Reviewed Sep 5, 2026We had a good stay at Hop Inn Iloilo. Our room was clean, the facilities were practical and well-functioning, and the staff were kind, friendly, and accommodating. The location was also very convenient—SM City Iloilo is nearby, plus there’s a convenience store just downstairs.
The only downside was the fire alarm going off several times at night, which disturbed our sleep. The staff kept checking on it, but it was still quite inconvenient. Overall, we still had a pleasant stay and appreciated the cleanliness, convenience, friendly staff, and great location. Hopefully, the fire alarm issue can be addressed for an even better stay next time.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Room was cleand and well-mantained. Bathroom felt clean and the water heater was working probler. There was also a drinking water dispenser for everyone at each floor, so having water supply was not a problem.
The aircon was really nice and cold but a bit stuffy. We developed some allergies over our stay.

Reviewed Apr 24, 2026The room was okay for its price. Staff were approachable. I like that they use a key card for the elevator so no other people can enter. Frontdesk was attentive.
No water boiler insllide the room. There are 2 glalsses but you have to walk beside the elevator to get water. Flush mechanism in the toilet doesn't work well as there were still debris i saw from the previous guests maybe when i checked in. Pls have your housekeeping check alll areas as the tables have still coffee stains.
