Sunshine Forest Lodge - Sinharaja

Struttura immersa nel verde,isolata,un oasi di relax. Cena a colazione super, consumata direttamente sulla veranda della casa del proprietario! Location ottima a due passi dall’ingresso della foresta! Noi abbiamo fatto l’escursione con la guida Hasitha,veramente bravo,preparato,disponibile! Ci ha fatto vedere dai serpenti,agli scorpioni,varano,camaleonte e altre speci! Veramente consigliato!

Nulla! Ricordatevi sempre che siete nel bel mezzo della foresta e non in una città lussuosa!

房间比较小，行李多的话有点拥挤。浴巾不是纯棉的，吸水不太好。

Nagyon szép, nyugodt helyen van, a dzsungel bejáratától 10 perc sétára. Meg is hosszabbítottuk egy éjszakával. Vásárlási lehetőség nincs a közelben, tuktukkal érhető el a szállás, de a házigazdák nagyon finom reggelit és vacsorát készítenek. Egy kis faház felső részén laktunk, erkéllyel. Szép tisztaság volt. Légkondi nincsen, de nem is volt olyan meleg, mint a többi városban.

Hiába mondtam, hogy a dzsungeltúrát magunk szeretnénk intézni, miután a bejárat 10 perc sétára van, a belépő nagyon olcsó és szabad guide-ok vannak a bejáratnál, nem szeretnénk a többszörösét kifizetni egy fakultatív programért. Kicsit erőszakosak voltak, megkaptam egy guide telefonszámát, aki ugyancsak erőltette a csomagajánlatot. Valahol érthető, mert ebből élnek, de ha határozottan többször kijelentem, hogy köszönjük, de nem kérjük, akkor el kell ezt fogadni. Ezen kívül kedvesek voltak, a kisfiuk is nagyon aranyos, a hölgy nagyon finomakat főzött.

This place was so peaceful and the view from the balcony is superb. It’s a single lodge/room next to the families home and they are so friendly and eager to ensure you have a great time. Lovely home cooked food for breakfast and dinner. They do offer treks and guides but we already had one booked elsewhere. Would recommend, we stayed as 2 adults and 2 kids.

This is the best Homestay and Lodge i have ever been to during this journey so far. The familiy is awesome. Every single one of them is so friendly and do everything for you to have the most confortable stay there. The curry is the best i eate during this hole journey. The Lodge is very clean and the view is amazing. Rainforest feeling 100%. They organise a really good daytour for you trhough the rainforest for a very fair price. And they also bring you fresh fruit etc. to welcome you. If you want to get to know such a wunderful family and have a happy time in the rainforest, you should defenetly stay there. I was traveling alone and i think if you travel alone or with your friends or family, it's perfect for every group. A big thank you to the hole family. :)

Amazing home cook meals

Absolut tolle Lage - 5-10 Min. vom Eingang des Regenwaldes entfernt. Vom Balkon aus konnten wir viele Vögel und Glühwürmchen bei Nacht sehen. Die Hosts sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Sie haben uns einen sehr sympathischen Guide für die Tour organisiert.

Very nice few, nice room and a lovely family. They organized us a very good tour guide for the Dschungel. They cooked for us. That was delicious.

The Moskitonet had no backside. So a some insects came easily in. Not that worst, there weren’t a lot of mosquitoes. The dining area is not really cosy. But the nature is so fantastic

Водонагреватель слаб, сразу за домом дорога, где местные ребята до 12 ночи шумели с мотоциклами.

This was the most beautiful accommodation we Had during our stay in Sri Lanka, the view from the balcony is amazing and the Host Family is super nice, welcoming and Happy to Help! Come Here, you won't regret it

Food was great. Also sinharaja entrance is near by.

Ower's father is a guide of sinharaja. Therefore owner request him to come to place even though we never requested. And he changed more than we expected for the tour.

Amazing location in green area. We spotted several animals while just sitting on the balcony (including monkeys, peacocks and kingfisher). The owners are very friendly and helpful, they made our stay very comfortable.

Everything was fabulous the breakfast was super delicious and the view of the room was stunning.

The host is very friendly and hospitable. Host also had few fusion cuisines. We ordered Fried rice for lunch and it was accompanied with devilled chicken and one portion was adequate for two adults. Then we ordered srilankan savoury omlet and Kerala Dum Rotti for dinner and it was yummy. This was one of the fusion cuisine. The view from the property is great and you could spot birds and monkeys on the nearby trees from the comfort of balcony.

A parking for a SUV or 4x4 vehicle at the property is desired and had to park few meters away and bit more pressure on the shower would be better too.
