Small room. Also, there were some renovations taking place on the exterior of the building, so it was loud starting early morning. Thin walls, could hear other people from next rooms.

Reviewed Jan 8, 2026Breakfast was awesome, however, advise visitors to go earlier as the choices for dim sum were limited towards 9 plus. They are linked with a commercially owned gym, gym goer will enjoy this facility while I enjoy the free laundry service.
The staff was not friendly, not a single smile was offered during my check-in and the explanation was super fast, without ensuring my understanding. This is not the way for people in hospitality sector

Reviewed Dec 26, 2025We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It’s modern, clean, and comfortable. A special thank you to Nicole, Kay, Luna and Fion at the reception desk. They are professional, have a flexible approach and are knowledgeable at their job. This made our stay with our 85-year-old mum especially pleasant. Because of their excellent service, we will definitely return the next time we visit Guangzhou and we gladly recommend this hotel to others. The location is excellent: just a 5-minute walk to the tube station and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Sometimes the internet connection wasn´t as strong as needed. Some personal at the reception doesn´t speak English fluently but they have translating machine so you will be fine :).

Мы приехали очень рано и нас заселили пораньше. Локация удобная, номер новый и свежий. Очень вкусный ресторан в ТЦ. На выставку выезжают автобусы, дают воду и снеки. Рядом очень много магазинов и ресторанов. Новый хороший район.

The hotel is in a great location, everything is close. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, every day they had a different selection of food. As for the room, everything was clean and comfortable. I will definitely come again.
