Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Neat and clean rooms. Good service rendered by the staff. Hotel located in the heart of Madikeri town. Many veg and non veg restaurants are nearby. Few attractions like Raja seat are walkable distance. Hotel have dedicated parking slot for vehicles.
Hotel doesn't have their own restaurant but many good restaurants are nearby so this cannot be considered as a negative point.

Unfortunately no onsite restaurant for breakfast, but plenty of good options less than 5 minutes’ walk away.

The luxurious accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, made my stay truly memorable. The behaviour and integrity of the staffs, particularly the manager. At the time of check out they kept me waiting for almost three hours for the igo of the manager. When I booked the hotel, the GST was 12% and accordingly, you showed the provisional GST amount. Subsequently, from 22nd September '25 the rate has been reduced to 5%. So, the hotel should have charged @5% GST, but the manager insisted that I will have to pay @ 12% and for that he will not provide any GST bill. He even called the police, needless to mention the experience was not good. Ultimately, the owner of the property came and resolved the issue. But by this time, damage has already been done. I am 67 years old and traveling is my hobby, I have never faced such a horrible experience in my life. I must mention, the property owner is well behaved, but his manager is most unprofessional and don't know how to behave with the customers.
