Early check in allowed me to get the rest i needed after an over night flight to Manila. I recommend this hotel 100%. I grabbed a taxi from the airport and its just a five minute drive to the hotel. Check in staff were wonderful and accomodated my early check in with ease. The room was very clean and comfortable with very strong wifi. Across the street is a wonderful mall with plenty of restaurants to choose from.

I had a bad food combination during breakfast, I had upset stomach and vomiting a day before my flight. I forgot I was lactose intolerant and I remember eating the mango yogurt with boiled eggs.

Excellent pillows and bed. Free 1 hour extension to the 12 noon check out. Breakfast included that had an awesome variety. Great vibe.

I moved rooms because I was given a windowless room initially. The staff were very accommodating. Rooms were a bit dated.

The coffee machine at breakfast was broken😡 The curtains in one of our rooms did not meet so could not sleep as the room was very bright. We came in very late after a long flight. The liquid soap dispenser was empty so had not soap for a shower.

It is difficult to find something I liked.. probably only the fact that It is near to the airport

It stinks of sewer (because I do not want to say worst). the shower was not working properly: the water was hot then cold, then hot. It was not possible to have a normal shower. The ventilation system in the room kept me awake the whole night. Noisy people in the corridor. AC in the common areas freezing.

Where to begin, as a traveller I always check the reviews of the last guest and they were all superb and good. Sometimes you think, did we stay in the same hotel? Lets be honest, it is a hotel in decay. The first assigned room smelt really bad, it was dark and was wet from the mold. Perhaps because of the floodings but it felt if you are breathing sickened air. We changed rooms and credit to the staff, it was no hassl. But Lets be honest, a room like that should not be given to a guest. The second room slightly better but still…It smells weird. It is not very clean, mold in the bathroom furniture with scatches it all feels old, used up and just unloved. I could be forgiving if the price was accordingly, but it is a pretty high price..So you expect something in return. There are cheaper hotels everywhere and stepping up a pricegrade was to avoid a dump and get a fresh hotel and a good night sleep after a long flight. Also it is a big name with a reputation and it doesnot live up to it. It was dissapointing. Sometimes breakfast is redeeming but we had an early flight so i cant judge here. The only thing that is good that it is close to the terminal but there are other hotels, so also no saving grace there. It was just dissapointing, there is no other word for it

The staff at the check in counter are very warm welcome and friendly.

Breakfast was good. Close to the MNL. Newport Mall walking distance from the hotel made it convenient for meals and shopping.

Wish there was a little more American breakfast food variety but I understand we're in the Philippines

The staff were friendly; in particular, they called me right away when I left something behind.

It is about a 10-minute walk from T3 to the hotel, but when it is raining or I am carrying a large suitcase, it would have been convenient to have a shuttle bus available at a more suitable time. The morning departures were at 6:00, 7:30, and 9:00; ideally, I would have liked a bus at 6:30 or 7:00.
