Host has 2 properties, looked from the site that both had cooking facilities. However, the one I booked did not. Host was great and as other accommodation was not booked, she allowed me to use cooking facilities in the other one - however, I wonder what would have happened if the other unit had been booked.

The location is fabulous and the studio has lots of character and is comfortable and well equipped.

I loved the style of the room! Felt like a princess!! It was in a quiet neighborhood just a 10 min walk to the beach and cafe’s. The little touches were much appreciated.

Such a random thing, I didn’t find any wash clothes or forks. Not a deal breaker in the least. Not a complaint. I didn’t have any issues with this stay!

Like my dream house

This is the second time we have stayed here and would have no hesitation to do so again. Easy walk to the beach and the St Heliers shops and cafes. Clean and well appointed

There was no milk for coffee. The only other thing is like our last stay the parking is not great, it is up a steep driveway and despite advertising parking it is quite difficult because of other cars parked there

Location is close to St Heliers beach and was perfect for us as we wanted to be near to family. The area is clearly upmarket and felt safe. The apartment is small, but seemed to have everything . There is a nice outdoor area and a well lit walkway to he apartment from the carpark

Access was up quite a steep, narrow though shortish, driveway with limited unmarked parking at the top, and it wasn't obvious if we could park there. Other cars parked haphazardly, which meant there was no turning at the top. We didn't find the bed very comfortable - there was a bit of "roll together."

Very convenient location, off street parking, very helpful hosts, well-appointed accommodation.

No free for view TV channels so you are unable to get TV1 for the news. No milk in the fridge to go with the tea and coffee.

Comfortable, warm, private and quiet. Loved the heat pump and king-size bed. Very clean. Enjoyed Netflix and You tube. Very close to cafes and the beach. Very kind host. Delightful stay. Had my little Chihuahua with me because the host gracefully allowed my little dog which made my weekend away a lot less stressful.

Parked on the road and the driveway is long and steep which was hard for my husband with his health. Paper towels, coffee pods and womens shower gel had run out but I should have asked and the host I am sure would have been happy to oblige. She was a lovely lady, very kind.

Bed was too soft I have problems with my back and became sore.leading to poor sleep. My husband was fine though and he slept OK. . .

Delightful little house was just perfect. Cute little house with everything you need and a nice outside seating on the deck. Very clean and tidy. It's close to the beach, which was perfect. Anna was really great with detail and explaining how to get to the house and was very welcoming. I will be back again.

The accommodation was lovely and clean with everything we needed. A private space with no road noise made for a very pleasant stay.

Stayed 4 nights and the room wasn't serviced at all. The towels and hand towel were like a micro fibre material and not nice to use. I went and purchased my own towels etc. No milk for hot drinks and no glasses for having a drink of water etc.

We stayed here on x3 separate times. Loved it

Property had cute touches and very clean! Had real nice look and very close to St heliers Shops! The room was comfortable and very warm, was tempted to just sleep as the bed was very comfortable. All the amenities were posh! I loved the interior. Would definitely come back again.

Anna is meticulous and solves problems right away. The small and cute terrace was cute, and the location was great because you can walk to Saint Heliers Bay beach just a short distance away.

It's so friendly, clean, and I love that I can walk around the beach.

Felt homely. Had a lot of attention to detail. Was a great location for me.

The room is very clean, very nice and very well decorated. A person feels welcome and wants to stay there often. The owner did a fantastic job in decorating the property and I loved it.

The driveway to the house is very narrow and I had to drive very carefully not to hit the sides of the driveway. It would have been nice if there was milk in the fridge, instead of powder milk which I do not use. It would have been nice if the wifi password was displayed, as I ended up not using the wifi, as I could not find the password in my email.

The room was amazing!!!! Especially love the shower. Was a very romantic first date 🥰 Anna is lovely...we will definitely try out the other room sometimes as I would love to make breakfast in the morning.

What's not to like...absolutely beautiful!!!

Lovely studio apartment, very modern and fresh. There was a fully working kitchen, with dining table and private deck to enjoy the sunshine. Inside was a lovely double bed, very comfortable. Very happy with the stay.

The fridge was very useful, but a little noisy for light sleepers - otherwise everything was brilliant!

New Property: The property itself seems new, suggesting the owner is putting in an effort.

Missing Amenities: Laundry: The listing advertised a washing machine, but none was available. Kitchen: The listing mentioned a microwave, sink, toaster, and coffee machine, but there was no functional kitchen. Parking: The listing promised private parking, but street parking was the only option. Uncomfortable Stay: Bed: The bed was extremely firm, resembling a bed base more than a mattress. Limited Functionality: A taped-off plug near the bathroom sink prevented using essential appliances like a hairdryer. Climate Control: The absence of heating, cooling, or even a fan made the temperature regulation difficult. Language Barrier: The owner's limited English made it challenging to address these concerns during my stay. Privacy Concerns: Thin Hedges: The hedges separating the units were insufficient for complete privacy. Unexpected Noise: Unwanted Entertainment: Upon arrival, I was subjected to several hours of piano playing and the owner's conversations, which disrupted the desired peacefulness. Felt as if you were in an extended room to a busy family household can hear everything. Additional Fees: Food: While snacks were available, they came with undisclosed extra charges on listing although was listed inside room. Rubbish: The bin in the bathroom did not open as the rubbish bin in the main room remained open and would not close suggesting the same style rubbish bin may have been dead. Entertainment: TV had Apple tv which is not compatible with all devices. It also didn't have Netflix installed and was not able to install without confirmation from the owners mobile device. It just felt so unnecessary to have an apple tv linked to the owner's personal account. I could have access to all their personal information definitely some that should be changed as someone could take advantage. I ended up using an HDMI cable from my laptop to watch tv.
