Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Setiap bilik ada aircond, katil selesa. Ruang tamu luas. Pemandangan cantik, cuma sekarang ni jerebu, tak jelas sangat. Kedai makan dekat. Dekat dengan town kalau tahu jalan. Stadium lagi dekat.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026The apartment is on the 17th floor, which is high enough to enjoy a wonderful breeze. At night, you can simply open the windows and let the cool, strong wind flow through the apartment, so there's hardly any need to turn on the air conditioning. The surroundings are also peaceful and quiet, making it a very comfortable place to relax. It's an excellent choice for anyone attending a sporting event at Stadium Perak, as it's within walking distance if you don't have your own transport. The property is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 6–8 people, making it a great option for families or groups of friends. Overall, it's a convenient, comfortable, and great-value place to stay.
The only downside was that there weren't enough blankets provided for a group of eight people. If you're staying with a larger group, you may want to bring an extra blanket or two. Other than that, everything was great.

My only minor dislike is with the air conditioning. In the room with the queen bed and single pull-out bed, the air conditioning isn't as cool as in the master bedroom.
