This has been the third time I've been to 188 suites. This is by far the best serviced apartment in the whole area: good value for money, central location, but still quiet!!

The gym is still not working after three months (no AC). Some other tenants are smoking weed, and sometimes it stinks.

The location

The furniture is old and destroyed, not clean This pictures are different, the room in real is different. The staff is bad, liars and they stole the guarantee money without reason. They also didn't refund me for the 3 days early check out The garbage disposal room is so nasty and smelly and they charge you with a penalty if you put the garbage in front of the garage disposal room. The guy who handle the room is a thief. I've been traveling a lot for more than 2 years and this is the worst experience ever. Never coming back and never go to this appartement.

1/no housekeeping—- even after I stayed for 10days .I requested for housekeeping after 3days of stay they replied it’s chargeable for RM 50/- each time. I booked & pd for 11days but I chkd out after 10days and requested for 1nite refund or 50% cash refunds nothing was permitted. The tub was blocked.even though I didn’t use it. Last of all-I have still not recvd my deposit amount RM300/- it’s been 15days . Hoping Booking.com intervene and resolve to get my deposit amount credited to my bank.

We had a wonderful experience at this 188 suites by signature apartment everything was very satisfying from start to finish. The customer service was truly outstanding. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming; every time they saw us, He greeted us warmly, which made us feel very comfortable and valued.The Host was very flexible and understanding in every situation. He kindly offered us both early check-in and late check-out, which made our trip much more convenient and stress-free. The swimming pool area and the view were absolutely beautiful and one of the highlights of our stay. Highly recommend 💯 A special thank you to staff, Who took care of us during our stay. He is so respectful, professional, and flexible, and truly made our experience even better. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Everything is very clean and the Room is very well-maintained; the rooms are Very clean n cozy wonderfully comfortable and spacious. A special thank you to Romel, who give me a very warm and friendly welcome and explained everything to me. Everything at this hotel runs smoothly, and the warm and welcoming staff are what make it all possible and were the foundation of my experience. We definitely repeat come back soon. Good location with mini mart. Spacious room with washing machine and kitchen to cook with all the utensils, microwave. Big bathroom with bathtub. Facilities with swimming pool that is kids friendly. Ironing in the room but very old iron that is not working. Balcony with city view. Good wifi.

Soundproofing was not very good; car noise from the outside as we stayed at level 7 and noise from the next room. They only give one key card for everything - lift, car park exit except the room that uses a physical key. The additional secure lock is not there so we are only relying on the door lock which is not making us feel safe. Aircon hard to adjust. Parking instructions are not clear: before check-in, ask us to park outside; only then can we park in the visitor parking inside the building. Such a waste of time as you can go ahead inside the building and park your car at the visitor parking then only check in. Confusing management giving us wrong and unclear instructions when checking out even though I check out physically at the counter. Long wait at the counter while checking in and checking out when it’s only us there. The guy at the counter doesn’t even admit his fault and doesn’t even provide correct information when checking out and making us go back and forth and wasting our time.

There wasn't anything not to like. From the check in process, which was swift & friendly to the room & facilities, this was an excellent choice, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting KL.

If there was something I would like to see improve, it'd be the key situation. Having a single key for a family limits flexibility in movement & imposes restraints.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and quick to respond to our requests.

I didn’t like the room because it felt old and had a musty smell. The television facilities were also below expectations. The bathroom could use some improvement as well—the drainage leaked slightly, and it felt quite dark.

We had an outstanding experience during our stay. The hotel staff really made us feel welcome, and their attention to detail truly stood out. From the warm greetings at check-in to the thoughtful assistance throughout our stay, the hospitality was exceptional. The room were clean n specious, and very well maintained. The bed is king size luxurious bed very comfortable to sleep. Location was perfect whatever u need all near by walking distance. Especially thanks to Host Mizan & Romel for give us wonderful hospitality.

