It may be freshly cleaned but I can smell the kulb smell but everything is good and gold, quick and easy check-in and check out process. The host communicated the pre boarding checklist timely and well understood. Complete amenities were also provided, as in complete. The room is very tidy..

Reviewed Jan 14, 2026Convendiently situated for Festive Walk Mall and local eateries. The view from the balcony was private and nice.
The apartment is compact, though comfortable. There were some old/used condiments in one of the cupboards, which were not appealling, and only 1 coffee cup - not good for 2 guests. The pool is closed on Monda, which we didn't find out until after we'd booked.

Was booked with listed free parking, turned out to be 35php per day the cost increase to 40php per day. The shower not the best.
