room comfortably fit 3 people, breakfast okay, nothing great but plenty of choices. 24-hour housekeeping and front desk. I asked for an iron for my creased shirt at 5am and they promptly delivered!

It was a bit noisy because we are near the main road, otherwise it was tolerable for us and a very comfortable stay.

For the price location, amenities were top notch. The room was a little dated but overall the stay was exceptional. I loved the pool right after walking the esplanade and that SM is tight across the street.

The rooms were a little dated and there was a distinct sewer smell coming from the bathroom drain. The hot water in the shower was also not working.

I like injap because whenever I bring my kids to SM it is just steps away. Very convenient also the staff and facilities are amazing. Thank you always injap. See you again on November.

Please fix the aircon in 01414 it is not as cold as the other rooms we had before. Thank you.

The room was filthy and dirty. Wall stickers were peeling off. The bathroom is dirty so is the windows. EVRYTHING IS DIRTY.

The bed was really comfortable. As always, the staff and their service was excellent. The location to Iloilo was convenient. Perfect location for the SM mall. The breakfast was worth the extra price.

The hotel needs a lot of makeover. The rooms just needs to a remodel. Same thing for the bathroom and new toilet that flushes better. The wifi was really good when it worked. Also, try to get the rooms facing the back because the main street was very loud. The pictures of the hotel gives you the wrong impression of how new it looks. It is much older and over used. It really needs a makeover.

Very close to SM mall and megaworld. 7 eleven is just basically on the same building.

The facilities are a little old. And it's a struggle to park.

Toilet has very low pressure when flushing water. You have to wait for 30 minutes or so to flush the water again. I complained several times. Maintenance staff keep fixing the water tank but there was no improvement. All the staff however were very polite and welcoming to us.

I like the comfort of the bed and pillows. The working table with outlet was great because I work remotely with my laptop. The location is good because its accessible to the adjacent mall.

The staffs are very friendly and polite. The front desk staff are always smiling and very helpful. The place is very convenient and easy access to everything, mall, shops,transportation and etc.

I love the hotel. I love the staff and the service… But… I was there a month ago in the exact same room 0811 and the TV did not HD and the Wi-Fi was very very bad the technician came up last June when I was there and he told me we’re doing construction. We’re having problems with the Wi-Fi and the HD on the TV… I excused it… I came back again July 17… The TV still did not HD and the Wi-Fi was extremely slow. I couldn’t even download my work that I was doing, and it took them until nighttime to fix it… I love staying there because of the convenience of the proximity of all of the events in the area… But that really discouraged me I could not download anything from my job until late in the evening. I couldn’t even watch TV because it was no HD I couldn’t even see most of the programs… Either get a new technician or I will not be visiting the INJAP AGAIN AND I CAN’T BELIEVE THEY GAVE ME THE EXACT SAME ROOM ZERO 811 THAT MADE ME FEEL VERY BAD EVEN WHEN I TOLD THEIR RECEPTIONIST I DIDN’T WANT THAT ROOM. SHE SAID EVERYTHING HAS BEEN FIXED AND IT WASN’T AND IT TRULY MADE MY VISIT VERY UNPLEASANT AND I’M NOT A COMPLAINER, BUT IF SOMEONE WOULD GO UP TO THAT ROOM AND FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON BECAUSE IT COST ME TIME AND MONEY.

First of all, I am a graduate of BSHM with Concentrations in Tourism Management, Food and Beverage, Management, and Cruise Ship Management. It feels so good that I have experiences in working and staying in hotels. Fast forward, staying in Injap Tower Hotel is perfect for me because it is near SM and the walking distance to PRC to process our documents for the Philippine Nurses Licensure Examination this August 29 - 30, 2026. It is convenient and the lobby smells good and refreshing. I was with my batchmates.

The smell and temperature of the elevator. In addition, there is limit hours for swimming pool. Their pool is until 8 PM while the Zuri hotel is until 12 midnight. Moreover, when I was alone, the lamp moved by itself.

I loved the fact that it was so close to festivewalk and mega world and also I had some business to attend there and it was only a few blocks away so it was very very convenient. Very clean. I really liked it.

Our stay at Injap Tower Hotel exceeded all our expectations. ❤️ What truly made our experience unforgettable was the exceptional hospitality of every single staff member from the security guards and front desk attendants to the housekeeping team and everyone. You can genuinely feel that they care about their guests. I was traveling with my senior mother, who has difficulty walking, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to make her comfortable. They were incredibly proactive, opening doors for her, immediately pressing the elevator buttons, assisting whenever they saw us, and always making sure she was safe. During check-out, my mom accidentally left her walking stick behind, but the staff noticed it right away and returned it to us before we left. That level of attentiveness meant so much to our family. Our room was spotless every single day, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping everything clean, fresh, and comfortable throughout our stay. We also loved the swimming pool! It was very clean, well-maintained, and the chlorine level was just right, making it enjoyable even after spending a good amount of time in the water. A special mention to Horizon Café, the breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious! There was a great variety of food, everything was fresh, and every morning was something to look forward. Thank you very much to the entire Injap Tower Hotel team for making our stay so memorable. Your kindness, professionalism, and genuine care did not go unnoticed. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Iloilo, especially families traveling with senior citizens. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're back in Iloilo.