The furniture is outdated, and the bathroom hygiene is below average. Both could use significant improvement.

Best value for money deal in KL. Centrally located, rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Also, relative quiet despite the central location.

Smell (seems like there was/is mold and it was tried to cover up with toilet pallets but they smell in itself.

The apartment was well equipped. Feel in with Love the smeg fridge. Facilities i.e swimming pool and sauna was great. Location was convinient. View was kampung baru which was nice in the evening.

Central location but still quiet, also less busy compared to the other serviced apartments nearby (such as platinum). 24/7 supermarket directly in the property, so very convenient. Also, weekly cleaning included.

A bit of mold in the cupboard below kitchen sink, hence, an odd smell. AC in the gym broken and the whole gym was therefore closed for maintenance

My family and I spent quality time @188 Suites by Cobnb. The entire flat was very spacious and with full amenities, though a little outdated. Notably, the kitchen requires upgrading though washing and dishwasher is supplied. Both bathrooms are very spacious with showers and bathtub. Reception and staff are quite receptive in sorting us out. We needed some help and this has been resolved very swiftly. Overall, I would highly recommend @188 Suite by Cobnb.

The hospitality team is warm and attentive at all touchpoints from the front desk to the room services. I want to specially call out Mr. Romel Host at the lobby level. I had a truly fantastic stay! I absolutely loved the room. It was incredibly comfortable, cozy and well-maintained, making it the perfect sanctuary to unwind. What I appreciated most was the peaceful atmosphere. It was quiet in such a lovely way, providing a genuinely relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle. ​The pool area was another major highlight. It was clean, quiet and the perfect spot to de-stress and relax. I was also very impressed by how fast the elevators were and need to mention that the check-in and check-out process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. On top of that, the management was excellent and very helpful throughout my stay. ​The convenience was simply unbeatable. Having a restaurant and a KK Mart right downstairs that stays open late at night made everything so easy. Beyond the excellent facilities, the overall service was warm and welcoming. Everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations. I had such a wonderful and memorable time and I am already planning my next trip back here. ​If you’re looking for a relaxing, hassle-free place to stay, I highly recommend this one. Although the access path to the parking area is a bit narrow and requires some careful driving, it was still manageable. Once inside, the parking space itself was spacious and very easy to navigate.

La communication a été compliqué et nous n’avons pas eu de climatisation dans une partie de l’appartement. Cela n’a pas été réparé mais ils ont offert une compensation . Il devrait y avoir une couette plus épaisse et plus grande pour le confort .

A special mention to Mr. Romel, who is the most humble and helpful person I’ve met here. He was always ready to assist with a smile, whether it was guiding me, answering questions, or ensuring I had everything I needed. The apartment itself is well-maintained, clean, and provides a relaxing atmosphere. Service is quick, Location was great twin tower, shopping mall, pavilion all near by walking distance only, and the overall hospitality is excellent. Thanks to the friendly staff, my experience was smooth and memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great hospitality. Highly recommend 💯.

Globalement la kitchenette était bien équipée. Il manquait simplement 1 verre. Nous étions deux ! Un tapis de bain pour la sortie de douche serait nécessaire. Sinon rien de négatif

Overall, it was a pleasant experience and we would definitely stay here again. The room has bathtub, the bed is very comfortable and basic amenities are provided. The location was very convenient, with the train station within 10 minute walking distance and easy access to the city centre. We also like the swimming pool in the apartment, It is clean and relaxing.

Location, size of the rooms were great. Enough shower gels, big bath. 2 toilets were also nice.

We didnt get any towels in the biggening and it took them a day and a half to get them to us which was a bit inconvenient since we couldnt take any showers or visit the pool. The Tv in the room should have been stuck to the wall since the angle is impossible to watch. The toilet in the main washroom was broken couldnt sit on it properly.

