Communication was ex ellent. The whole Complex seems newly updated. Very clean and well kept. Our apt was amazing. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it all looked great. Bathroom was very nice, loved the shower. Great location!!!

Korteris olid moodsad mugavad lahendused kliimaseadmete ning ruumi valgustuse osas. Hindasin ilusat disaini, värsket remonti, hubasust, mugavust, stiili. Tundis end kui kuninga kass! Hindasin väga praktilisi mugavaid kappe, kuhu sai oma riided kenasti ära panna. Korter oli vaikne, sest asus sisehoovis, sisehoov ise oli ilus ja hoolitsetud ning maja ise asus Ateena vanalinnas. Korteris oli siserõdu, aknakatted, toimiv kliimaseade igas toas. Korterisse saamine oli läbi äpi. Omanik oli hooliv, täpne, tähelepanelik, saatis kogu info ette aegsasti ning lisaks linke söögikohtade kohta. Üli meeldiv kogemus!

I had a wonderful stay at Plaka Boutique Apartments! The apartment was amazing, beautifully located, and the perfect base for exploring Athens. Everything was clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully arranged, making me feel right at home. What really made my stay special was the host. They were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and responsive throughout my visit. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and offered great recommendations. The location is fantastic, with the charm of Plaka right on your doorstep and many of Athens’ main attractions within easy walking distance. We would happily stay again.

Ubicación a los pies de la Acrópolis en el corazón de Plaka pero súper tranquilo y silencioso para descansar. Tiene Lavarropas, lavavajillas, heladera grande y una cama súper cómoda. En todo momento el anfitrión se comunicó con nosotros para ver qué estuviéramos bien. Se ingresa con una app muy sencilla. El departamento impecable y con un balcón con tender para secar la ropa que con los días de calor necesitamos lavar. Un lugar increíble 😊

Superbe appartement très situé en plein coeur de Plaka, avec une décoration moderne et de très bon goût.. tout est en excellent état et semble neuf. Les prestations sont haut de gamme, serrure électronique, climatisation individuelle dans chaque pièce, volets roulants électriques modernes etc La résidence, pourtant en plein centre est très calme car dans une petite rue à l'écart de la foule. Les parkings sont très chers à Athènes mais il y en a à moins de 10 minutes à pied de l'appartement. Il en est de même pour les consignes à bagages qui sont nombreuses à proximité de l'appartement. L'entrée de l'Acropole, du musée de l'Acropole, La rue Ernou entre autres sont vraiment à proximité immédiate. Nous n'avons pas pris la voiture de tout notre séjour à Athènes.

Una de las mejores estancias que hemos tenido en Grecia. La comunicación con el alojamiento fue excelente desde el primer momento. Está situado en una zona muy estratégica y el apartamento está cuidado hasta el más mínimo detalle. Las camas son muy cómodas y el sistema de aire acondicionado permite climatizar toda la casa de forma fácil y rápida. Nos hemos sentido como en casa, algo que se agradece muchísimo cuando estás de viaje. Muchas gracias por todo y por hacer nuestra estancia tan cómoda y agradable. Sin duda, un apartamento totalmente recomendable.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. The location was fantastic — right in the heart of Plaka, within easy walking distance of the Acropolis, shopping streets and plenty of wonderful restaurants. It was especially special to stay in such a beautiful and historic part of Athens. Our host was incredibly helpful, welcoming and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Also nice and quiet. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it, especially for the wonderful location and excellent host.

The apartment is on the smaller side for three people however this wasn’t a major issue for us as we spent very little time in the apartment.

Everything it was modern close to everything and the owner was accessible to a couple of bumbling (us) idiots

Hermoso apartamento en el centro histórico de Plaka con una ubicación privilegiada pero en una calle muy tranquila. El apartamento es mucho más bonito de lo que se ve en las fotos, está equipado con todo lo necesario para tener una estancia súper agradable y cómoda. Las instalaciones están impecables y son muy modernas, superó ampliamente mis expectativas. Sin dudas repetiré en mi próxima visita a Atenas.

