The property was in a good location.

It was a bit outdated and needed a little facelift.

Preis Leistungsverhältnis katastrophal Zimmer so eng mit 10m² inkl. Bad dass man sich nicht ordentlich umdrehen kann. Sehr verwinkelte Wege.

Location is great right next to the public transport, Starbucks and restaurants are just around the corner, very clean, breakfast was good selection.

Es war als Einzelzimmer schön geräumig und auch ein grosses Bett. Die Lage war super zentral, was wichtig für mich war und das Frühstück ist ausgewogen

Die Aussicht war direkt an die gegenüberliegende Hauswand des Hotels, störte mich aber nicht da ich den ganzen Tag an einem Retreat war

The breakfast and the location are excellent.

When we arrived we received the room and it was a double bed instead of 2 separate bed that I initially booked. We complained of course, but the receptionist told us she can't do anything because they are fully booked. The ceiling is declining as well what is very uncomfortable for 2 tall people. The electricity didn't work in the half of the room.

On n'arrivait pas à prendre l'ascenseur. On devrait prévenir à la réception qu'il faut utiliser sa clé de chambre. Pas de lumière dans la salle de bains et toilettes, donc, gênant. Dommage qu'on n'ait pas pu ouvrir les fenêtres entièrement

Chambre dans le moins cher des 3 hôtels gérés par l’hôte. Mais petit déjeuner dans le plus luxueux avec terrasse donnant sur la place de la gare avec gare de tramway. Magnifique petit déjeuner. Transports urbains gratuit avec les nuitées. Possibilité en payant de garer sa voiture sous l’hôtel ( places très limitées).

The location was good and convenient .

Our room was in the attic with a noisy air conditioner , unfortunately the mattress and pillows were sub standard for the cost of the hotel .

It was clean, the bedroom was large and the bathroom was amazing. The shower was hot. The coffee machine was great.

The air conditiong was quite noisy and we were woken up at 4 am by what sounded like a boiler firing up below up which was very loud.p

Excellent shower, a/c and location. The staff was very pleasant and the room was comfortable.

The space in the room even though an extra bed was added. Great powerful shower. Lor coffee machine was great. Beautiful terrace to eat breakfast.

Some of the tiles on bathroom floor need replacing.

Receptia hotelului functioneaza dupa un program ciudat. Practic aceasta se muta la hotelul vecin unde este alocat si micul dejun. Nu inteleg de ce nu ests specificat din start ca receptia este una si aceeasi si trebuie sa cauti tu receptionerul sa iti iei cheia.

It is very conveniently located, right next to the main train station, with trams and buses stopping right at the entrance of the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The location was excellent, very close to Basel train station and convenient for transportation. The room was clean and comfortable, and the check-in process was easy. It was a good choice for a short stay in Basel.

The room was quite basic, but it was suitable for a one-night stay.

Hotel molto semplice, pulito e dotato di tutto. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Posizionato vicino alla stazione, può essere comodo per gli spostamenti sia in tram/bus sia in treno.

Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, saw that I had a big suitcase so moved me to a room that had access via a lift. I have stayed here before and like the location close to tram stops, train station and bus stop. For me it is nice and handy for everything and suits my needs.

Nothing not to like it was perfect for a one night stay.

Great location, less than 5 minutes walking to the train station. Very close to the old town and very walkable.

Basel is very pricey, the hotel is somewhat affordable compared to rest of Basel, but compared to rest of the world, no. There was a heatwave during our stay and hotel provided those modular AC things to the room but it is very loud to sleep with. I don't think the cooling and ventilation of the room would have been enough without the loud AC thingy.

Location near station, good size room, good breakfast.

Faulty Aircon made intermittent loud noise which continually woke us. Reception tried to help at 11pm but in vain. Also hard bed with only one flat pillow each.

I like the location of the hotel it's near to the bus and train station and the breakfast is good ,also it's not far from old city and zoo and the airport bus is arrived on the hotel

We could feel the vibrations from the train at all times. Too noisy from that and the A/C

Nous avons une belle chambre (upgradé) avec une grande chambre et un grand salle de bain, la literie est confortable. Emplacement ideal à 2 pas de la gare.

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr kompetent und hilfsbereit, sind erst 1.30 Uhr angekommen… Frühstück finde ich zu teuer ( ist ja auch in einem extra Restaurant) aber gut. Sollte bei diesem Preis inbegriffen sein!

La situation géographique. L'hôtel est bien pour une nuit au centre de la ville. Il est pratique pour les voyageurs.

La taille de la chambre est vraiment petite. Le prix de la chambre est un peu haut.

La posizione è molto vicino alla stazione centrale. È stato molto utile avere la possibilità di una reception aperta anche la sera tardi, perchè il mio treno è arrivato in ritardo.

La mia stanza non era raggiungibile direttamente con l'ascensore. La luce si spegneva subito e le finestre erano piccolissime, perchè si trattava di un sottotetto. Per questi motivi ho chiesto un altra stanza che gentilmente poi mi è stata data.
