It's very very bad condition and it's scary to stay...no stuff only few boys in a very big and dirty hotel

The room was spacious and the location is near/center to major tourist places.

The rooms are not clean with walls infested. The bed was not clean however the covers were replaced once requested. There is no hot water facility for drinking water.

The staff. Staff only. They want to give us good comfort. But no facilities

An excellent experience overall! The location is perfect, making it super easy to get around. The staff went above and beyond to help us, and the cleanliness of the room was top-notch.

Please avoid booking this hotel online. The images shown are completely misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. I usually don’t write negative reviews, but I genuinely don’t want others to get fooled like we did. The rooms were in very poor condition with a strong bad odour caused by fungus and seepage on the walls. The washroom flush was not working properly, and overall cleanliness and maintenance were extremely disappointing. There was no proper room service, and most of the time nobody was available at the reception. When we arrived, there was no one even there to accommodate or guide us. The entire place honestly felt deserted and uncomfortable, almost like a haunted house. Thankfully, we decided to cancel the booking before check-in and were lucky enough to get a full refund from Booking.com. It was definitely not worth the money. I would strongly recommend staying in a nearby homestay instead, as there are much better and more comfortable options available.

The property is in a very good location. The staff was kind and polite. The manager here is kind and helped us with site seeing places. The breakfast and tea are also nice. The room is also good.

They did not serve breakfast saying its not included in price paid. There is no kitchen. Even tea/coffe has to come from outside. There were none in the hotel who could be talked to to ask for anything. Room is okay.

Very poor management, staff and no alignment with booking.com. I got the confirmation from booking.com, but when I reached, hotel was over booked & no communication by property management or booking.com. After 2 hrs of struggle & looking for alternative, they agreed for 1 day stay. Next day I moved-out.( actually, I booked for 3 days). No TV connection, uncleaned walls & curtains, door lock not working, unfriendly staffs and very poor communication. Over all its very bad experience.

The rooms were very clean and tastefully done. A special mention to Ansar who made the effort to personally socialize with guests and ensure everyone was well taken care of — I had a lovely chat with him. Thank you! I never write reviews. But this was one of our worst experience.. The hotel/room/service were all worst. The room were spacious.

Rooms - It had seepage walls and it was not even cleaned once in 3 days and even before the stay. Had to continuously chase them to get hot water. No tv, remote etc.. There was no drinking water. Toilet Flush did not work. There were no employee to attend. We had to call them to find them. I can keep complaining.

This hotel is a SCAM. They accept bookings through Booking.com but aren’t actually synced with the platform. Your reservation may show as confirmed online, but once you arrive — surprise! — they’ll tell you there’s no booking and no rooms available. To make matters worse, the hotel itself is in terrible condition: the staff is rude, and the building looks like it hasn’t been maintained since the 1970s and big potholes in front of the hotel. In a way, I was relieved my booking got cancelled — but it caused a lot of stress trying to find a decent place to stay at the last minute in a new city.

The room was spacious.

Difficult to find the location. The hotel name is different in Booking.com and the real name is different. The road is full muddy and They claim that, this is 3 stars but we did not find even one water bottle in the room. The TV was not working and no hot water. I saw the people come early in the morning and sleep in the reception but no one attended them and even their phone calls were not attended. I felt like these people are working for money and not for service. Please avoid this hotel.

My experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing. We were given an old room filled with fungus, and the smell was unbearable. Our trip turned into a nightmare, especially since we were traveling with kids. I had to cancel the remaining two days of our stay and book another hotel overnight through a different app. It would be better to remove such hotels from booking.com listings.

The room and the full place would need to get cleaned at the first place. I found ants on the washroom, and stains on the bed cover. It was super unhygenic and aweful. The staff behaviour was also little strange, they did not even help me to take the luggage to room. Even when I asked for the refund as I had to leave, they did not try to arrange and said that it would be waste of money after I already paid.

The cleanliness would require proper standard to live in these rooms, the washrooms and the beds should be cleaned after the guest leaves. The service should maintain some manners as well.

I recently stayed at this property and was truly impressed by the outstanding cleanliness and the dedication of the housekeeping staff. Every corner of the room was spotless, the linens were fresh, and the common areas were immaculately maintained throughout my stay.

We recently stayed here during a vacation. This place is centrally located in Coorg and well-maintained. It was a easy check-in and rooms were fairly well maintained. The staff is very helpful... I had requested them for a charger .. they politely provided one..

Everything thing was awesome. But only one prblm was room was not cleaned properly. Bottle cap of a alcohol was there on the bed which was used by before customer. Foot mat was full of mud. Other than this no issues. Good ambience.

Booking.Com itself is a waste I feel....you people should stop your business.....even after booking through you people & getting confirmation of the booking.... didn't get rooms in the hotel as they said that the booking had been cancelled. Because of Booking.Com our entire trip was messed up as we had to roam the entire Madikeri city for 3-4 hours for getting space in other hotels. It was a horrible experience.

The staffs are friendly.

The basic facilities like handwash, tissue, drinking water, tea / coffee are not provided. Bed lining materials are not clean, torn, matrices & pillows are in very bad condition. very poor standard.
