Clean

Ive to walk long distances for refill electricities Why not add what ever u think it is adequate to the property price

The villa is absolutely beautiful! It’s very well furnished, super clean ( bed sheets were so clean), organized, and has almost everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is especially well equipped with plenty of things to use, which was really convenient. The location is perfect, with a lovely view, and the garden is spacious, clean, and has a dedicated BBQ area. The host was also incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made our stay even nicer. The resort itself is very clean, peaceful, and quiet. There’s also a supermarket inside the resort that has almost all the essentials, and they can even deliver directly to the villa, which was really convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this villa!

One of the rooms AC wasn’t working properly and had water leaking, it was still cooling tho

Location, view and owner's responsiveness.

Great location, amazing view, very close to the beach and it is such a great place for families

Exactly like the photos, very clean and newly renovated, all appliances working perfectly fine and bathrooms are perfect. The view is amazing. A very nice stay overall. There are few extra things to pay there (entrance fees/electricity/water but not a big deal).

There are no supermarkets or food spots in the place, you need to go outside even for water.

Everything was great

Nothing

Great clean and the view is perfect

المكان ممتاز جدا جدا

الشاطئ صخرى

The place was nice, clean, and very close to the beach.

The check-in was supposed to be between 11:00 and 12:00, but we arrived at around 1:30 pm, and the place was still not ready, with housekeeping still cleaning. I asked the owner if we could check out the next day at the same delayed time, but he refused. Also, there was an exposed electrical socket in the bathroom next to the sink with visible wires, which is not safe.

The location was excellent, offering a beautiful view of the beach. The compound was quiet and secure, making it ideal for a peaceful family retreat. The outdoor area of the villa was also very pleasant and well-suited for relaxation.

The bathroom facilities were outdated and not very clean, which made us uncomfortable to use. There were no provided toiletries, and a strong sewage smell was present throughout our stay. The bathroom setup was also not suitable for children (in terms of cleanliness) Additionally, we were asked to check out at 10 AM, even though the standard checkout time is usually around 12 PM. The communication style felt abrupt and could have been more customer-friendly.

Easy access, comfortable and clean

Mr Mohamed (the host) was super kind and helpful, the place was super clean and comfortable

Everything is perfect and more

Nothing

The facility is well maintained, and the owner is so polite, and his response is swift

Location and view very beautiful, quiet place for family vacation and relaxing, Mr Mohamed responds quickly to any complaint and resolves it immediately.

The beach is rocky, and this was expected in Red Sea beaches.you have to wear sea shoes.

Mr. Mohamed, the villa owner, is consistently helpful, respectful, and cooperative. The villa offers an amazing view and a serene atmosphere, with a fully equipped kitchen.

Having WiFi would enhance the experience. Additional services within the compound would increase its value.

Perfect sea view, clean apartment

Everything was really good

Super

Location is excellent, beach is too much closer to villa, clean but old tools

One issue related to booking itself;how come give me total price then I accidentally discover not included prices like cleaning fees and resort fees. Other related to staff 1_ entrance village fees for bracelets (included before) 2_ Electricity recharge card(1st time in my life to be occurred)and Electricity disconnected at night around 2 hrs 3_asking me to check out at 10 Am as he told new comers , may check in at this time Everywhere known fixed times for check in and out

The place is quiet, clean and tidy, and the sea view is wonderful

Grocery stores are few and close for a long time. Restaurants are very few and closed most of the time. Some of their phones do not work. The electricity was cut off. We did not reach the competent employee easily to charge the card. The villa is a bit old and has some important things that need repair.

Everything is very clean, the video is great, and the honor is very respectful

The place is clean with an amazing view & the owner is good & helpful & pet friendly

Some people working in the place are not so pet friendly

The location is great and the view is awsome. definitely a great place for a family.

The place could use some more cleaning and fixing. lots of broken items.

The host Mr Mohamed is great, staff are friendly, facilities are available and near by. The place is lovely with a beautiful view and close to everything sea, pool and shops. Comfy and great stay overall

I love it

it is very clean

Everything was ok.

Beach is very bad. There are no activities neither in morning nor night.

Nothing

Everything, to start of....there was no one present on our arrival....We were surprised to find the villa in a shabby state...with worn out furniture and a lot of broken items....the level of cleanliness was unacceptable and ants and flies were everywhere. the beach was horrible and rocky to the point of being dangerous to the children. We stayed for only 5 minutes and went to the pool which was so crowded. To make things worse...at 1 am the electricity went out and the heat was unbearable. We were surprised to find out the owner of the villa failed to charge the electricity card before our arrival. When we tried to solve the problem and tried to reach the owners...one told to contact someone ourselves to charge the card instead of solving the problem himself and the primary owner Mr.Mohamed didn't bother to even answer my messages. We were charged an extra 300 pounds on top of the cost on booking site. the stay was horrible....the owner indifferent. I strongly recommend against throwing away money for this place.

That all things are available in the home , there is a pool beside me , and whole house is air - conditioned

That the beach is not directly in front of the home And there is no other places to go and enjoy except the beach and the pool
