La vista e i servizi. Non vicinissimo al "centro città" ma c'è una fermata di metro attaccata alla torre.

L'appartement est propre et bien agencé. La propriétaire a été réactive aux questions. La piscine est incroyable.

Le bruit. Le problème vient dans la conception du bâtiment il n'y a pas de double vitrage. L'autouroute passe tout autour ainsi que le train sans parlé de la prière le matin a 6h30. Un brouhaha permanent. Tout était compliqué. Les explications pour arriver étaient dans le désordre. Pas d infos sur l étage ou se situe la piscine. Compliqué pour acceder au centre commercial du rez-de-chaussée. Bref c'était compliqué. Il a fallut demander des draps en plus alors que j'avais réservé pour 2 adultes et 1 enfants. J'ai précisé que je venais en voiture une semaine avant et j'ai quand meme du redemander la procédure pour le parking car cela n'avait pas été communiqué.

This a lovely one bed apartment in a convenient location to explore Kuala Lumpur. Being a relatively new build, it is very clean, modern and in excellent order. Everything works as it should, from the high speed broadband to the air conditioning. I found the bed to be very comfy and the shower was great.The balcony is a good size, with great views from the 17th floor. The facilities at the complex were fantastic, catering for adults and children alike, with modern gym facilities and games rooms, to a large and beautiful infinity pool on the 11th floor looking out over the KLCC skyline. The staff about the place were numerous, helpful and friendly too. The view from the Skyring connecting the 4 towers on the 27th floor is spectacular. Next door to the Jelatek LRT, you can get anywhere around KL cheaply and easily, we used it every day and didn't need buses or taxi services whilst there. Communication with the property management company was easy. We found that using Whatsapp was the best way to contact them. They answered all questions very quickly without fuss. Finally, I paid my damage deposit by bank transfer and it was refunded promptly. I would definitely stay here again if visiting KL.

The place facilities are great, elevators never crowded, room size is good

Construction beside and room had bad sound isolation so it was a bit rough to take a nap during the day, AC remote doesn't work properly

Красивая и уютная квартира, идеальная чистота в квартире и на территории комплекса. Отдыхала с 2 детьми и им было весело, на 2 этажах есть активности и огромный бассейн с видом и спортивный зал удовлетворит требования любого человека.

Всё отлично, замечаний нет

It's very nice swimming pool, it's very relax, and also easy to get everything things because have mall here, transport station is also very convenient.

Smelly bathroom Room not suitable for more 2 pax as it is studio apartment

The property wasn’t cleaned properly for me arriving the one side of the toilet hadn’t been cleaned and had human waste all over it. There was also on bits of human waste on the floor all around the bathroom and the hose to clean yourself had some on it to. The decoration pillows for the bed had white stuff all on one side of them both were dirty. Have photos but can’t post them.

The whole house full with basic item: washing machine, cooking stove & kitchen utensil. The condo itself has so many facilities, eg gym, entertainment room, infinity pool etc.

So many instruction to get the key. A bit troublesome to contact the owner of the property. Only can contact via whatsapp.

Mall and LRT station just right below the property, very easy to get food and transportation. Kids first experience to ride on LRT and they just love it

everything was good about the facilities, recommended for those who love staying at airbnb. the new building, new mall just open there is much choices in there. yet, near to the city👍🏻

im so upset about the way sevice that we got from the staff conducted. first of all, in the message they sent its already state check in at 3pm yet, after 4pm i didn’t get any response from them related to details about mail box code for enter the property(fyi, i already sent all details they need and deposit already paid 1 hours before 3pm).. I need to call them, checking how about my booking, answering call like just woke up from sleep.. there’s a lot of airbnb i already stayed, this stay make me really upset about the service… im not kind of person who really even care with the service.. but this time, is to much.. got confused whos the one stays, whos the one who do airbnb services😅 hopefully, staff is well trained and later wouldn’t happen to others customers…

The view from level 14th and above was outstandingly beautiful especially at night. The property owner and caretaker are very nice person too.

It is a new property, well organized, secured and everything was running smoothly.

As this is a new building, still half in the making, there was some work in progress around, but the apartment was nice, fully furnished.

Facilities and view is good. Can enjoy sunset with my friends. Very convenient for me to use public transport lrt to go anywhere and buy daily thing at shopping.
