Reviewed Feb 6, 2025Overall it is a good stay; I was having some issue with the swipe card but the host solved the problem immediately.
I thought I will point out about the towels not being provided on arrival, however the host has resolved this issue; the toilet and shower room can be improved, as there is leaky problem, the waste water has created a smell which is not pleasant. Although the bath towels are provided, the hand towels and foot towel are not provided which is a shame. The toilet and shower are my least favourite unfortunately, the shower gel and shampoo are not good quality I am afraid to say. This may seem a minor issue, but if it is improved, I think the apartment can leave the guests a more memorable experience. I just felt the standard of the toilet and shower room didn't match the rest of the apartment, which is disappointed.

Some bugs under the sink and in the bathroom, staff was not really interested in us as guests. Location was okay but youre atleast a 20 minute walk from all the sights.

Reviewed Jan 5, 2025A comfortable apartment, close to the mall, there is a restaurant in the apartment area, easy to check in and check out because it uses a kiosk, but there is a slight problem that the owner does not provide towels and also mineral water so the owner needs to improve the weaknesses in the house. However, overall, my stay was very comfortable.

Reviewed Dec 29, 2024almost everything . - easiest check in process through check in machine . - parking bay near lift direct to the unit. - 1 minute walk to the mall - spotlessly clean and comfy beds. - washer and dryer to clean our swimming attire . - well equipped kitchen for light cooking and reheating food. - aesthetically pleasing concept with designer touch interior . - we got nice unit with view facing KL tower . - reliable wifi connection , great for those need to work online . - prompt reply from host whenever we needed assistance .
- there is distinct smell coming from the toilet , not sure if its from the a/c pipe through the toilet . - need to login own account for netflix and smart tv apps.
