Reviewed Sep 17, 2026トランジットのため一泊しました。部屋が広く清潔感があって、ベッドも大きくて気分が上がりました！行きも帰りも無料シャトルバスを利用できて快適でした。
無料シャトルバスはWeChatで…ということですが中国語も英語も能力が乏しく不安があり、またWeChatの電話機能が正常に動かなかったので空港出発ロビーのカウンターの方に助けを求める必要がありました。

就是没有惊喜和预期差不多。这个价位的酒店效果图都和全季这种中端商务连锁差不多，但是实际进去屋子不是特别干净舒适。正常水平吧。

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. We booked this hotel based on positive reviews, which mentioned a good shuttle service. After much searching and calling, we finally managed to book the transfer, as we arrived at the airport at 12:30 AM. However, after some confusion, we discovered that the shuttle had already left because, apparently, we weren’t at the pickup point on time. We waited for half an hour before the shuttle finally arrived, and the driver couldn’t even properly greet us. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were barely acknowledged. The only interaction we received was: “passport?” We were further surprised to see two staff members at the front desk wearing winter coats. Neither spoke a word of English, and we had to communicate via Google Translate. They informed us that there was an issue with our room and asked if one of them could accompany us to see an alternative. The new room was absolutely nothing like what we had booked: a cold shower, a hard mattress, it was terrible. Don't book this hotel. Super unkind staff.

Reviewed Jan 15, 2026I really appreciate the hotel shuttle service. They arrived 15 mins after I called them at the airport. The hotel staff were very helpful and the room was clean and spacious.
The light switch for the bathroom did not work. Wasn't able to switch off at night. Lights shone straight onto the bed. It was too late to call concierge to fix as we need to get up early for next morning flight. It would be great if the hotel could check on the room facilities on a regular basis.

В аэрлпорту не встречают, такси из аэропорта в отель не компенсируют, в номерах нет света, окна не закрываются и изза этого постоянный шум. Спать невозможно. Завтраков нет. По английски не говорят, ничего не понимают ни на каком языке. Персонал постоянно включает дурку и помочь гостям не желает. Не рекомендую это заведение, тк полный отстой.

灯光的开关没有分开，一次连接太多灯没有分区。灯关完又太暗，半夜上厕所看不到，开灯又对着床影响睡眠！ 还有投影仪不懂如何使用。如果这些可以改善那就一级棒。

Communion in English isn’t the best but it is China so we were expecting it. The staff tried their best to use translation apps and everything was fine.

Reviewed Dec 17, 2025Lo único que me gustó del alojamiento es que estaba cerca del aeropuerto, que era lo que necesitábamos, y que tenían recogida desde el aeropuerto al hotel y te volvían a llevar al aeropuerto
No era para nada como venía en las fotos, al contrario, las fotos parecen sacadas de internet porque no es nada fiel a la realidad. Fueron súper desagradables en recepción y nos quitaron los pasaportes durante media hora, a los cuales les hicieron fotos con sus móviles personales. Estaba muy sucio y por las noches había mucho ruido en general, escuchabas a todo el mundo desde sus habitaciones y también el ruido de la calle.

Informationen about the airport shuttle was only provided on request with a two-day delay. Communication with the driver was hard, and I needed to wait 40 minutes, but it worked in the end. The way back to the airport was smooth.

The room we stayed at is nice , clean and modern , however, they could have at least made the frosted bathroom glass door ( main bathroom door) fit well to the frame so there’s not a big gap- where one can see a person sitting on the toilet seat or showering through the clear shower glass door . And there’s no door lock. It did not make sense. Provide guests more privacy, that’s all.

Ужасный отель, мы приехали в 5 утра, очень уставшие и оказалось что наших номеров нет в наличии, отель полный. То есть наша бронь через букинг была подтверждена, а по факту номеров не было. В итоге нам даже некуда было податься ночью, потому что все отели были переполнены. Перед тем как приехать в этот отель, убедитесь что вас ждет номер. На английском не разговаривают. Просто нас улыбнулись и сказали нет наших номеров. Брони которых были подтверждены. Никаких извинений.
