We had to pay for breakfast but it was nominal & very good breakfast. The kitchen staff was very accommodating to our needs.

Le quartier est encore vacant donc, difficile à trouver des bons restaurants proches, mais c’est facile de déplacer autour.

Les 2 beach club avec les basses à fond tous les soir jusqu’à minuit (mais ce n’est pas propre à cet hotel, tous les hôtels du coin sont concernés)

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026The hotel and rooms were beautifully decorated and furnished. The mattress was soft and comfortable. The air conditioner was cold and effective. The room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. I felt comfortable coming back to the room after a day of traveling. I was upgraded to a better room for free.
The shower water temperature was inconsistent — it was hot one second and cold the next. There were four bedside power sockets, but only one could charge a phone. Overall, the hotel offered great value for money.

Staff were friendly and helpful particularly HA who is lovely. she spoke very good English and was extremely polite and helpful. Wonderful value for money.

In der Nähe ist ein Nachtclub am Strand mit sehr lauter Musik, die man leider auch noch im Zimmer hört.

Das Zimmer könnte eine kleine Auffrischung gebrauchen. Die Wände waren zerkratzt und auch einige Möbelstücke. Im Bad waren einige Fugen schimmilig. Es dennoch alles sauber und gut nutzbar. Die Musik der beach Clubs hört man leider extrem.

Nothing about the hotel was bad, the light and music show close by was a bit disrupting at night but this does not reflect badly on the hotel.

Decor needed a bit of painting, tiles in bathroom looking shabby . But for the price no complaints .

Location was in a deserted area. Nothing to see & do there. No view whatsoever. Breakfast ended very early. Normal hotels serve Breakfast ends at 10am but here 9am. Would i come back to HaLong... no.

Da unsere Tochter nicht gefrühstückt hat bekamen wir sogar das Geld für das gebuchte Frühstück zurück. Personal 10 von 10 Punkten.
Für 28 Euro und 3 Personen liegt das Hotel in einem guten Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.