I wrote a request when was booking this property that please only book this room if it has a view and they did accept and the room didn’t have the view of the city. In fact it was facing other apartments and the cemetery!!! There was a lot of noise from outside every day. The furniture was stained. The unit was stinky every time we came back from outside!! They could have canceled the booking when they saw my request but were so greedy and didn’t. They ruined my holiday while I could book a cheaper property with the city view.

Almost everything was perfect. Would give this place a 10 out of 10 if there were no cockroach infestation.

COCKROACHES were inside the drawers and cabinets in the kitchen (where the plates, glasses, and utensils are stored), in the kitchen counter, the kitchen and bathroom sink, the bathroom floor, and inisde the desk drawer. They offered to spray the room with bug spray for me which was nice of them, but I had to leave the room so I wont inhale any of the chemicals. And they washed the plates and cups again as instructed. But they missed the utensils drawer so they had to come back up and spray it again while I'm inside the room!! But one day later, the COCKROACHES are back! I complained again and their response was they will give me a bottle of bug spray for me to use!! They didn't even offer to transfer me to another room. They just told me that they will do pest control AFTER my stay. And I can use the bug spray myself for now. So, even though the place was really nice, it felt disgusting and uncomfortable to stay in. Sadly I wasn't able to use the kitchen because of the cockroach infestation.

Self check-in was very easy and smooth, which was convenient since I arrived late. The place was clean and spacious. The fridge and tabletop were clean, and the toilet and bathtub were also well maintained. The TV in the living room wasn’t functioning, but the TV in the bedroom worked fine. The WiFi was good. Overall, I would definitely come again.

The location is good. It's walking distance to downtown.

I stay the suite three nights and two nights don't have hot water for shower. The suite is clean but there are small ants on the kitchen table every day.

Premièrement c’est à vous de les contacter sur Whatsapp pour avoir les informations relatives au Check-in car eux ne prendront pas la peine d’entrer en contact avec vous. Il n’y a personne physiquement dans le bâtiment, tout se fait pas téléphone. La climatisation dans le salon ne fonctionnait pas. Il y faisait plus de 26 degrés. C’était déjà inadmissible car je ne peux pas croire que le personnel de nettoyage fasse le ménage dans la chaleur sans allumer la climatisation. Ils ont forcément constater que la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas mais ils ont décidé de fermer les yeux sur lendemain problème. Je les ai donc contacté sur whatsapp, ils m’ont dit que le réparateur ne pourrait revenir que le lendemain seulement. Ils m’ont demandé à quelle heure je souhaitais qu’il vienne j’ai répondu 11h, au final il n’ est arrivé à 13h30 après que j’ai dû insister plusieurs fois. Même si leur comportement et leur gestion n’était pas correct, je me suis dit qu’un problème peut arriver de temps en temps. Comme l’appartement était propre et grand j’ai donc refais une réservation avec eux (CoBnb et même immeuble) lorsque je suis revenue à Kuala Lumpur 2 semaines plus tard. Cette fois-ci, l’horreur. J’ai été logée dans un autre appartement en très mauvaise condition (et j’ai dû en plus payer 200 RM de deposit). Tout le mobilier est abîmé que ça soit dans la cuisine, la chambre, le dressing, la salle de bain. Mais le plus grave c’est que la serrure de la porte est cassée, impossible de la verrouiller donc en fait on ne peut jamais fermer la porte à clef ce qui est quand même un énorme problème de sécurité, je ne suis même pas sûre que ça soit légal de louer un appartement donc la porte ne peut pas se verrouiller. Il n’y avait pas de tapis de bain dans la salle de bain et l’évier de la salle de bain était bouché. Comment est ce que le personnel de ménage ne s’est pas rendu compte de cela en faisait le ménage ?

Always my favourite place to stay when I'm in KL. The location, the room, the services is great as always.

The water heater didn't work properly but CoBNB customer service is always there to assist. Quite confused with the small working room in the middle of the living room. It's like an unutilised space since I come for leisure and not business purpose. But I really don't mind.