Perfect location in the heart of the old town in Athens. Modern, comfortable and well equipped apartment. Very nice and responsive host. All the communication before and after the check-in was incredibly smooth.

Fantastic location. Central plaka. 1 min to supermarket and lots of great restaurants and shops. Exception view from rooftop terrace with jacuzzi. Host messages politely to check you are ok and helps arrange transfers to airport etc

Terrific apartment! It is so clean and roomy. Everything is very well designed and organised. The location is perfect and it is quiet. Our host was very responsive and kind.

Our family of 5 stayed in the 2 bed apartment which is beautifully detailed, has two balconies, excellent bathrooms, and lux towels and linen. We loved the central local, and the view to The Acropolis was spectacular. We made good use of the spa and would definitely stay again. The host was very receptive and accommodating.

We had to muddle through on a few things without any info on the apartment, but the host was efficient in answering these questions or providing support. The second bedroom is an internal room which I must have missed in the description. There was not enough cups or bowls for the number of guests, and a cutting board and tea towel would be a good addition.

The location was great, plenty of space, clean and modern.

The only suggestion I have is to provide fresh towels at some interval during the stay - maybe every other day.

זו כנראה הדירה הכי טובה באתונה ופלאקה. הדירה חדשה, מעוצבת מהמם, הכל חדש , מרווח, יפה ובטוב טעם. המקלחות מפנקות ויש בהן הכל, המיטות נוחות עם מצעים באיכות מעולה. לקחנו דירה שהיא בעצם 2 יחידןת: אחת להורים ואחת לילדים. יש סלון, פינת אוכל,מטבח סופר מאובזר. המקום פצצה, בלב הפלאקה אבל עדיין צידי עם כניסה נפרדת בקוד, כשנכנסים לדירה אין שום רעש והכל שקט ונעים. המארחים שירותיים בטירוף- התכתבנו בווטסאפ לגבי הכל, הם עונים בשניות לכל בקשה ושאלה, זמינים תמיד ונחמדים מאוד. אם וכאשר נחזור לאתונה, אין ספק בכלל שנחזור לפה.

EVERYTHING there is nothing not to love about this beautiful oasis in the heart of wild fun Plaka you feel like you’re in a cozy quiet spot once you enter the courtyard that is steps away from amazing restaurants, shopping and night life. The amazing hosts will go above and beyond to make your stay awesome. The apartment is gorgeous and amazingly clean and spacious. We ended up in an emergency situation and the owner actually came to our rescue when he could have just said oooooos that is too bad but no he helped us. We hope to stay again and thank you for your kindness plaka house 🙏🏽

Amazing little gem in the heart of Athens. Excellent location close to everything. The apartment is large, modern and clean. Equipped with everything we needed. The host is very helpful. He shared us a list of recommendations nearby which was very useful to get us situated. We loved our stay and would rebook this place on our next visit to Athens.

The location of this place could not be any better and the host is great. There is good communication and helpful tips. The apartment is peaceful despite its awesome, central location, and everything is very clean, comfortable and safe. The room temperature is pleasant and the air con makes absolutely no noise. Shopping, restaurants, supermarket, Pharmacy, everything is right out the door and syntagma square or the Akropolis are less than a 10 minutes walk away.

Super komfortable Wohnung mit super Lage. Zentral und ruhig gelegen. Klasse Ausstattung mit allem, was man braucht. Hatten die Wohnung im EG. Sogar elektronische Rolläden.

Der Zugang zur Wohnung geht nur mittels App. Teilweise kompliziert und funktioniert bei uns nicht immer sofort. Also bloß nicht das Handy vergessen 😄 Fernseher ohne deutsche Programme. Netflix funktioniert ebenso nicht. Highlight wäre eine Dachterrasse gewesen. Hatten wir aber vorher gewusst. Aber, alles Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau.

This was absolutely phenomenal! I booked almost a week here for a work trip. The apartment is spacious, very clean and modern, has anything and everything you need in there - and if you can't find anything, just text the owner who is very responsive! He helped us organize a taxi too while there was a strike. The location is also amazing, right in the heart of Plaka - old historic area of Athens. I can not rate this place highly enough!

