Wir waren hier zu fünft in zwei Zimmern für sieben Tage. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und waren mit Allem was man so benötigt ausgestattet. Kühlschrank und Klimaanlage funktionierten sehr gut. Jeder Mitarbeiter im Hotel war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Uns wurde eine günstige Bootstour vermittelt um Delphine und andere Meerestiere zu sehen. Auch wurde jeder erdenkliche Wunsch erfüllt. Meist wusste man schon bevor wir uns setzten was wir trinken wollten. 🤗 Das Frühstück war sehr lecker vor allem die Pfannkuchen und das Omelett. Und zum Strand waren es nur ein Katzensprung. 2-3 Minuten. Unsere Kinder und wir fühlten uns rundherum wohl und können das Hotel nur empfehlen! Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Sehr süßes Hotel, super saubere Zimmer und die Lage ist top - viele Restaurants, ein paar kleine Shops direkt daneben und gleich am Strand! Die Gastgeber waren auch sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit! Zu empfehlen!

Uppuveli is wat prijziger dan de rest van Sri Lanka. Dit appartement ligt vlak bij het strand aan een straat met verschillende, gezellige restaurantjes. In de nacht is het er stil. In de ochtend hoor je de bakker door de straten rijden. Het is een eenvoudige kamer. De bedden lagen prima, de airco deed het goed en heel fijn dat er een koelkast was. Er is weinig ruimte om spullen op te bergen, maar we waren toch voornamelijk op het strand. Er was een fijne douche met een goede waterdruk. Wij mochten vroeg onze kamer in, we hadden een dag bijgeboekt op deze plek en moesten uit ons andere hotel. Heel flexibele en vriendelijk eigenaar!

In de badkamer waren de plankjes niet goed schoon, daar mag iets extra aandacht aan gegeven worden. Het beddengoed is wat verwassen en aan vervanging toe.

Unterkunft in bester Lage nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Die Mitarbeiter überaus freundlich.

Herrlich gelegen an einer sehr gemütlichen und schönen Straße. Ein tolles Restaurant mit Hängematten auf der Terrasse. Sehr netter, herzlicher und hilfsbereiter Besitzer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer ist sauber und in Ordnung.

Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage zum Strand und zu Restaurants, Cafés usw. Zimmer sind sehr einfach ausgestattet, vor allem das Bad. Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Das Personal war auch freundlich. WLAN war super.

Die Handtücher haben leider schlecht gerochen sobald sie einmal nass wurden. Wir haben sie aber jeden Tag wechseln lassen was überhaupt kein Problem war.

Nous étions là 5 jours, nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude pendant 3 jours. Les serviettes de toilette sont usées, le ménage a été fait 1 jour sur 2 et à notre demande donc pensez à demander si vous voulez que ce soit fait. Les lits ne sont pas confortables, on sent les ressorts.

The property was excellent next to many services and close to the beach

There was a problem that forced us to cancel the night and leave early, which is that the electricity in the room was very weak and most of the lighting sources were not working properly and they were informed about it as soon as we arrived and they were aware of it and it was not repaired until the moment we left

De host is super vriendelijke en altijd bereid te helpen. Toen mijn rug erg verbrand was, kwam hij zelfs een aloe vera blad brengen. De ligging is uitsteken; direct achter het strand met veel eettentjes om de hoek. Het is een fijne schone kamer met badkamer en een hele fijne airco. Ik zou hier absoluut weer verblijven.

Amazing staff- so helpful and nice! The food was delicious! And the room was very comfortable with AC and even a mini fridge! It’s so close to all the center tourist activities but still peaceful! Definitely recommend this place first after staying at 2 others in the area. My fiance lost a toenail in a rock Vs barefoot walking accident and the hosts were so helpful, bringing water and ice and checking on him!

The location is a great value for this property, in the vibrant street and 3min away from beach, perfect! Also owner is really nice and accommodated to all our requests.

Good stay overall. Clean rooms, friendly host, and a comfortable atmosphere. The washroom was very clean. Just the towels/duvet to cover appeared worn and should be replaced with clean white ones to enhance comfort and presentation

Расположение у классного пляжа в 5 минутах ходьбы. Приятный ненавязчивый сервис: забронировали на 3 ночи, остались на 6. Кондиционер работает норм, матрасы норм) Завтраки с вкусным омлетом. Благодарим Santhan за гостеприимство!!

