i had a little struggle while using the tap in the bathroom and asked the staff to help but he instead asked me to call the number but if he just tell me about using the tap maybe the problem solve faster but its okay cause i found the way to used it .

Absolutely nothing. A total nightmare from start to finish.

The host messaged last minute claiming the original room's AC was broken and "upgraded" us. It was a trap. The room was disgusting, dusty, and looked abandoned for months. The bedsheets and comforters were yellowed and stained, and there was a filthy, greasy old sofa in the room. ​The worst part? The bathroom was a hazard. The walls were severely cracked with peeling plaster, and the bidet was totally broken. When I sent video proof and demanded a refund, the host actually tried to gaslight and blackmail me over the phone, saying "you cannot damage the wall." I instantly called her out, and she immediately denied saying it. ​We felt completely unsafe and turned away by this toxic attitude, so we checked into another hotel immediately. Now, they are actually submitting a FALSE request demanding me to pay for their pre-existing cracked wall! This is an absolute scam and extortion. Save your money and stay away—don't book this place unless you want to get scammed!

I don't get room like the picture show. Me disappointed. The door difficult to lock and open. No friendly staff attertain me. No staff to refer if anything need.

The price was really cheap when we booked the room. The location is strategic if you're planning to navigate around Penang island by Grab, since it's in Pulau Tikus, which is closer to Ayer Itam (Penang Hill and Kek Lok Si Temple), and Balik Pulau (paddy fields, farms), compared to staying in the centre of Georgetown. However, it is not too far from central Georgetown as well, you can walk for like 5 mins to a bus stop and take a bus to famous places in central Georgetown like the Penang Road Famous Laksa, Roti Bakar Hutton Lane, Chowrasta market etc. There's a Mr. DIY in 10 mins walking distance where you can buy water, or there's also a water dispenser at the ground floor.

The room we booked was supposed to be big enough to fit 4 adults according to the website, but in reality, it would be especially cramped for, say, 4 adult men. The bathroom is in like a small container, with a small basin, toilet and shower. The basin is connected to the bidet spray and everytime we used the basin, it will start leaking. The shower drain got a bit clogged after a few showers, so we had to wait for a very long time for the water to be drained before the next person can shower. The lights are quite dim and soundproof is very bad, you can hear your neighbours if they speak a bit louder. The upper bed makes noises as long as there's a bit movement. The entrance's lock takes quite sometime to relock itself again, and if someone forgets to close the door, it won't make any alert sounds, which I think is quite dangerous. Will recommend if you're only staying for one night, on a budget, and travelling with a maximum of 3 people (if you plan to stay in the same room). Will not recommend if you're new to travelling, especially solo travelling, and expect to have reception, security guards, etc., or if you're a light sleeper. Lastly, remember to save the owner's phone number as you will be contacting the owner for any issues.

I'm okay with the location but the illustration and reality look super different. 1st, customer service was horrible. I did request to check in earlier but when i whatsaap their cs nobody reply. 2nd, they said free parking but in fact it was 1st come 1st serve. When i reach there, there was 2 car double park which affect me to park at those with yellow box and the distance is long way, luckily i pack my luggage not much and heavy. Third, the room was dirty and i saw some curly hair on my bed. Private toilet was not what i expected, shower experience was bad as the water was very less, shampoo smelly and toilet paper only gave 2 rolls which not enough for me.

they said we get a room but instead we get a room like a contena. the toilet was like in a box and my friend outside can see my shadow. i feel so insecure to use the toilet the curtain in the toilet look like have been not change in a decade. it was so unhygenic the wall in toilet is so dirty and theres is even eyelashes on the wall. it basically a house that have been renovated and have like 8 to 7 rooms in one time . so there were no space. hard to get a parking. cause it a housing area. beside the house is using partition , so the house is not sound proof. u can hear the people outside eventho they are just casual talking and not even in high pitch. tbh, we didnt expect we spend our money to experience this kind of partition room.

Not soundproofing.These walls were made of gypsum materials thus it could not suppress outside noise effectively.Parking space in based on your luck.Even that is not free.

I got a very dim room due to faulty light bulb. I was not expecting a room with very little sunlight shining through. Asked for assistance but came after a long time/second time asked by whatsapp. Some wallpaper at the room was torn off. The toilet was like a separate unit built in the room. The toilet’s wall was mouldy and dirty. The floor was very slippery due to left over floor cleaner.

bathroom is not built in, it is a plastic bathroom which ventilates the fumes into the room. floor of the bathroom quite ouly and icky, top bunk of the bed is very hot. had to move the mattress down to sleep comfortably. walls are paper thin so can hear everything from outside. carpets were black and dirty.

Room7. Except for the bunkbed and the wall. The wall made from chipboard i think. So you can hear your neighbour 😅. The top bunkbed, i can't feel the a/c at all. Can't sleep coz really hot up there. Hope the owner can do something.

Excellent..almost complete neccessity... Iron n board, eltric kettle, hair dryer...in a room . So convenient..no hassle to go out n ask 😍.. generous with pillows 👍😉.. bed soo comfy..