La localisation, le confort, l’amabilité du propriétaire, l’intimité du lieu au milieu de la foule. Tous les équipements sont parfait. Il manque simplement de la vaisselle et des torchons pour la cuisine. Peut-être un petit panier d’accueil qui serait un plus. Un moulin sel poivre serait plus à la hauteur du standing que ce qui est mis à disposition.

Central location but quite and peaceful. Modern interiors with a comfortable living space. Host very accomodating, allowing late checkout.

This location was just amazing. It was very private, quiet and safe, but close to EVERYTHING. We walked everywhere, including to the Acropolis, and there were great restaurants very close by, as well as the flea market and a small supermarket. When we left, we took the X95 bus to the airport, and again, we walked to the stop in Syntagma Square at 4:30 am in the morning. Very safe. The street that the property was on felt very quiet (birds were chirping away) even though there were restaurants on the street. And when you entered the property itself, it was a welcoming, soothing sanctuary. The app-generated key was perfect. Lots of towels, and mats for the bathroom floor, a beautiful kitchen, TV in living AND bedroom, patio to sip coffee (which was included). We had a ground floor apartment, but there was a LIFT for the apartments on higher floors. Even though we never met Ioanna, her customer service was thoughtful and prompt. Before we arrive in Athens, she offered to arrange for a taxi to the apartment because there was a taxi strike, that we were not even aware of. We took the metro instead, and it was an easy transfer, with about an 8 minute walk from Monastiriki station. This property was a vacation haven, and a pleasure to return to every time.

The bathroom is lovely, but the glass separating the shower from the rest of the room is about 6 inches too short. Consequently, every time someone took a shower, the bathroom floor got wet. Luckily, we found extra bathroom mats to help mitigate that.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return. The location is superb, right in the heart of Plaka and within easy walking distance of the Acropolis, restaurants, cafes and shops. Despite being so central, the apartment felt peaceful and secure. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped for everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the space felt authentic yet modern. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. The digital key system worked smoothly and all instructions were clear and helpful. We felt very well looked after throughout. Overall, a brilliant base for exploring Athens and the islands. Highly recommended.

The only small point worth mentioning is that we had misunderstood the listing and thought our apartment would have a balcony. Some of the upper apartments do have them, but ours did not. It was not an issue during our stay, but the listing could perhaps make that distinction a little clearer to avoid confusion, as we genuinely assumed it was included.

Tutto. È stato tutto perfetto, arrivati e trovato libero subito l’appartamento, biscotti, caffè nespresso, cucina attrezzata e comoda specie con un neonato di 7 mesi. Letto comodo, struttura nuova pulita e silenziosa. Posizione top. L’host è stato di una disponibilità incredibile mi ha fatto tenere l’appartamento fino alle 8 della sera perché avevamo il volo alle 23. Se mi avesse chiesto un extra glielo avrei dato più che volentieri. Che dire… fantastico tutto.

This was a perfect apartment for us and our two teenage kids. Full fledged kitchen (which we didn’t use except for coffee/tea as there were so many good restaurants close by), modern equipment, nice bathrooms, rooftop terrace, great beds…). Location couldn’t have been better, right in the midst of Plaka with cafés, restaurants, shops just a few steps away, yet very quiet (you could only hear the neighbors a/c when you opened the window. Check-in/out plus organization of taxi to/from the airport went smoothly and Ioannis (host) was always there to reach via whatsapp and even gave us tips for restaurants/shops. Would clearly book again!

Es un departamento muy bonito, recién remodelado con acabados, electrodomésticos y mobiliario de primera. Además muy bien ubicado en pleno centro de Plaka.

Según las fotos el departamento que yo alquilé estaba en un segundo o tercer piso del mismo edificio. Si bien todos los departamentos tienen los mismos acabados y mobiliario, el departamento que recibí estaba en planta baja, incluso más abajo del nivel de la calle, por lo que no tenía ninguna de las vistas de las fotos.
