Reviewed Sep 17, 2026The best hostel! It really is THE ONE! It made everything so easy, comfortable and convenient for me. Best location, most comfortable dorms, super clean, great free breakfast, great evening activities and an amazing pool. Also everything is available at the reception, From sim cards, to forex to best tour operators- they have every single thing a solo traveller would need. Huge shoutout to Amari and Simon for helping me out with planning all my adventures and experiences. I'd recommend this hostel 10/10 to anyone coming to Hanoi!

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026The location was great. The entrance system is nice with a brazalete so you do not care about the keys, lockers keys, and also payments in the hostel can be done with same system.
It was not really clean, it needs some renovations. The common areas are not designed for socialize and it is more a young hostel which focus more in the party than in the good vibes of the travellers. Resting is difficult when there is loud music late night in the Recepcion. Breakfast is really basic and coffee is not included.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Die Betten waren groß und bequem, besonders praktisch sind die Armbänder mit denen man die Tür und seinen Spint öffnen konnte. Zudem konnte man mit dem Armband an der Theke bezahlen. Ein guter Ort für Backpacker um sich mit Gleichgesinnten zu connecten.

Tener el desayuno incluido pero que el cafe no esté incluido es un poco raro, pero tampoco es la primera vez que lo veo. Demasiado enfocado a la fiesta para mi gusto, eso hace que algunos huéspedes sean molestos al volver a las habitaciones…(lo cual no es culpa del hostel claro)

Solicité litera baja previamente y me la confirmaron. A mi llegada habían dado todas las literas bajas… Hostal de fiesta y borrachera. Pedí en el bar comida, me esperé una hora y me decidí a preguntar que tal iba. Me dijeron que lo sentían, pero no habían mandado el pedido a cocina. Me quedé sin cena.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026la posizione dell'ostello è centralissima, sono presenti qualsiasi servizio che si possa desiderare (prenotazione tour, lavanderia, tatuatore, bar, ristorante, piscina, ATM, camere insonorizzate). l'ostello offre anche ogni sera musiva e happy hour, il personale è molto cordiale e simpatico e il rapporto qualità-prezzo perfetto. Noi ci abbiamo soggiornato 2 volte durante il nostro viaggio e se mai ritorneremo ad hanoi ci rifaremo sicuramente tappa

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Everything was great in the hostel. It was very social and they were organizing activities for every day. It was clean and staff were friendly. You could choose your breakfast.
Female only rooms were a bit more expensive than mix rooms. Some other hostels also do the same thing. But I think women shouldn’t need to pay extra to feel safe.

The common areas can be quite lively, but the rooms themselves were completely quiet and peaceful. If you prefer a quieter atmosphere in the common areas, this might not be the best choice for you.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026This was my worst accommodation experience ever. I booked a female-only dorm because I am a Muslim woman who wears hijab and specifically needed a women-only room. I confirmed this directly with the property both at the time of booking and again at reception during check-in, and I was assured that it was a female-only room. Unfortunately, I woke up in the morning to the sound of a male voice in the room and discovered that there was a male guest staying there. Despite my confirmations, I had never been informed that the room was being treated as a mixed dorm. This was completely different from what I had booked and what had been confirmed to me. I felt extremely uncomfortable and immediately left the property. For me, this was not simply a matter of preference. Sharing a sleeping room with male strangers goes against my religious values and personal boundaries. I left the property immediately and did not continue my stay because the accommodation provided was fundamentally different from what I had booked. If you are specifically looking for a female-only dorm, I would not recommend this property. My experience did not match what was advertised, booked, and confirmed to me on Booking.com. I have also reported this issue to Booking.com and requested that they investigate the matter. I am sharing this review so that other female guests can make an informed decision before booking.

Constant music in both lounge areas made it difficult to escape the noise of being in the old quarter of Hanoi. The layout of the lobby was not that social with the u-shaped benches. Quite pricy for food and drink as well.
