The apartment was spacious with a nice city view. The person who checked us in was kind and helpful. The market downstairs was very convenient and definitely a highlight.

The security guards were unfriendly, which made our arrival uncomfortable. The bed was not comfortable, the hot water was inconsistent, and some essentials like mugs were dirty. The sink had no running water, and the washing machine didn’t work. The pool was always too crowded to enjoy.

The locality and the property itself were amazing. And closed to Petronas twin tower.

I booked this apartment for two days. 1st day was the start of my trip to malaysia kuala lumpur, and my stay was awesome. 2nd was on the last day of my trip, and they asked me to cancel the booking and made lame excuses. This ruined my whole last day of the trip.

Great location

The room was not what they showed on booking.com, it was a double bedroom. There were no toilet paper. Even when I asked for a toilet paper, no one gave me a toilet paper. There were small bugs on the bed that kept biting me all night.

Excellent experience. Very nic and clean. I especially appreciate Mr. Rony for smooth check-in and check-out. Will prefer to stay again here.

Location was convinient

Cleanliness of the room. There were plenty of cockroaches

Location is very central to walk to main attractions, like Patronas Tower, KLCC, etc. 24hr convenience store in the building. Very lively roads close by.

Had to bring my own Netflix and Prime account details for television. Room shelving needs maintenance, nothing major, just aesthtics of slightly outworn hanging shelves.

The owner told me just hours before my arrival to cancel my booking.

It was right in the middle of the city. There is a swimming pool but it is very cold

We had to move from the first room which was not as advertised. It was grubby and tired in its decor. The sofa in the first room was broken and the washing machine didn’t work although they offered to do any washing we wanted. The second room was similar but slightly better. Still tired and the washing machine cupboard door didn’t shut. Perhaps they should just take it off. It’s a dangerous trip hazard. I’m afraid if this is what they consider luxury it’s not value for money.

It was great for our stay. The room was very clean and the house was also very nice. We really enjoyed this place.

Horrific experience

The location. Very convenient to travel as both Monorel and another red train station was near. Also bus stops are also available with 4-5 min walking distance. Plus there are 24 hours shop services. The indoor house facilities were also nice

The room were equipped with daily necessities. But people who would like to stay for a week or over would love to sometime clean the space by themselves like me. So adding a broom would be great.
