Close to metro, 2 stops from city centre. Nice balcony and AC.

The kitchen cooking ware and utensils were a bit old and used, and the shower is quite small and leaks a bit.

Η γειτονιά δεν είναι καλή, είναι απ' τις κακές της Αθήνας, ειδικά για όποιον ταξιδεύει μόνος του ας το έχει υπόψιν. Το σπίτι παρόλα αυτά είναι πολύ ασφαλές και η ίδια η πολυκατοικία είναι μια χαρά. Το σπίτι στις φωτογραφίες δείχνει να έχει θέα απ' το μπαλκόνι, αλλά δεν ισχύει. Η θέα στις φωτογραφίες είναι απ' το μπροστινό μέρος της πολυκατοικίας ενώ το σπίτι βλέπει στον πίσω ακάλυπτο χώρο με όλες τις πολυκατοικίες του τετραγώνου, δεν υπάρχει θέα. Τα πιάτα και τα κουζινικά σκεύη ήταν βρώμικα.

Niestety okna od podwórka więc nie ma co oglądać przez okno😉 przez też to mieszkanko dość ciemne.

Good location quite close to Victoria Metro. Good instructions for check in, and information notes within the apartment for various things (how to switch on the water boiler, etc). Comfortable bed. Efficient AC.

Only a minor thing but the only item resembling a frying pan was a heavy oval shaped one inside the oven, more for baking (imo) which wasn't quite suitable for use on a circular hob. Perhaps a small investment in a standard round pan would be good, as many guests could use it for omelettes etc.

It is equipped enough, room size is good and balcony is enjoyable.

Room was not clean enough. We saw insects and spots on the bed sheets. Neighborhood is not safe at night. You might end up in problematic streets so easily when you walk.We had to take a taxi every evening to come back. Daytime is ok.

Great location. Easy walking distance of two metro stations. There's a pastry shop on the corner and plenty of coffee nearby for a quick take-away in the mornings.

The shower 'stall' is very tight. My wife is a small lady and said it was very tight for her to use. I am a big tall fella and could not fit comfortably in there. We did not have Internet wifi service while we were there. The owner had the service technician there to replace the modem/router while we were there. However, for some reason, we never got any Internet. We informed the host in hope this is fixed for future visits. We were only there for one night but will be glad to stay there again for an night or two while in transit somewhere else.

The apt is nice, clean and very quiet despite it's central location. It is perfectly equipped with all toiletries, the bed is good, and the living room has a couch and a small desk. There is a balcony on one side, but also a small window on the other side which makes the apartment perfectly ventilated. The location is very good and for me it was perfect, so I even wanted to stay an additional night which was regretfully impossible. The location is especially good for lovers of Georgian food as there are 3 different food places right there. The host answers quickly and to the point. I would definitely stay here again!

The wifi was weak and did not work well even near the router so I had to use my mobile internet. But maybe it just needed a restart, I do not know.

Έχω επισκεφτεί πάλι το διαμέρισμα και όλα ήταν άψογα και αυτή τη φορά. Άνετο και καθαρό διαμέρισμα κοντά σε σταθμό τρένου με άνετη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της Αθήνας.

I have to join all the positive reviews I read before booking this apartment. The place is clean, cozy, and well-equipped. It has air conditioning, and there's a parking spot just a 6-minute walk away, plus a metro station around 10 minutes on foot. The bathroom was stocked with lots of useful items in case you forget something, and there was cold water waiting for us in the fridge after a long trip – such a nice touch from the host! We were especially impressed by the quality hairdryer, as well as the iron and full-sized ironing board – not something you often find in short-term rentals. Speaking of details that are often missing, we were pleasantly surprised by how well-stocked the kitchen was. There was plenty of cutlery and cooking utensils, which is not always the case in other places. The host was kind and quick to reply to any questions we had. The neighborhood might feel a bit sketchy at night, but we didn’t experience anything bad at all – no reason to worry or avoid booking. There’s actually a lot of lovely things to see around the area. All in all, we felt really comfortable here. Highly recommended!

The apartment is really cool, it has a spirit. Also it's very close to a nice big temple. We enjoyed our stay.

Found a cockroach inside the fridge !! Don't go out too late, the neighborhood isn't the safest. Also the decoration is a bit creepy.

Small but comfortable. Flexible host, allowed us to check in early and check out late. The area is cheaper than the center in terms of food and ahops. Great value for money.

The area seems to us an immigrant neighborhood. Not sure how it would be for single travellers during evening hours.

