Close to the airport and the beds were really comfortable.

Not being able to get hold of the hotel without a local Sim. Maybe a good idea to have a WhatsApp number to be able to book airport transfer from airport using wifi.

We already stayed at this hotel last year. Back then our review was full of enthusiasm. This time there was less excitement — no novelty effect anymore. But the hotel is good! And its main advantage is that despite the airport and runways being nearby, the rooms are quiet. You can really get a good, proper sleep. If I have long layovers in Guangzhou again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

Free shuttle to/from the airport. Free washers and dryers! (Great as we just left a jungle lodge before getting to China.) Good breakfast. Comfortable bed, quiet room - except for the neighbor who left and left an alarm on... and on... and on... vending machine in the lobby with reasonable prices; evening (10pm to midnight) "snacks" in containers. Plenty of hot water for showers.

Free airport shuttle available, ask the airport info desk for help finding the collection point. You should probably phone the hotel to ask to be collected, but we just waited around 30 mins (daytime) and one appeared, it's not obvious which bus you need so be alert and ask drivers. Also when you check out just tell reception you need the bus and they arrange it quickly, we left around 1am. Massive room with everything you need, plus some free toiletries available. Comfy bed, strong AC, balcony (need to unlock the mechanism in the doorframe to widen the door). Good blackout curtains for sleeping during a layover. Restaurant downstairs with tasty Chinese food, decent price. We checked in very early.

WiFi was poor, and TV just has Chinese channels - you can't watch YouTube or Netflix etc. Not the hotels fault but social media, Google, YouTube etc is all blocked in China on the WiFi.

They actually had restaurant on their property and they have amazing food selection. The rooms are very spacious

Прекрасное местоположения, без обмана, расстояние реальное,основная часть пути трансфера по территории аэропорта, по времени ранним утро - 4 минуты от шлагбаума аэропорта. Чисто, постельное идеальное, чайник и чай очень были кстати! Персонал делает все возможное, чтоб вас понять!

На ресепшене без проблем и быстро заселили, автобус-шатл из аэропорта ходит каждые 30 минут и ехать около 10 минут. Завтраки были не плохими, был хороший выбор. По цена-качество хороший вариант

Оснащение номера кажется немного устарело, внешний вид номера казался довольно "уставшим", но если цель переночевать - то можно вполне выбрать этот отель.

Все очень понравилось, трансфер из и до аэропорта, комфортный номер ресторан в отеле очень вкусный креветки в Карри просто топ!!!

great hotel for transit

Уставшая гостиница, но зато близко к терминалу, на территории аэропорта. Балконы заперты, не открываются, нигде про это не пишут сразу, а гостиница позиционируется как с балконом. Это странно.....

Goed hotel dichtbij het vliegveld. Kamers waren groot en de badkamer ook. Prima hotel voor een overnachting.

De faciliteiten vallen mee. Tevens kan de gratis airport pick up wat beter geregeld worden. Zonder een Chinees nummer is het namelijk wat lastig.

トランジットの睡眠のため利用。シャトルバスの無料送迎があるので助かりました。冷蔵庫もありました。

空港行きのシャトルバスは時間が決まっているが、ホテルに向かうシャトルバスは電話で呼び出しが必要でした。海外電話を持ち合わせていなかったので、電話をしてくれる優しい空港スタッフを探す必要がありました。

Wonderful service comfortable hotel

Everything was great

They never came to pick us up from the airport and stopped replying to our messages on Booking. They initially insisted we call them upon arrival, but how are people supposed to do that when you barely have internet. We even tried the info centre in the airport, but they didn’t do anything to help. After 2 hours waiting for a shuttle that never came we decided to cancel the reservation as we only needed the room for a couple of hours before our flight.

no dedicated luggage storage for the shuttle bus. Have to bring all luggage onto the mini-bus, which is impossible if the bus is full.

Hiçbir metroya yakınlığı yok. Konum olarak tüm ticari işyerlerine çok uzak. Biz saat başı kalkan havaalanı servisi ile havaalanına gidip metroya bindik.

