Hotel was near to Haram

Wr paid everything in advance but the recepionist didnt allowed checking and made us sit for almost 2 hours. We kept requesting cleaning but no came for 9 days stay. When asked for water or other stuff we were informed that hotel do not provides it.

غير نظيف وغرفة صغيرة جدا كمًا الاثاث سيئ ولا يوجد خدمة عملاء ترد على الهاتف لتلبية احتياج النزيل على مدى فترة اقامتي كلها كما لايوجد موظف استقبال عمال النظافة هم من يستقبلون النزلاء في الاستقبال كما انه وقعت حادثة مؤلمة بالفندق. حيث سقط طفل من الدور السابع من خلال النافذة ولم يكن الموظفون المسؤولون في الفندق موجوديين حيث تواجدو بعد حضور الجهات الرسمية بعد نصف ساعة

لم يتم الموافقة على استخدام مواقف الفندق بداعي انها مخصصة لادارة الفندق ( طابقين اثنين ) الغرفة غير نظيفة تماما ( الأرضيات والأسرة ) والاغطية ومفارش الأسرة مستخدمة من قبل وغير نظيفة وتم طلب تغييرها جميعا من خدمة الغرف وأود أن اشكر عامل خدمة الغرف للاستجابة وتغيير كامل مفارش وأغطية الأسرة . لا توجد اي مرفقات ضيافة بالغرفة من ماء وقهوة أو شاي وأي مشروبات . لا توجد مرفقات بدورة المياه سوى فقط صابون يد ضوضاء بالموزعات امام الغرف والتدخين من بعض النزلاء

غيروا الغرفه مو نفس اللي حجزتها كان التعامل سئ حجزي لشخصين وتم تسليمي بطاقه واحده فقط وتم ابلاغي انه تغيير الشراشف والتنظيف حيكون مره وحده خلال اقامتي جدا سئ تعاملهم

Nothing—absolutely nothing—was good about this hotel except the location. From the moment we arrived, the experience was a complete disaster. The receptionist was not at the desk, and we were left waiting for over 10 minutes with no explanation. When he finally showed up, he handed us the room key without a single word of guidance—no directions, no information, no basic hospitality. The room itself was unacceptable. There was no in-room catering at all, the cups were damaged, and the phone was not working, which meant we could not contact any hotel service even if we needed to. To make matters worse, I stayed for two full days, and during that entire time, no one cleaned the room—not once. What made the situation even more frustrating was that we couldn’t even find anyone to complain to. There was simply no accountability. When we checked out and informed the receptionist that we intended to leave a bad review, only then did a manager suddenly appear. Instead of properly addressing the issue, he casually apologized and advised us to complain to the Ministry of Tourism and to leave a negative review. Shockingly, he also admitted that the hotel already has many bad reviews and that we “should not have booked this hotel in the first place.” That statement alone says everything. Unfortunately, I did not take photos, but trust me—this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Paying 1700 AED for just two nights for such miserable service and conditions is completely unacceptable. This hotel is massively overpriced, poorly managed, and absolutely not worth the money. I strongly regret staying here and would warn anyone to stay far away

Excellent location to the Prophet's Masjidul nabawi. Coordinative staff. Had a comfortable stay.

The hotel doesn't provide tea, coffee, etc. But they provide only a kettle and a melamine cup.if you are eager to have a coffee in the room soon after the check-in, it is not possible. You have to go out to buy your own provision, including a spoon and water, too. Being excellent in other areas, the hotel could consider providing the essentials that would add value to the services of the hotel.

Resepsiyon hizmeti yoktu. Uzun süre bekledik ve bize bir bellboy yardımcı oldu. Sonrasında odamızin kapısı açılmadı tekrar indik. Tekrar geldiğimizde ise odamizdaki prizlerin çalışmadığını gördük. Ama hizmet olmadığı için asla çözüm alamadık. Odamızda 4 yatak vardı ve sadece 1 havlu vardı. Yüz havlusu ve ayak havlusu yoktu. Oda terliği yoktu. Çay kahve şeker yoktu. 2 bardak vardı ama önceki müşteriler kullanmış ve kirliydi. Halıları perdeleri kirliydi. Baştan sona tam bir fiyaskoydu otel. Çok yüksek bir ücrete çok kötü bir konaklama deneyimi oldu bizim için...

Otele vardığınızda en kötü ağırlama deneyimi yaşayacağınızı anlarsınız. Resepsiyon yok, yarım saat bekleme sonrası oda görevlileri bir kart getirir. Resepsiyon nerede? Yok. Kartlar odayı açmaz, geri gelinir. Odada el havlusu ayak havlusu yok, 3 kişiye bir tane banyo havlusu yeterli görülmüş. Odada prizler çalışmıyor. Telefonları yan odada şarj ettik. Diğer odada da sıcak su yok, onlar da bize banyoya geldiler. Bu kadar yüksek fiyatlı bir otelde bu kadar kötü bir hizmet beklemiyorduk. Resmen faciaydi...

Location near to Haram

Corridors were so stinky, inappropriate number of lifts as per the visitors. Had to miss Salah just because of lifts, didn’t provide towels in bathroom, when asked they said not available at that time. Only kettle no tea bags, asked to provide tea bags, they refused to provide. Corridors were so tiny and they allowed smoking in corridors. Those were so smelly that it was hard to breathe. They provided only 1 key for 4 beds room, asked for another one they refused to provide, said only 1 key for one room.

Location is good, close to masjid Nabawi

Paid for three days but stayed only two days. This is due to wrong info about the transport. Knew about this one months in advance. Multiple requests to shift the booking by a day was not addressed. It ping pong between hotel and booking.com. Booking.com works with AI. You can’t reach a human there. At hotel I explain the staff but they simply said can’t help as no room available. Later when booking for one more day, room was available on booking.com.

تعامل الأشخاص روعه جداً وصريحين إلى آخر حد ممكن في كل شيء وجميل كل الذين تقابلت معهم أنا لا اعرف الجميع لكن هذا الي صار معي والحمدالله

تعامل الأشخاص والعاملين جيد لكن الفندق او الغرفه عند التسليم كان يحاولون العمال ان تكون نظيفة لكن كثير أشياء في التنظيف غير مراعيها والأسباب التأليه كثره النزلاء يجعل المنظفين غير متنين لعملهم واذا عملت عملاً فأتقنه 1~ الحمام أرضيته غير نظيفه يقتصدون بأوراق التواليت جداً والرول التوليت المحارم جداً قليل ممكن بعد استخدام 3 او 4 مرات تحتاج واحد جديد 2 ~الماء جداً ضعيف يعني إذا الغسول يتاخر بعد الشامبوه إلى 3 و اربع دقايق حتى تغسل الجسم 3- التوليت يحتاج تدقيق على النظافه 4- الغرفه ارضيتها جميله لكن غير نضيفه 5- مشكله عندما تنتظر المصعد يحتاج مصعد خارجي للطوابق العاليه

الموقع ممتاز جدا جدا بجوار الموفنبيك اقل من 5 دقائق تكون داخل ساحة الحرم النبوي.

الأثاث قديم ، حجم الغرفة غير متناسب مع عدد السراير ، عدد الاسانسيرات غير متناسب و يوجد انتظار حتي يتوفر اسانسير.
