Reviewed Aug 6, 2026La struttura è abbastanza vicina alle moschee principali della città, ci si arriva comodamente a piedi (passeggiata di un 10 minuti, con un lieve dislivello se si è un minimo allenati). Siamo arrivati a tarda notte e nel complesso ci siamo sentiti sicuri nella zona. La camera era sufficientemente pulita e il personale è stato gentile
Le foto non rispecchiano la situazione attuale. La camera non è così bella come nelle foto, anche se era comunque tenuta sufficientemente bene. Il letto era po' troppo morbido per i miei gusti, e si può migliorare la pulizia generale, anche se non lo definirei sporco

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026Hotel se nalazi u ulici gdje ljudi proizvode obucu. Nismo mogli spavati do 2 ponoci jer su stalno nesto radili s kamionima i do ponoci su radnici radili cipele. Ispred naseg hotela skoro svaku noc dolazili su neki decki i pustali glasnu muziku. Vrata i stolarija u hotelu su jako losi, sve se cuje. Ponoci su stalno nabijali s ulaznim glavnim vratima i to se culo kao da se rusi hotel. Soba je bila uredna i cista.

Usa de la intrare in Hotel avea o problema, facea galagie de cate ori se deschidea, plus cele de la camere scarțaie toate 😂🙈seara tarziu nu prea e ok. In rest totul a fost ok.Personal amabil si de ajutor.

Reviewed May 1, 2026スタッフの人達はとてもフレンドリーで、帰るとき、シャトルバスの停留所から空港までにタクシーを急遽変更したが即対応してくれました 観光をするロケーションとしては、とても便利です。 歩いても、アヤソフィアやトプカプ宮殿、博物館などに行きました。 海岸通りも近くて、散歩が気持ち良かったです。 トラムの駅も近いので、港まで簡単に行けました。
1人旅には、便利ではあったがちょっと周りが暗くて怖かったです。 ホテルの人にも、部屋に入ったら、すぐに鍵閉めて、と言われました。 夕飯食べて9:00頃帰って、ドアのベル鳴らしても誰も出てこなくて、しばらく、暗いホテルの前で待ったのですが誰も出てこなくて、結局、隣の食堂でトランプしていたおじさん達に、ここにホテルの人いるか聞いたら、いないけど、ドアの暗証番号知ってるからと、おじさんが開けてくれました。 彼はここの門番だったのかしら? シャワーを浴びてたら、電気がダウンして、真っ暗になったり、スリリングな時間を過ごしました。

la corrente molto spesso nn c’era , infatti una sera siamo tomato fuori senza poter entrare fino a quando nn ci hanno aperto dallinterno, e inoltre nn avendo la corrente e stando al 4 piano nn potevamo usufruire dell ascensore . quando la corrente mancava , si accende à la luce di emergenza che era puntata sul letto e nn riuscuvamo a dormire. inoltre la zona molto molto discutibile, in un vicoletto buio e senza luce

La realidad no tiene nada que ver con las fotos. Hay humedades en el techo, todo mal rematado, no teníamos ni papel puesto, tuvimos que buscarlo por los armarios. Techo roto, alarma antiincendios rota y una de las piezas metida en un cajón. Persianas rotas y tan solo 3 perchas para colgar la ropa. No hacen la habitación y nos nos cambiaron las toallas. esta rodeado de talleres, las calles están súper sucias y sinceramente da respeto. La verja del hotel está completamente cerrada, parece que no es un hotel, más bien otro taller como miles que hay en la zona. El personal del hotel, muy mal, llegabas, saludabas y solo tenía silencio, estaban siempre en una zona de sofás viendo la tele, fumando y bebiendo té y ni saludaban. El ascensor no funciona bien del todo, tanto que el último día nos tocó bajar las maletas desde un cuarto piso. Nos fuimos y ni se levantaron del sofá ni saludaron, era la quinta persona que veíamos en lo sofás, tirada literalmente fumando. Lo único “bueno” del hotel es la ubicación y los miles de precioso gatitos que había por las calles, gracias a ellos no tuvimos ratas, que era lo único que faltaba.

The room wasn't clean or the beds done during the time we were there. We had to ask to get towels changed and toilet paper and had to go to reception to get it ourselves. Everyone smokes we had to deal with the smell 24/7 indoors which was terrible for us since we don't smoke and where staying there with a 4 yr old. The family room has no windows. Or it has a dummy one that goes directly to a wall, no natural light. The installations where basically falling, the night table was about to fall. The street is closed during the day so taxis won't pick you up. Not easy access. Surroundings are always dirty. Wouldn't stay there again ³

After getting scammed by the taxi services in Turkey I decided to book VIA the hotel as I received a message from Booking.com (I thought I would be protected from any trickery). I have paid 1300TL at the hotel then asked for ANOTHER 1300TL at the airport- even though we asked for no tolls. The whole trip should be around 1300-1500TL maximum to the airport. I thought booking from the hotel would protect me from scamming but thank you turkey for being the most dishonest country I have ever visited.

Reviewed Jan 1, 2026La localisation est super, en moyenne 15 minutes à pied pour aller au Grand Bazar ou à la Mosquée.
Alors, j'avais payé pour une vue sur la mer et j'ai vu tout sauf la mer depuis ma chambre. L'isolation est mauvaise donc le froid rentre ainsi que le bruit de la rue. Pas de nettoyage en chambre donc à vous d'entretenir les locaux, aller demander à la réception serviettes, papier... De plus, on ne peut pas chauffer la chambre quand on s'absente car la carte d'entrée de la chambre doit rester sur le socle à l'intérieur de la chambre pour activer l'électricité, sans ça aucun objet électronique ne fonctionne, ni clim, ni frigo, ni prise et ni lumière !

Le bon rapport qualité prix s’explique par le fait qu’il faut marcher 5,6 minutes une pente très très forte pour accéder au tram le plus proche ce qui peut être compliqué pour des personnes âgées ou lorsqu’on doit remonter avec nos valises mais rien n’empêche de prendre un taxi depuis l’hôtel mais c’est à savoir. Sinon, nous avons passé un très bon moment et les photos étaient fidèles aux descriptions ! 👍🏽