На завтрак можно добавить и фрукты :)

На мой взгляд, данный гостевой домик полностью соответствует цене - качеству. Включены завтраки, в основном, национальной кухни, нам хватало, чтобы перекусить в начале дня и пойти на пляж) Пляж, кстати, с барами и лежаками в паре минут пешком. В 15 минут пешком магазин, до основных достопримечательностей и рынков вызывали тук-туки, ехать 10-15 минут. В номере был потолочный вентилятор, кондиционер, чайник, холодильник, москитные сетки над кроватью, мыло и туалетная бумага пополнялись по нашим просьбам. Ремонт неплохой, и цвет комнат и дома достаточно гармонично смотрится в жизни. Мы чувствовали заботу в этом гостевом домике, хозяева очень приятные, улыбчивые люди, нам было уютно :)

Если уж совсем придираться, то нам было немного неловко пользоваться кухней, хотя в описании написано, что она общая. Просто потому, что боялись вмешиваться в чужой порядок хозяйки дома. Поэтому мы просто иногда брали оттуда тарелки, ножи, вилки, но на кухне не готовили)

Die Wand- und Bettwäschefarben waren nicht wie auf den Bildern und haben in der Realität nicht so gut zusammengepasst. Das Frühstück hat auch nicht so gut gesättigt, aber das sind im Endeffekt nur Kleinigkeiten.

Prime location, lots of restaurants nearby and beach is a short walk away. Beds were comfortable, rooms a little quirky and cute. Breakfast was pretty good, if you needed a lift, the owner was happy to give you a lift in his tuk tuk.

The room and bathroom were very spacious. All the spaces were very clean. Breakfast was nice and varied.

The location is very central in Uppuveli, close to the beach (2 minute walking distance) and to the restaurants. Other facilities like supermarket and ATM were also very close. The family running the place is extremely careful and they make you feel at home. The home made breakfast is simple but tasty. AC works properly.

Het hotel moet je vooral kiezen voor de toplocatie vlak bij het strand. Enorm vriendelijke eigenaren.

Kamer is sober, geen waterkoker of koelkast. Het is behoorlijk prijzig voor hetgeen je krijgt. Ontbijt was minste ontbijt van de hele vakantie.

Rooms are very clean, air conditioning work, there is still ceiling fan. Wi fi is good. Bed linen and towels are provided fresh. The Beach is a 4-minute walk away. The guest House has a café. There are many cafes and restaurants near the hotel. Recommend!

There is no refrigerator in the room, but you can use the refrigerator in the kitchen of hotels. A couple of times there was no water, but I think it's not a problem at the hotel

Unfortunately, our stay was not comfortable due to several issues with the room. The indoor temperature was extremely high, reaching up to 35°C. Although I informed the owner about the malfunctioning air conditioner and he attempted to address the issue, the cooling was still inadequate. The temperature only dropped to around 29°C, which remained uncomfortably warm and affected our sleep quality. Additionally, basic amenities such as soap and bath towels were not provided, which was disappointing. Considering these shortcomings, we did not feel the accommodation was worth the amount we paid. The only positive aspect of the stay was the property's close proximity to the beach, which was convenient.

The hosts were incredibly helpful - keen to understand our needs and assist us in the best possible way. For example, we try not to use disposable plastic water bottles and travel with our own re-usable bottles. The host was kind enough to arrange a 20litre container of drinking water for us, from which we re-filled our bottles. We paid for the water, he explained he would get his deposit back on the container when it was returned. Excellent. We were very happy. We also used the kitchen facilities to make a fruit salad and the laundry facilities. All good.

Very close to the beach and restaurants. Ideal location to explore Trincomalee. The host was very friendly and was always checking if we needed anything. We could wash off the sand outside before entering our room. On our last day the host prepared a fruit platter for us, it was delicious. Our room was clean and spacious.

Great location near the beach and restaurants, large and clean room with good AC. Nice manager, who helped me to arrange tuk-tuks when I needed it. He also allowed me to hang out on the sofa in the reception area even after my check-out for quite long time period.

You can have tea/coffee if you wish. excellent location, within walking distance of various cafes, 3 minutes to the beach. friendly and pleasant staff. Beach with white sand and calm sea without waves. Ideal for holidays with children.