Breakfast this time not perfect. Same menu every day. And they mix the non-veg in all foods. Before Noodles and fried rice we got with egg and veg only. Not feel better this time

Good value, large room for families

Not a lot of food choices, airport pick process wasn’t clear and had to wait 20min for the shuttle.

The hotel was far from the airport- at least 10 mins drive. There was no hotel sign or even a bus stop sign at the bus stop where they said the hotel shuttle would come. And the bus didn't come until we called them. Would not recommend. There was no real restaurant either serving western food. We were told we had to pay extra in order to use the phone charger.

Вызов трансфера через звонок очень неудобный и просто странный, мы потеряла много времени пока разбирались и очень устали. Об этом уже многие писали, я не заметила при выборе отеля, мой косяк, но не понимаю почему администрация отеля не изменит подход. Хотя бы высылать четкую инструкцию , куда идти, чтобы позвонить в отель или еще проще сделать номер на который можно написать или позвонить через интернет! Персонал вообще не говорит по английский, прям совсем, хотя у нас не было особых вопросов , даже нам это доставило много нервов. Карта Казахстана не сработала при оплате, поэтому го работе алипэй

Очень хороший вариант для того, что переночевать поблизости от аэропорта при длинных стыковочных перелетах. Отель обеспечивает круглосуточный бесплатный трансфер, что очень удобно. По прилету нужно позвонить в отель, сказать, что вы ожидаете трансфер, но лучше попросить это сделать персонал со стойки информации в терминале, т.к. персонал отеля владеет английским языком не очень хорошо. Завтрак отличный. Днем в отеле можно поесть в кафе в лобби. Кровати удобные. Не смотря на близость к аэропорту, в номере было тихо.

Бронировали отель, чтобы поспать и освежиться перед следующим перелётом. Очень понравилась комната. Чисто, уютно, все в хорошем состоянии. Удобная кровать. Ужинали в кафе внизу. В целом неплохо, но в аэропорту было вкуснее. Цены довольно высокие. От аэропорта до гостиницы ходит шаттл по расписанию, что позволяет удобно добраться туда и обратно. Насколько поняла, чтобы шаттл гарантированно приехал, нужно звонить в отель. После того как выспались, ездили посмотреть центр города. Доехали на шаттле до аэропорта (15 минут) и там сели на метро (до центра ехать 1 час). Поехали не зря, город очень понравился! Современно, чисто и красиво.

Что можно улучшить: вызывать шаттл через чат. Чтобы позвонить, нам пришлось искать в аэропорту человека, готового помочь. Многие люди не понимали, что мы от них хотим. Также в отеле не было кулера с питьевой водой. Только две бутылочки по 0.5 л в номере.

Прекрасный вариант для остановки на одну ночь в ожидании следующего перелета. Отель осуществляет круглосуточный трансфер по запросу, для чего нужно им позвонить по прилету, либо попросить позвонить работников стойки информации в аэропорту. Несмотря на близость к аэропорту, в номере было тихо. Кровать удобная, завтрак отличный, вай-фай нормальный. В общем, можно смело рекомендовать.

Работники на стойке регистрации по-английски говорят плохо, но при наличии переводчика в телефоне это вообще не проблема, и оценку за это не снижаю. Туалет в номере открыт сверху, поэтому уединение в нем довольно относительное :)

Only one person speaks English, WiFi very bad did not work on our phones, breakfast not much to choose from, everything was empty, staff at the cafe not willing to help us the room had kids playground in it, it should be removed so we can have a bit more space.

Perfect choice if you are staying for one night for flight connection overnight.Free airport shuttle bus is very convenient as well.

The hotel rooms were very spacious but need a bit of refurbishment. Especially the bathroom and toilet. But I did enjoy my brief stay.

Great place to book if you have a long transit time. We were able to check in early which was amazing. The shuttle bus was easy to organise - we ask the help desk staff to call the hotel for us. Spacious room with everything you need plus air con. Restaurant downstairs is also very good and decent prices.

Wifi didn't work but wasn't an issue for us as we were just sleeping/showering between flights
