Great location, friendly staff, excellent pool, and the room was neat and clean.

The beds were very uncomfortable. The filter on the aircon did not work which resulted in us getting sick.

Location to the airport and outside of the building appeared nice. The room needs a refresh.

I did not like the roaches everywhere. Nor did I like the sheets and pillows with other people's hair on them. Sheets where NOT fresh. I did Not enjoy waking 10 minutes to the building location at night. The hotel chat message gave the address, but the instructions where NOT made CLEAR that the location was 2-3 city blocks away from the business address posted on Booking.com. No warning from the staff chat message that the location was so far away, and to Not to be dropped off by a driver at the 150 Newport address. The message only gave the 2 Palms address like the location was next door. Being dropped off at 150 Newport and having to drag 4 luggage, one oversize case and a pet, wandering around and having to ask strangers along the way for the location of 2 palms building, made very little sense at 2am to me and my wife. In manila where personal security should not be overlooked, this was grossly overlooked by the staff chat message. When these points were brought to the attention of the establishments staff online via chat message after checkout, they seemed indifferent and seemed to imply I was the only person complaining. Roaches everywhere in the kitchen cabinets, on the Dishes and near glasses, on the walls and drapes is acceptable? Dirty linen normal? Floors swept, but unmopped normal? New slippers where dirty on the bottom after walking around just a short time during it 5 hour stay. Staff indifferent to the Customers concerns, normal? Mattress was very poor, felt like plywood after laying there 1 minute. Not recommended I'm afraid.

Pouca organização e objetos desnecessários como vários chinelos, esfregonas, e outros elementos que não percebemos bem o motivo de estarem ali.

Great location near the airport, very kind staff, and also it has everything that you need.

The AC is directly over for bed, so you might get cold especially with a temperature difference (inside/outside)
