Tiny Home in Mosgiel

Accommodation was walking distance to the shops but very quiet. More spacious than a usual tiny home and clean and comfortable.

Great stay, well equipped

Cosy and facilities were great. For a small space, it had everything you needed. Would stay again.

Parking as there were "no parking" cones along the road next to house so I had to park around the corner and carry my things 100-200 m when I exited in the morning.

Property is clean, tidy, and smells fresh. About 15 mins drive from airport. Conveniently close to Mosgiel town. Owners are kind, thoughtful and attentive in responding and in ensuring the comfort of my month-long stay.

It was lovely to have a private garden

Was very cozy with all amenities needed and was nice and quiet.

The only thing was my friend found the air bed got a bit cold during the night. Maybe a mattress topper would help.

Lovely accommodation with great facilities. Choice of additional bed in lounge, sofa bed proven more comfortable than airbed. Great shower and kitchen area. Location perfect for our needs

Had to ask other occupants in house to move vehicle when we checked out so could load our car. Bedside lamps in bedroom would be a good idea due to very bright down-lights. (Those on the drawers do not work)

Everything was so easy. The property was immaculate and very comfortable.

Great central location and generous accommodation for a couple

The accommodation was tidy, well presented, and conveniently located close to town, which made getting around easy.

The listing did not clearly disclose that the unit is a converted garage located immediately next to the owner’s home. As a result, there was very little privacy. Noise was a significant issue—each evening the owner’s van was started late at night, with music playing and left idling, accompanied by frequent door slamming. The wall behind the bed would shake during this, making it difficult to sleep. The same disturbance occurred again in the early hours of the morning when the vehicle returned. This significantly impacted the overall comfort of the stay.

It felt homy, was clean and tidy and had lots of facilities to use if they were needed.

This was the perfect location for my daughter and I.

Not a big issue but did not have any advice where to find ironing board and iron which were in places you wouldn’t look.

Having to park my car on the street which was quite busy. You can park in front of the unit to unpack and pack your car but need to move your car to the street in between.

Access through the bedroom was unusual, would be better if access was through the living area. There was no coffee plunger!

No face cloths or hand towels or drinking chocolate, toilet door won't close properly because of clothes holder on it, bed was abit hard for our liking, entry into bedroom would be better entry into lounge

Clean and well laid out wee garage conversion. Had everything one could want for a stop over. I appreciated the cutlery. Hotels won't even give you a fork. It is the tiny details that matter, and Tiny Home provide the details that other, more expensive establishments do not. Thanks, will use again.

Location was brilliant. Very private. Extremely well laid out. Comfortable bed. Would highly recommend.

Off street parking was a concern. The air con on the bedroom was noisey.

A practical little studio at the back of the owners space. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom, that will have everything you may need. Within walking distance from main street and shops.

Passing in front of the owner's house to get to the studio, maybe building a small fence to have a bit more privacy?

Lovely, modern and comfortable property, with everything we needed and more. This was a short, last minute stay due to stressful circumstances, and our host went out of her way to make us feel welcome and her kindness was very much appreciated. We found the location convenient and easy. I would highly recommend Tiny Home, and look forward to staying again in the future.