The apartment is great, fully equiped, with everything you need, perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Kitchen hás everything you need. Very close to Viktoria metro station, two stops away from Monasterik Station, near the Acropolis. The area may seem sketchy, but it's perfectly safe. I contacted the owner to please verify and check that the property meets all sanitary requirements and they are working to assure it.

It's a 10 minute walk from Biktoria metro station. Pretty, clean apartment, couple of nice gyro places nearby too.

Excellent coffee, marble entrance hall tells of bygone splendour, reasonable furniture, everything functional, bakery nearby.. Good written instructions as to how everything was to be used/handled. You will find some people of lesser fortune nearby - they seem to manage.

Sleeping couch could not be used.

The apartment is perfect, the neighborhood looks alarming, but it has nothing to do with the comfort of the room

Parking is listed under facilities, but when I asked where should I park, I got directed to a paid parking garage approximately 0.5 km from the apartment, which is not really practical when you have heavy luggage. This is why I specifically filtered accommodation with parking. View is also listed for this apartment on booking.com. There is no view. All you can see are the neighbouring buildings' balconies, and a little bit of sky, as can be seen on the photo I uploaded.

The apartment was cosy, quiet, with everything you need. Not exactly like in the pictures, but it was okay. Close enough to the subway, since we came/left late. We had a key box for access, so it was easy to get in even arriving at the property after midnight. The owner was very prompt in answering my messages and did us a big favour to keep our luggage longer in the apartment since the next people were coming the following day. Thank you again for a perfect stay.

The neighbourhood is very busy at all hours, lots of men in the street even late at night, but we felt safe. It's not necessarily the cleanest area, but Athens has very few places that you can say that they are well taken care of, so none of my objections are related to the property, but merely to the way the city is administered.

The lights were a very annoying white colour and there was not a dim light to use for the afternoon. It was either very bright or very dark

Apparently the neighborhood is one of the sketchiest in Athens but we didn't have any problem at all while we stayed there and we were also out at night. Taxi though are sometimes difficult to catch given the fame of the neighborhood

An ideal place to stay when in Athens if you prefer privately owned accomodations to hotels. Very close to Viktoria metro station and several local bus stops. Multiple supermarkets and bakeries are within walking distance. Easy to access. Air conditioned with a small balcony. For three people trying to get ready at once in the morning, the kitchen area and the bathroom are a bit small so I would mainly recommend the place for couples, even though there are three beds. There could be a bit more kitchenware, too, a few more mugs and knifes, forks could be added, maybe a microwave oven, but overall, a very pleasant little apartment, and these small details don't matter too much if you're out all day sightseeing, and only want a pleasant apartment to relax in the evening. The decoration is cute, I liked the colour changing lamps over the kitchen counter. Communication with the owner was very fast and efficient! Thank you for everything!

Hosts doesnt speak english, so communication was to hard. I requested several times instructions for cheking in, and get them on the end. When we finally came overtired of trip in front of the buliding key was not on agreed place. We have to wait for it with small baby. This appartment is located in heart of getho, but we couldn' t know that. We were to sceard to take a walk around. For cheking out nobody inform us when we have to leave appartment so host came at 10' o clock and said we have to leave. Our flight was in the evening, so it was horror. Never never again! Dont recomand!!!

Amazing, the house has everything you need

Beautiful apartment, clean and easy to find, near metro and easy to move around. The district is touristic and ethnically diverse, but this does not make it uncomfortable to stay

The flat has a welcoming vibe, amazing decoration and lots of amenities provided inside.. Location is great too, very central with lots of great small cafes, restaurants and cultural sigths nearby.

The hostess is very generous and always responsive. The apartment is very new cozy and warm. Excellent neighborhood and with many cafes, ministores and supermarkets right down on the road of this apartment's entrance. Very near to the metro is about 8 minutes walk to Metro Victoria station or Atika station. I will rebook this for my next visit to Athens again. 🙏 Thanks.

The location (the quarter of the city) is not perfect, but I had no problem.

Clean, comfortable and cozy apartment very close to the city center. The owner thought about every possible detail which a traveler would need at first hand like shower gel, coffee, sugar etc to make their stay comfortable. There was even coffee machine with a milk foamer. Air-co could warm the whole apartment properly (I traveled during cold). My messages were answered before and during my stay very quickly. Key pick up was also easy. There are several food facilities nearby and also supermarkets like one minute walk away. Wi-Fi was working perfectly and there was even Netflix on Smart-TV. The street is said to be not the best area in the town which is not true. I was walking alone in the night almost every day and it was definitely safe. Thanks again! I'd definitely stay in this apartment again
