My expectations were met by the property. Sir Pons was very communicative and responsive. As a property manager myself, everything from check in to check out went smoothly. The place was great!!!! Good value for money.

The location of the cozy studio is very strategic, can be easily located, accessible thu all means of transportation. The cozy studio also offers good ambiance & what I like the most is that is has kitchen that you can cook hot meals with your own. We're very thankful for the best experience we had during our stay in Iloilo. The host also is so responsive.

Non so far.

The unit was clean and is at the center of everything. The amenities were perfect! The owner Sir Pons was very nice and accommodating.

The beds are not very comfortable for 4 adults.

It’s clean, smells nice. Looks pretty well maintained and equipments working properly. Very nice location as it seems to be in the center of everything you need, you can walk around and there’s supermarket, convenience store and restaurants. The area is within the Megaworld property so it’s within secured community. Grab is always certain to get booked and arrived within under 3minutes.

I can’t think of anything to not like about it.

Close to shops and easy access to transport

Clean, peaceful, safe, location is perfectly near the malls

We loved our stay in this beautiful small apartment in Iloilo! The location is excellent, nearby many restaurants and groceries. The apartment is extremely clean, quite and has a nice view over the coty. The owner of the apartment is very kind and always available to assist you! We will definitely come back.

I had a staycation here, and I was very satisfied with the experience! First of all, the place was clean and smelled great, which made me feel comfortable right away. You don’t have to worry about safety because there’s 24-hour security in the area, so you can feel at ease at any time. It’s also a bonus that there’s free car parking, so having a vehicle with you isn’t a problem. The condo is **accessible to everything**—easy to get to and close to essential establishments. One of the things I really liked were the amenities available for guests, like the swimming pool and gym. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a chill and convenient staycation spot!
